There’s the free parking lot at the back of the hotel, amongst other perks like gym laundry and a very nice clean apartment. Divonne lake is like the backyard of the property. Don’t miss the Sunday morning market!

Hôtel très dégradé : moquette extérieure et dans les escaliers très très sale. Dans la chambre, tabouret avec un pied cassé, poubelle de salle de bains cassée, impossible de faire tenir des bouteilles dans le réfrigérateur car manque de barre dans la porte de celui-ci, porte de freezer cassée donc pas de glace possible, tapisserie et plancher en très mauvais état. Balcon très sale. En revanche, très bonne literie et climatisation très appréciable.

The property was filthy and shouldn't be offered for rent. Choice hotels should not be affiliated with such a disgusting place. Do not stay here by any means. The beds were our only reprieve from the carpet which was suspiciously stained all over and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 35 years. We did not even attempt to remove our shoes until safely on the beds. Just don't even consider this as a possible option for your stay.

Point négatif : la vétusté.!!! Franchement changez le mobilier, un coup de parquet flottant pour remplacer la moquette dégueulasse et l'établissement devient au top !

Les joints de la douche étaient noirs,le sol de la cuisine au niveau de la baguette de séparation avec la chambre était noir et taches. La moquette dans les escaliers du RDC au 3eme étage étaient taches et enfin dans !e couloir du 3 ème étagères 2 fauteuil étaient déchirés. Sinon rien à dire sur personnel très sympathique, à l'ecoute de la clientèle. La literie est très confortable.

We only stayed one night before a flight so it was good for that purpose. They do need to clean common areas (vacuum the carpets) better, but the room was good. The restaurant the receptionist recommended was actually closed on Monday (as were others in the area) so we ended up driving to dinner.

Etat général vétuste, avec des tâches un peu partout, un canapé en mauvais état et une bouteille de bière restante sur le mini balcon de l'appartement. La porte de douche était très difficile à ouvrir, il n'y avait pas de cafetière. Une cafetière nous a été fournie 2 jours après (proposition tout de même d'avoir un café gratuit à la salle de restauration). Les piles de la télécommande de la télé sont tombées en panne un soir, mais pas de stock à l'accueil le lendemain. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit-déjeuner trop cher dans un tel hébergement standard. En revanche l'appartement donnait sur un espace calme au bord d'une rivière.

Als wir im Hotel ankamen, hatten wir zunächst Schwierigkeiten mit dem Online-Check-in. Anfangs konnten wir leider keine hilfreiche Unterstützung bekommen. Später jedoch, als wir wieder ins Hotel zurückkamen, war ein junger Mann an der Rezeption, der uns sofort und mit einem Lächeln weiterhalf. Er kümmerte sich sehr geduldig um unser Anliegen, erklärte alles verständlich und sorgte dafür, dass wir problemlos einchecken konnten. Seine Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unseren Aufenthalt von Anfang an viel angenehmer gemacht, Vielen Dank dafür!

Nous avons été très surpris en arrivant à l’hôtel, qui est visiblement très vieux. Nous avions réservé un studio, mais on nous a d’abord attribué un appartement. Bonne surprise au début, mais une fois sur place, grosse déception : moquette tachée partout, beaucoup de poussière, et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Heureusement, après l’avoir signalé à l’accueil, le personnel — très agréable et réactif — nous a proposé un studio sans moquette et avec une clim opérationnelle. Cela a clairement amélioré notre séjour. En résumé, l’hôtel aurait besoin d’une sérieuse rénovation, mais le personnel reste un vrai point positif.

L'établissement est vétuste et mériterait un bon coup de rajeunissement. Personnel très accueillant au demeurant, le petit déjeuner est cher au regard de la qualité. Heureusement Divonne est un village fort sympathique, non loin du lac Lemans ce qui lui confère beaucoup d'avantages !

Very quiet, the little town is adorable! We were not aware we were in France until we got to the store and we tried to communicate. Transportation was a challenge but once we oriented ourselves it went great!

L'établissement est vétuste et mériterait un bon coup de rajeunissement. Personnel très accueillant au demeurant, le petit déjeuner est cher au regard de la qualité. Heureusement Divonne est un village fort sympathique, non loin du lac Lemans ce qui lui confère beaucoup d'avantages !

Etat général vétuste, avec des tâches un peu partout, un canapé en mauvais état et une bouteille de bière restante sur le mini balcon de l'appartement. La porte de douche était très difficile à ouvrir, il n'y avait pas de cafetière. Une cafetière nous a été fournie 2 jours après (proposition tout de même d'avoir un café gratuit à la salle de restauration). Les piles de la télécommande de la télé sont tombées en panne un soir, mais pas de stock à l'accueil le lendemain. Nous n'avons pas pris de petit-déjeuner trop cher dans un tel hébergement standard. En revanche l'appartement donnait sur un espace calme au bord d'une rivière.

Unfortunately we didn't get breakfast, even though it should have been available as described! The bed linen was freshly put on, but unfortunately a bit dirty. Price performance is ok though.

There’s the free parking lot at the back of the hotel, amongst other perks like gym laundry and a very nice clean apartment. Divonne lake is like the backyard of the property. Don’t miss the Sunday morning market!

The property was filthy and shouldn't be offered for rent. Choice hotels should not be affiliated with such a disgusting place. Do not stay here by any means. The beds were our only reprieve from the carpet which was suspiciously stained all over and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 35 years. We did not even attempt to remove our shoes until safely on the beds. Just don't even consider this as a possible option for your stay.

Nice staff ,clean unit and beautiful small town . Excellent experience. By the way we got there late without a telephone. So great residents living there helped us a lot . Happy ending.
