Let's get the bad out of the way: our spa pool didn't work for the last 2 days of our stay. No one's did. It was "sort of" addressed... And a wind storm made most other daytime options untenable, so this was a big deal. This is not a cheap place That said- the service staff took great care of us. The concierge and wait staff were some if the best I've experienced The rooms are a bit dated but laid out very nicely and very, very clean and safe If you go, let the staff book everything for you- they get it done in seconds And have breakfast delivered- it's delicious and worth it *main pool is not heated and coooollllddd **water in any room in greek isles is not drinkable. They supply you with bottles

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and could not have had a more perfect stay in Santorini! You can avoid the crazy crowds without sacrificing having beautiful cities like Oia, Fira, and Pyrgos easily accessible to you. We had an ocean view, great restaurants and caldera views a short walk away, a bus stop and grocery store nearby, and the facilities were overall superb. Rooms are spacious, the staff is also super friendly. Again I can’t recommend this place enough - we will stay here again next time we come to Santorini!

The facilities are first rate. The staff could not be more professional and helpful. The rooms are VERY spacious and well appointed. The spa is incredible. If you are looking for a totally relaxing first rate resort- look no further. Also- a tremendous value! Walking distance (15 minutes) from top of mountain- to the Fira side. Perfect if you want to relax, but still want to walk to busy shopping, dining and sightseeing (without having to stay in the middle of the daily cruise ship torrent). I WILL be back-soon!

A lovely place to stay, we visited end of May and it was quiet with a nice relaxing vibe, spacious suites with properly heated pools…all staff were helpful and very friendly, walking distance from restaurants with a caldera view and a great location to get to all areas of the island easily! Definitely would come back!

The hotel is on a main road leading into town or to the bus stop which is very busy and has no sidewalk making it very unsafe to walk anywhere. The cooked breakfast buffet was cold on both occasions I tried it. The main pool is not heated. Some of the cupboards and finishings were broken or faulty

Five star experience. The staff really goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The pool area is great for lounging in the sun. The drinks were the best we had gotten during our vacation. Room was clean and comfortable, room service was excellent as well. Made for an amazing honeymoon!

TEN STARS!!!! We don't know the Greek word for 'perfection', but, as the movie says, 'the root of the word has to be Greek, especially if it's about Santorini, and in particular, Cresanto Luxury Suites!! We LOVED Cresanto!! From the moment we received an amazing welcome with chilled, scented towels, welcome drinks, and luggage taken to our rooms, we felt pampered and enthralled! Our room, luxurious, spotless, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches was a total joy! Our private terrace with our own hot tub overlooking the sea was heaven! The staff was phenomenal! Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and eager to make our experience amazing - and they succeeded! Danae, Phillip, Angela, and I'm sorry to have missed the names of all the others, but this includes them all! Exceptionally great!! Morning greetings with huge smiles at an astounding complimentary breakfast buffet! Dinners and room service were also fantastic! The pool, overlooking the Mediterranean was gorgeous! Comfy pool and terrace beds well enjoyed! During our stay, June 10 - 13, 2024, we kept discovering amenities and small design features that brought us pleasure. Even the pool towels match the beds! We enjoyed a wonderful couples massage at the elegant spa. We received a packed breakfast when we left for an early flight. The property is beautiful. Rooms are nice and big. Did have an ant problem but wasn’t a huge deal. What was a big deal was our “jacuzzi” in our upgraded room. First the nights it was the perfect way to end the day. Hot and lovely. On day 4 it was cold, way cold, couldn’t use for 3 straight nights and that was so frustrating as there is not much to do without it. Felt like we were at home trying to find movies. We complained as did another couple. We were told it was the “wind” but it’s always windy. The maintenance guy finally came and turned it up as someone turned it down. We almost switched resorts it was so frustrating

I would have no hesitation in recommending. This was a large room with a comfortable bed we had a jacuzzi on our balcony which was just as pictured and was a lovely luxury. Everything was immaculately clean, grounds were well kept and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was just a few minutes walk from the caldera in a quiet location. Breakfast was a buffet with a good range of fresh food and eggs or crepes made to order.

Didn’t like the way the rooms were “underground” somif you are lloking with a room with a view this is not for you. The photos of the pool loungers are not private. The hotel was nice. That said we did find bugs in our underground room. The view was terrific from the main hotel areas just not the rooms.

