Amenities were lovely. The suite had a beautiful ocean view. The room decor was slightly dated, but comfortable with an ocean theme. No bell captain available. The hotel is definitely self-serve, which was great in terms of parking--no cost. The spa steam room experience was well worth the visit. The staff was kind and friendly. Great massage therapists--definitely worth the service. I would come back for sure. This was a value stay.

Océanos is an excellent Hotel and Spa. The Spa was wonderful, it was clean, relaxing and the staff was wonderful as it was the staff at the Hotel. They all were friendly, helpful and very profesional. The installations were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I would go back anytime.

We did not see a notification if there was one online as we booked our two-night stay showing that nothing was open Monday thru Wednesday night at the property. No Bar & Grill, No Room Service, No Spa services and no shopping to speak of on site. All closed IN THE SUMMER even....on the very nights we were booked. VERY disappointing especially for the price of rooms. Probably not returning ever.

Great place to stay. With not much to do in this town, there were plenty of walkable food/drink options. Mezza Luna cafe was wonderful to grab coffee or a quick breakfast. Hotel bar was comfy and inviting. Alex, the bar tender, was great! They had bath bombs at the front desk which was awesome. Free parking and super convenient.

The desk clerk was very efficient and friendly. The hotel was very clean and well cared for. We also really like the underground parking. We didn't care for the wide open wall between bathroom and sleeping area with only shutters to provide privacy and nothing to block typical bathroom odors. Also the restaurant on site was closed, with no notification. Fortune were able to find another close by.

The place was absolutely beautiful! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. My boyfriend and I got couples massages at the spa and it was SO relaxing. The weather was slightly cold, and foggy, it was perfect to escape the Sacramento heat. The food places were within walking distance and tastes great! My only complaint is there is no complimentary breakfast but we ordered room service one night and the Caesar salad was delicious.

This was not our first stay at the Oceano, The rooms are spacious, clean, good size mini fridge, fireplace and our room had a balcony overlooking the cove of the harbor. Plenty of room to sit and stretch your legs. No room service on Monday but a new caffee Luna is a very short walk through the promenade. (5min's) When open the hotel Bar and food service is great. All employees are super helpful and friendly.

Great view. Great location. Pretty clean. Excercise equipment not in good shape many were broken and workout room was HOT. Would stay there again. But for the price I’d expect a bit better kept workout equipment.

Not a bad view from Ocean facing rooms. They should have a seating area by those windows. I'd give another STAR and come back. You could sit, chat, have coffee, read, or whatever ... Some subtle and not so subtle outdated features about the room. We don't come to watch TV, but it was tiny and far away. Awkward sink and faucet in bathroom. Stained sheets and comforter. Dirty vents. Poor job laying tile/flooring, it was loose and slid in multiple spots. The guy at the front desk was really nice. A delivery or garbage truck was soo loud both mornings around 5am, seemed to last for an hour but I'm sure it wasn't. Nice to have a tiny fridge and microwave. Again, take advantage of that ocean and view!

Beautiful views overlooking bay near harbor. Deluxe King Suite was very spacious. Loved the Aveda bath products. Bed was comfortable on firm side. Looking forward to another stay!! Easy underground parking. Friendly staff.

The Oceano Hotel is old world elegance. We absolutely loved our deluxe King room with fireplace and ocean view! The staff was wonderful and we loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops.

A clean, comfortable property with a luxury resort feel, yet reasonably priced for a harbor-view hotel in California in June. Our room was very spacious, with a kitchenette, a large bathroom, a patio, a fireplace, and a great view of Pillar Point Harbor.

Unfortuntly the modern lobby did not match the dated rooms. Furniture seemed extremely old and dated. The couch seemed old and tattered. Our room was like the 1950\'s. Bedding was SO cheap-they still have that gross bed cover that one has to remove immediately! Sheets were thin, pillow case thin and didn\'t cover entire pillow. yikes. Those "little things" took away from what otherwise should have been a lovely hotel experience.

It is a nice property, beautiful ocean views. As i was ready to go to bed i found a huge spider under the sheets. Went to front desk but the teenagers hired there did nothing to correct the issue. I was talking to one of the girls and she completely ignored me. I got a call from them around 10 pm only after they received my first review from Expedia. I work in customer service too and i usually don't like to complain, but those people at the front desk need training how to handle different situations. They were not able even to get a flashlight for me or some sort of bug spray to spray around the bed. Too bad, its a beautiful property...

Person at front desk was so nice! They let me go in room early! Kerig coffee maker wasn’t working, I call front desk! She was so nice and brought me a pot of coffee to the room right away! So nice and I appreciated it very much!

All of the above. The staff was outstanding from check in to assistance during our stay to the wait staff in the Bar and Grill. We stayed 5 nights The hotel itself is stunning, has such a comfortable relaxing feel. Rooms were perfect, view of the harbor was beautiful and even the wet weather we had was beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel for family, business, special occasions- I know this will be our ‘go to’ for the Bay Area! Thank you!

Enjoyed free onsite parking, great customer service, and spacious room. Only set back was loft did not have an air conditioning vent so on a hot day, was difficult to cool. However, staff brought up an oscillating fan to use.

We were disappointed on this return visit for three reasons. First, there was a previous guests qtip under the dining table. Second, there was only a few squirts of soap left in the shower dispenser. Third, they advertise a breakfast and there actually isn't one. This upset several guests that we spoke with down at the front desk. Fortunately there are many other hotels to choose from in the area. We'll try a different one next time. Bye, bye Oceano! 👋

Room clean, bed a little on hard side. Furniture low and hard as well. Room spacious and balcony with harbor view fantastic. Staff all pleasant and kind. Food available Thursday through Sunday. However there are many food options within walking distance.

I went on a fishing charter that left across the street. The hotel is well located. You can walk to the beach, kayaking, boat charters, delicious dining options as well. Hotel has a good full bar with decent food too. Will stay again!
