B Hotel

The free parking was difficult for us to use. Narrow, steep and painted black. Many scrape marks on the walls. I had to go extremely slow to avoid scratching the rental car.

Pool was not working trying to get partial refund from hotel through expedia but it is not working.

Fint værelse, dog meget larm ude fra vejarbejde. Ikke særlig lydtætte vinduer. Og så var poolen under renovering, men vi var ikke blevet informeret omkring det.

Overall it’s a great place to stay in Barcelona, nice and clean rooms; breakfast buffet was good as well. The location is excellent, and it’s easy to get around plus the staff is really nice and helpful. I would stay there again. Bit of a shame that the pool and rooftop bar were closed when I visited. There is some noise coming from the road but I was on one of the higher floors so it was fine, but I see how this could be a problem on the lower floors.

Decor hadn't been updated since I previously visited 10 years ago. Lounge bar had turned into a Starbucks! Only other bar in the hotel shut at 7.30pm. Couldn't sleep due to traffic noise. Very dissapointed, won't stay again.

Okay hotel. Meget smal altan. Værelserne ok, komfort. Det var irriterende at der ikke var flere liggestole eller andet ved poolen. Brliggenheden på hotellet er ikke helt super. Morgenmaden var ikke god.

The hotel its self is in a great location, close to the metro and plenty of shops, food places around. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was spot on. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar it gave you something different to the hotels around that area. Deffo would stay again!

Room was very clean and staff was very kind. Parking was a little bit annoying because you had to get out of the car every single time and buzz yourself in, so you basically had to wait while blocking the sidewalk until somebody opened the gate for you but everything else was perfect!

My stay was okay. There were some challenges to the hotel - pool was closed, noisy, door appeared like it was broken into before (and not repaired) and room was not what was paid for.

Excellent hôtel ! Le personnel est adorable ! Tout est propre et bien entretenue. La piscine est incroyable avec une superbe vu ! Le service petit déjeuner est top avec un vaste choix . Super bien situé !

Spotless room, and cleaned every day. Tea and coffee in room. Very comfy huge bed and wet room shower

Slidt hotel som for en del år siden helt sikkert har været lækkert.. poolen på taget var super beskidt og fuger osv hang i laser. Morgenmaden var ok men heller ikke bedre end det.

The hotel was tired with lots of broken or faulty features. Our door didn’t lock, maintenance tried to fix it, told us it was fine from locking from inside despite it clearly not working from outside if you left the room. The solution was finally to give us a physical key vs key cards. The process was disappointingly drawn out. Inside the plug in bath/shower was broken, the design was very impractical to step in and out of. Sliding doors were broken. Lights in bathroom were controlled by tiny buttons by the bed and tiling was all black inside so navigating the bathroom at night was a mission.

Rummet var väldigt rent och fint. Personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam.

Our stay at the hotel was great. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable, everything was spotlessly clean. A kettle in the room was a nice addition with teabags and coffee supplied. We loved a dip in the pool with a fantastic view of Montjuic. It’s in a great location - next to the Arenas de Barcelona full of shops and restaurants and a walking distance to the 1992 Olympic site.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel. Whilst the room was spacious and well appointed, the road noise made sleep impossible, to the point that it spoilt our stay in Barcelona. We booked the top standard room due to its 'corner location with panoramic views', in reality this was probably a mistake as it meant we had more windows through which the noise could be transmitted. I imagine the cheaper rooms at the back of the hotel would be better. We were also sad that the pool and terraced bar were closed during our stay. Although the website says that access to the pool is restricted in the winter, restricted and closed are not the same thing. The website did not state that the bar would be closed and we had looked forward to enjoying a drink on the rooftop terrace. Also, the cleaning staff when cleaning the room each day threw my nightclothes on the floor. So all in all, it was impossible to sleep and the amenities were not as advertised.

The staff were all very friendly, the rooms modern and clean/ tidy, however sound proofing for outdoor noise was poor

The hotel was clean, although walkable to the historic district, it is a bit further from all the popular sites. The bed was okay but the pillows were terrible, they were flat and I couldn't get a decent sleep in, also it was very noisy at night. My room was facing Gran Via and you could hear the car noise. Overall I had a bad sleep experience, however, the room and bathroom were fine.

Brilliant place to stay. 10 mins from the city centre by bus. Once there you can walk to the beach in 15 mins. The hotel was okay. Although I stayed on the second floor and can hear the train rumbling. Reccomend a higher floor Overall it was brilliant The pool was the best part and the food and drink are very good.