La struttura era davvero bella! nuova, pulita e tutto in ordine. la camera era molto luminosa, curata nei minimi particolari. il personale è stato eccellente, tutti davvero molto carini e gentili, a partire dalla ragazza mora in reception , bellissima e gentile, servizio in piscina e personale che ti accompagnava in camera con il golf-car. Il proprietario era sempre lì presente per far sì che tutto andasse in modo perfetto. Ritornerò sicuramente non appena prenoterò un ulteriore vacanza a Santorini! Bravi!

l hotel et tres beau mes les alentours son tres moche manque de nettoyage dans les chambre et au niveau petit déjeuner les cette de tables ne son pas nettoyer a chaque foi nes vrement pas digne d un 5 etoile échelle rouyer dans la picine de notre chambre et d en celle de mes amies aussi et la cerise sur le gâteaux un cafard sur le lit au reveille

Great location, 5 minute walk to nearest town with bars, reactants and views. Hotel is perfect, room was great with beautiful sunrise views and private heated tub. The bar manager Cristos made our rememberable with great service and lovely cocktails.
Great location, 5 minute walk to nearest town with bars, reactants and views. Hotel is perfect, room was great with beautiful sunrise views and private heated tub. The bar manager Cristos made our rememberable with great service and lovely cocktails.

Didn’t like the way the rooms were “underground” somif you are lloking with a room with a view this is not for you. The photos of the pool loungers are not private. The hotel was nice. That said we did find bugs in our underground room. The view was terrific from the main hotel areas just not the rooms.

Great new hotel with extremely attentive and charming staff. The hotel itself is just down the hill from imerovigli where there is a good selection of restaurants, and which is a lot quieter than Fira or Oia. The private pools and terraces all the rooms have are a great benefit, but I would make sure to get one with a sea view as the courtyard rooms aren’t very private. Mini bar selection could be improved and wine glasses in the rooms would be a good improvement. Parasols beside the pool would also be a worthwhile improvement.

Wow…this hotel is absolute perfection! We had a beautiful suite on the top floor with heated jacuzzi and the most amazing views! The whole hotel is exceptionally clean and beautifully designed. Breakfast is delicious with an excellent choice. It’s about a 5 minute walk uphill to the caldera views but we much preferred the peacefulness and setting of the hotel as in our opinion, the caldera side is very busy and overlooked. Without a doubt though, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Every single member of staff is so welcoming, friendly and hard working. . A special shout out to Flora on reception who was so helpful and Costas in the bar who is so friendly, hard working and makes the best cocktails! Finally, a very big thank you to Aspa - a lovely member of staff who is excellent at her job! From the moment we booked and throughout the whole of our stay, Aspa was there to look after us and nothing was too much trouble.Thank you Aspa for going out of your way to make sure we had a wonderful time! I highly recommend a stay at this this beautiful hotel and we certainly would love to return sometime in the future!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in - the end. With it being relatively new, the suites are stunningly decorated with a fresh and contemporary feel. My partner and I loved having our own plunge pool that was private and deep! The shining stars of the hotel are the staff - each and everyone of them made us feel so welcome. Whether it was making our coffee or taking us to our room via buggy, they were so kind and smiley. I cannot imagine a better hotel in Santorini and I sincerely wish to come back soon.

Amazing property, really close to the Imerovigli bus stop (bus is not too reliable but you could use it), and one of the better breakfast buffets out there! Super nice staff, helpful front desk helping us with transportation as well. The ONLY bad thing was the bathroom sink stinks a lot, but I think not all rooms are like that. I'd visit again any time!

Cresanto was incredible. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left. All the staff were amazing - always so kind, professional and accommodating. The cleanliness of the property was incredible - the cleaning team always timed your room clean when we were away or at breakfast. Aspa organised airport transfers, boat trips, wine tours and made some amazing restaurant recommendations for us. Costa made some amazing cocktails and recommended amazing food at the restaurant on site (Festos). All the team were amazing at Cresanto - thank you. The food at Cresanto was also fantastic - breakfast was lovely and the food on site at the restaurant or room service was also excellent. Thank you to all at Cresanto for an amazing Honeymoon - we will be back one day!

