Great location on gran via, easy to access public transport. Breakfast had a wide variety and staff were very helpful.

Because I did not include breakfast with my room I couldn’t get a cup of coffee in the morning and the earliest coffee shop near by a Starbucks only opens at 7:30am…. No cups in the room and It took over 1 hr to get a kettle. I think thus hotel could do better then that