The window/door didn’t seal well so was noisy at night. Otherwise the room was nice. Was always serviced and bed was huge

This was my third time stay at B hotel in Barcelona for my family vacation. My first two visits were excellent and that was why we decided to go back to B hotel this year. However, this time, the experience was not what I would like. At the time of checking in, I felt that I was not welcomed. I do not know why but I could feel that. No mention of Expedia VIP access at all (which is OK). The Room assigned to us (we checked in at 2:30pm) was 'not good'. doors are missed in the toilet. Side tables were not in a good shape. View from the window was the wall of the building. I explained these immediately after checking in and I was told that another room can be given on the following morning. I checked the room availability, there were rooms available to sell. I had to think why we were given such a room (in relation to my feeling at the time of checking in). Following morning (10am), we left our back to get a different room for the afternoon (2pm). Jordi at the front desk was helpful on the second day. No room upgrade but a different room with a view of outside. Jordi later offered us a free breakfast which was a good gesture of welcoming and complications at the time of checking-in. B-hotel is not the same B-hotel I remember from previous visits. There are many hotels in BCN and comparing with others (we stayed at a different hotel this time as well), I wish to suggest the B-hotel manager to check how front desk handles guests from foreign countries

I booked B Hotel twice due to its location. Easy access to public transportation specially to and from the airport. Staff were very friendly and informative. The room was pretty big with nice view of Plaza Espana and walkable to some tourist attractions. I will definitely book this hotel again when I’m in Barcelona.

Everything was excellent, but Expedia MUST let them know about recognize the VIP by themselves, due for the customer is uncomfortable when you asked about the VIP benefits and they don't know about this

Location is great, but the staff is what made it the best. They got us in our room early when we asked and helped up with everything we needed. They were friendly and kind and outstandingly helpful. This was a great place to stay and the people made it top notch.

Very well located near plaza espanya, mont juic and other places. You can access 2 metro lines quickly from there et move around barcelone easily. The hotel was clean the staff were fantastic

If you want to face the rudest reception stuff ever - its the best choice. I never faced with such an attitude on front desk. Not working electricity- guest's l problem, cold or hot only water in shower- they are super upset. So great before NN hotels network and B hotel now is on the way to be forgotten.

The breakfast was fresh and very tasty with plenty of options. The services were great as well, especially Maria, she was joyful and helpful. The front desk staff, they have been friendly, greetings customers and providing information when needed.

we really liked this hotel. the staff was so nice and helpful. jordy made sure we had everything we needed and he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. the roof is beautiful, the bath tub and shower were both great and we slept really good in the bed. it is centrally located near plenty of places to eat and shop. also located close to the train station. we would definitely stay here again

We chose to stay at B Hotel for its location. The Arena shopping mall next door was really convenient. But we only stayed one night, so I don’t have an accurate feel for what it’s like to stay at B Hotel for more than 24 hours. The checkin team were very helpful and accommodating. The curtain to divide the lobby area from the Starbucks was confusing. And the elevators are very small, as is with most elevators here in BCN, and a bit slow so we utilized the stairs mostly. My sister and her husband (unfortunately) received a room (407) facing the main street. She said it was loud/noisy at night, which prevented them from getting a good night’s rest. My bf and I (luckily) received a room (414) in the back corner, facing the backside. Not a great view, but it was super quiet, which allowed us to rest peacefully. You can notice the slight rumble of the metro under the property, but it did not bother us. Overall, a decent stay and I would return if I needed to be in the area.

The hotel is centrally located in the Montjuic neighbourhood. It was a safe, and (reasonably) easy walk up to the castle and all the surrounding areas.

Great hotel in a very good location, close to Placa D’Espanya. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and walkable to Montjuic. Although it’s on a busy road, it’s not overly noisy in the rooms. The pool would be great in warmer weather too

Belle chambre et très bon emplacement

Café da manhã bom, com frutas, pães, ovos, frios. Cama excelente. Banheiro bom, mas não muito prático por causa da banheira. Chuveiro poderia ser melhor. Localização excelente, metrô muito perto. Se quiser um sanduíche bom e barato procure El Rei del Bocata. Muito perto, gostoso e comemos bem por 10 euros o casal.

Hotel muito bem localizado, fica há poucos metros do shopping arena. Quarto grande, cama confortável, tudo muito limpo. Super recomendo.

A lovely hotel that could probably do with a little update in the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful with all requests. Very clean rooms. Beds and pillows were large and comfortable. Good sized rooms which had no problems with our large cases. Breakfast had a massive range and the breakfast area was a really pleasant, bright and had great views. The area is a great one for bars/ restaurants and the Metro is not far away.

Nice room, great front desk staff, good breakfast.

A lot of noice of the street ( vibrations of road works). The furniture and bathroom or outdated! Pots of eggs and bacon ( food) are at low position and central room not really protected for potential contamination!

I like this hotel is very clean, good size of the room, very close to metro and safe to walk to it. But 5 days buffet breakfast in hotel was my mistake ( same items every day without changes ). Room cleaning is not bad but it can be better.

Rooms big and spacious, but quite dark due to the permanent blinds on the windows. A couple of lamps in the room were broken. Location is great, but the hotel itself is average. Breakfast is very simple and expensive - recommended to get breakfast elsewhere.
