My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and what blew us away was the view that we had. It was absolutely gorgeous! Originally, we booked the executive suite with the plunge pool, but we ended up with a different version or room of the executive suites. We asked to change, but I don't think they had the room available. Overall, we didn't make it a big deal because our room was still gorgeous and we had our own jacuzzi. I think guests should also know that there's no elevator. You'll have to walk from the lobby and to your room depending on where it's located every time. It's definitely a workout! but we dealt with it. We were able to get our steps in daily. The on site restaurant at night is so beautiful. We truly enjoyed ourselves, and let's not forget breakfast brought to us every morning was a plus!

We had an amazing stay! The management was responsive and the service was punctual. The location is perfect and private to where it is quiet from our room, and most rooms have a personal hot tub. Also had a great views of Santorini. When we come back we are definitely staying here again!! Chrysa is awesome and the best!!!

We were happily surprised by a honeymoon note and a bottle of wine from the hotel, as well. At first, it took some adjusting to the layout of the hotel, as the rooms are a bit of a walk from the lobby and mixed in with various other hotel rooms. It also seemed like the area was too quiet for us at first and we wished we chose a spot in Oia or Fira. However, that disappointment was quickly diminished when we visited Oia and Fira with the cruise ship visitors in town. It was so packed and we were appreciative of the quiet and quaint location of Aqua. Take the time to explore, and you will find some great lowkey restaurants and will have a fun time on the walking path to Fira. We also fell in love with some lowkey local restaurants along with a fantastic upscale dinner with sunset views steps from our room. The service was outstanding from the hotel and they are more than willing to help you navigate to your room (as many times as you need!). We texted them with multiple questions throughout our stay and they always responded quickly. Complimentary breakfast delivered to the room also enhanced our mornings. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful, unique stay in Santorini. Be prepared for lots of stairs!

Aqua was amazing! The wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely book there again. Not a knock against the hotel but man Santorini has so many stairs. Youll definitely leave there with stronger legs lol.

This is a nice place to stay. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast every morning was great. Since this is on the side of the culdara there are a lot of steps which can make it difficult to get around.

Chrysa and the reception team were excellent! Communication was A . The breakfast was delicious and could be customized daily at request. Transportation services were excellent and timely. We safely visited Oia, Fira, and Perissa thanks to them. Airport transfers were effortless. Thank you all for an incredible stay!!!

They exceeded our expectation. From the front desk workers that the cleaning ladies they were all so nice and kind. They respond to inquiries and questions so well and fast. Everything in the room was clean and neatly put out and the view was unreal. highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Aqua. Our suite was lovely and cleaned everyday. The staff was fabulous and really hustled to provide great service. Lots of steps to go from the front desk to our suite so arrive in shape and be prepared for steps.

We initially had a heated pool room with a sea view which was decent, but the pool was not heating. The hotel staff upgraded our room to a honeymoon suite and we had a jetted heated pool. The room was kept tidy, the services for breakfast was always on time at the specified breakfast time and good communication maintained to help accomodate our stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was ideal. The hotel covers a large range of area and WiFi spanned a good distance coverage. We were also allowed to change our breakfast preference.