Suit was excellent and spacious and had good location. However, at the end they harassed us to check out of the room where as we requested to give a leeway for an hour (instead of 11 , we asked for 12), but they were extremely rude at the end and kept on harassing which was pathetic for such a good hotel . Also they asked check in time in advance and we mentioned 12:30 but they made us wait for an hour and half. Both of these left a bitter taste in the mouth to such a good experience.There was no turndown service.Dionysus from restaurant gave a good service. She was wonderful. I hope concierge and check in check out staff show respect to customers and improve on their demeaner.

I cannot say enough how wonderful my stay was at this property. I emailed them about 2 weeks prior to my trip to make a few inquiries and requests as well as inform them that i was traveling to Santorini to celebrate a milestone birthday! From that first email response I knew that I was in for great service! They managed to even exceed that expectation set!!!! I highly recommend this boutique hotel. Their guest services manager, Aspa was a true gem and a welcoming hostess that truly provided a VIP experience!

They’ll tell you it’s unsafe to book your own cars or go by public transport so they can recommend you a very expensive private driver to take you around. This is extremely expensive and a scam. These drivers will charge you ridiculous rates for even short drives. The hotel staff should be more concerned about their guests experience & recommend affordable travel for their guests.

Our stay at this property was amazing. We stayed at the presidential suite and it was just dreamy. The included breakfast buffet was incredible. The staff service was phenomenal specially Angela at the reception. If we go to Greece again we would definitely stay there again.

From the moment we arrived the hospitality was amazing. I had gone to Santorini to propose to my girlfriend and staying at this hotel made it an amazing experience! I highly recommend the daily breakfasts; we had dinner one night and the food (Gnocchi especially) was fantastic too. At breakfast they always made sure we had water and coffees! Upon arrival we had 3 complimentary drinks including a freshly made spanish sangria and some grape liquor in a bottle they had left in our room which was made on the island. The personal touches at Cresanto were what made it. As soon we told them we were engaged they sent a complimentary bottle of prosecco to our room! Aspa (the guest relations manager) and Panos (the F&B manager) especially were so friendly and gave advice etc accordingly. We spoke to them every day and must give Panos' spicy cucmber cocktail a special shout out which he made for us on the evening we got engaged! I highly recommend Cresanto and would use them again if I ever went back to Santorini!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and could not have had a more perfect stay in Santorini! You can avoid the crazy crowds without sacrificing having beautiful cities like Oia, Fira, and Pyrgos easily accessible to you. We had an ocean view, great restaurants and caldera views a short walk away, a bus stop and grocery store nearby, and the facilities were overall superb. Rooms are spacious, the staff is also super friendly. Again I can’t recommend this place enough - we will stay here again next time we come to Santorini!

The hotel is on a main road leading into town or to the bus stop which is very busy and has no sidewalk making it very unsafe to walk anywhere. The cooked breakfast buffet was cold on both occasions I tried it. The main pool is not heated. Some of the cupboards and finishings were broken or faulty

Il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso! Cresanto è situato a 5min a piedi da Imerovigli (in salita, ma son comunque 5min) ed ha una posizione strategica poiché è ben lontana dalla folla di gente che popola l'isola ma permette di raggiungere qualunque posto in maniera comoda. C'è anche un Carrefour a meno di 100 metri aperto fino alle 23! Abbiamo soggiornato nella Presidential Suite e la piscina è meravigliosa, leggermente riscaldata, temperatura molto piacevole. La vista è sul lato est dell'isola, quindi avrete una splendida visuale dell'alba, mentre per il tramonto bastano i 5min sopra citati per godersi il tramonto da Imerovigli. Noi per il tramonto siamo andati spesso a Thira, circa 30/40min a piedi, lì se possibile il tramonto è ancora più bello. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno anche aiutato ad organizzare il boat tour che tra l'altro consiglio assolutamente, esperienza top. Colazione a buffet molto ricca e varia, si ha l'imbarazzo della scelta. Consigliato soprattutto a chi vuole evitare la folla nei periodi di alta stagione godendosi in tutta tranquillità una splendida vista a bordo piscina.

Our 6 night stay was excellent. The place really was luxury in many ways. Spacious rooms, outstanding breakfast, private pools, quick efficient cleaning staff. The only downside if you plan to walk was the steep uphill road to get to the local bus stop. We did it many times, without issues, but this could be alot for some.

Let's get the bad out of the way: our spa pool didn't work for the last 2 days of our stay. No one's did. It was "sort of" addressed... And a wind storm made most other daytime options untenable, so this was a big deal. This is not a cheap place That said- the service staff took great care of us. The concierge and wait staff were some if the best I've experienced The rooms are a bit dated but laid out very nicely and very, very clean and safe If you go, let the staff book everything for you- they get it done in seconds And have breakfast delivered- it's delicious and worth it *main pool is not heated and coooollllddd **water in any room in greek isles is not drinkable. They supply you with bottles

From start to finish, everything was amazing. Clean and comfortable accommodations, very good included breakfast and the staff was so helpful. We loved everything about this place and if we are lucky enough to return to Santorini, we would definitely stay here again

I would have no hesitation in recommending. This was a large room with a comfortable bed we had a jacuzzi on our balcony which was just as pictured and was a lovely luxury. Everything was immaculately clean, grounds were well kept and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was just a few minutes walk from the caldera in a quiet location. Breakfast was a buffet with a good range of fresh food and eggs or crepes made to order.

Peaceful, clean, friendly staff, overall the hotel was great however I would not stay there again due to a few reasons. The hotel is on a main road leading into town or to the bus stop which is very busy and has no sidewalk making it very unsafe to walk anywhere. The cooked breakfast buffet was cold on both occasions I tried it. The main pool is not heated. Some of the cupboards and finishings were broken or faulty

Five star experience. The staff really goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. The pool area is great for lounging in the sun. The drinks were the best we had gotten during our vacation. Room was clean and comfortable, room service was excellent as well. Made for an amazing honeymoon!

TEN STARS!!!! We don't know the Greek word for 'perfection', but, as the movie says, 'the root of the word has to be Greek, especially if it's about Santorini, and in particular, Cresanto Luxury Suites!! We LOVED Cresanto!! From the moment we received an amazing welcome with chilled, scented towels, welcome drinks, and luggage taken to our rooms, we felt pampered and enthralled! Our room, luxurious, spotless, comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches was a total joy! Our private terrace with our own hot tub overlooking the sea was heaven! The staff was phenomenal! Everyone was incredibly helpful, friendly, and eager to make our experience amazing - and they succeeded! Danae, Phillip, Angela, and I'm sorry to have missed the names of all the others, but this includes them all! Exceptionally great!! Morning greetings with huge smiles at an astounding complimentary breakfast buffet! Dinners and room service were also fantastic! The pool, overlooking the Mediterranean was gorgeous! Comfy pool and terrace beds well enjoyed! During our stay, June 10 - 13, 2024, we kept discovering amenities and small design features that brought us pleasure. Even the pool towels match the beds! We enjoyed a wonderful couples massage at the elegant spa. We received a packed breakfast when we left for an early flight. From the moment we arrived the hospitality was amazing. I had gone to Santorini to propose to my girlfriend and staying at this hotel made it an amazing experience! I highly recommend the daily breakfasts; we had dinner one night and the food (Gnocchi especially) was fantastic too. At breakfast they always made sure we had water and coffees! Upon arrival we had 3 complimentary drinks including a freshly made spanish sangria and some grape liquor in a bottle they had left in our room which was made on the island. The personal touches at Cresanto were what made it. As soon we told them we were engaged they sent a complimentary bottle of prosecco to our room! Aspa (the guest relations manager) and Panos (the F&B manager) especially were so friendly and gave advice etc accordingly. We spoke to them every day and must give Panos' spicy cucmber cocktail a special shout out which he made for us on the evening we got engaged! I highly recommend Cresanto and would use them again if I ever went back to Santorini!

Had an excellent stay here. It was a beautiful property in a quiet part of town. Large room, great pools, and super friendly staff. Also nice that it had a gym! You get a sunrise view, and we just went for sunset dinners/drinks on the other famous coast each night to enjoy that aspect. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent experience that started as soon as we got there. Attentive service, incredible facilities, perfectly clean, and great location that's close enough to Imerovigli for anything you need but just separated enough for the hotel to feel like its own community. If I went back to Santorini I would definitely stay here again.
