Le confort est très correct. L’ouverture de vos fenêtres n’est pas conforme. La signalisation pour trouver l’appart hôtel est très mauvaise, car nous avons mis une heure pour y accéder, malgré l’utilisation du plan et du GPS. Le personnel est très aimable et le chocolat au lait du matin est excellent. Par contre l’hororodateur de parcmètre dans la rue en face de l’hôtel ne fonctionne pas correctement. Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble, même si le Lundi, beaucoup de commerces sont fermés. Richard CABEDOCE.

Très bon accueil. Le personnel est aimable et bienveillant. L'emplacement est idéal pour les deplacements à pied. Un parking payant est à proximité car l'hôtel ne dispose pas de beaucoup de place. Disponibilité de places dans la rue 20 minutes gratuites. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et le prix est abordable.

La première nuit nous avons eu un pb de chauffage. Comme cette panne n'a pas pu être réparée dans la journée, il nous a été proposé de changer pour une chambre bien plus grande, le tout avec une grande amabilité. Hôtel très bien situé à proximité de la vieille ville, et avec de nombreux restos très sympa sur le boulevard. Parking privé bon marché par rapport aux pk public, 15 € la journée. Je recommande cet hôtel où nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. My room was nice and quiet at the back of the hotel. Good air conditioning in the room with pleasant view of mountains and city. Reception staff were helpful. Hotel is in the centre of Perpignan 5 minutes walk to attractions, restaurants, pubs etc... Breakfast was average, no gluten or dairy free options though.

Un bruit de sifflement venant de la fenêtre toute la nuit dès mon arrivée je l ai signaler à l accueil on m'a répondu très aimablement que ça venait de la fenêtre qui été certainement mal fermée donc j ai vérifié la fermeture et toujours le même sifflement j ai laissé tombé. En plus de ce sifflement j ai eu droit aux aboiements et hurlements d un chien jusqu'à 1h du matin chambre à côté de la mienne . Reste pour l hygiène j ai rencontré mieux la faïence du coin cuisine au niveau plaque de cuisson il y avait pleins de graisse Dommage hôtel bien placé et bonne accueil personnel très sympathique

Mon hébergement a été convenable J’ai relevé quelques détails qui pourraient être améliorés afin de vous aider à être plus performant pour l’amélioration de votre appartement; Changement des poignets de porte de placards, vérifier l’éclairage , améliorer le nettoyage( donner du temps supplémentaire au personnel) Ceci n’est pas un reproche, cela est juste pour vous aider à améliorer la qualité de votre établissement.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé , bien que la chambre soit un peu petite pour deux ( mais ce n'était que pour dormir) Petit déjeuner extra , tout y était ( pain viennoiserie , confiture maison, charcuterie etc..etc..) Hygiéne impeccable .Personnel sympathique.

Great stay, excellent location, would stay here again. Room was absolutely spotless. However, the drains smelt really bad, and the fridge was very noisy which kept me awake.

Everything worked well, kitchen had all utensils and pans, the room was quiet, the balcony (and balcony windows) made it feel bright and spacious. Close to city center. Staff were friendly. There is an on-site laundry (although it is a bit expensive: 7 euros for a wash), reception area nothing special if you want to lounge in a hotel lobby, but these very minor drawbacks. Overall very good and convenient, I would stay again.

The hotel's location was excellent; a grocery store was nearby, and many dining options were within walking distance. - The internet was terrible (at least in my room) very weak signal, and you also needed to pay for a faster connection! The elevator broke two to three times during my stay.

Mer &golf perpignan is in a good loctaion it looks nice but the woman on reception was extremely rude when asking even the basic of things like how to get to the tourist office. Thw rooms are nice but i went to sleep amd woke up with bites. The breakfast was not good value atoll.

Établissement idéalement placé tout près du centre ville et dans une rue avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Facilement accessible de la gare (plusieurs bus). Grand appartement avec balcon et une belle vue sur les toits de la ville. État impeccable, bien entretenu. Personnel professionnel, efficace et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner en buffet relativement complet.

No pudimos quedarnos en el hotel porque no nos dieron las instrucciones a tiempo para poder ingresar al aparhotel. Les escribimos tanto por la app de hoteles.com como por telefono. Estuvimos llamando y no lográbamos conectar la llamada. Cuando llegamos al hotel habia un cartel para quienes llegabamos luego de su horario de atención, llamamos al numero indicado y el telefono estaba tenia un mensaje de voz que decia que las llamadas en ese horario estaban desviadas y que enviaramos un email. Al final no pudimos usar la reserva y no tenían nadie para orientarnos ni una manera eficiente para brindar alguna información. Nos dijeron que nos habian enviado un mensaje de texto con las indicaciones pero nunca nos llego ningun mensaje. En todo caso podrian haber enviado un mail para comunicar las indicaciones pero no lo hicieron. No se han hecho responsable de su falta de profesionalismo, definitivamente es la peor experiencia que he tenido viajando por europa. Siempre uso hoteles.com para mis viajes y nunca he tenido problema alguno con las reservas, es la primera vez y espero sea la ultima.

Le personnel est très aimable et le chocolat au lait du matin est excellent. Par contre l’hororodateur de parcmètre dans la rue en face de l’hôtel ne fonctionne pas correctement. I stayed for 4 nights and the studio had everything you needed. The little kitchen was perfect and it was great to have the air conditionning The location was just amazing, just a few minute walk to the main shopping streets, it had a few small supermarkets around and was close to bus stops.

Room and bathroom was spotlessly clean. My room was nice and quiet at the back of the hotel. Good air conditioning in the room with pleasant view of mountains and city. Reception staff were helpful. Hotel is in the centre of Perpignan 5 minutes walk to attractions, restaurants, pubs etc... Breakfast was average, no gluten or dairy free options though.

Mer &golf perpignan is in a good loctaion it looks nice but the woman on reception was extremely rude when asking even the basic of things like how to get to the tourist office. Thw rooms are nice but i went to sleep amd woke up with bites. The breakfast was not good value atoll.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé , bien que la chambre soit un peu petite pour deux ( mais ce n'était que pour dormir) Petit déjeuner extra , tout y était ( pain viennoiserie , confiture maison, charcuterie etc..etc..) Hygiéne impeccable .Personnel sympathique.

Physical check-in until 1900 only sure be sure you have received the door and key safe codes before. Reception friendly and efficient. there is a breakfast option that we did not take. The room is small but an entrance hall and decent sized bathroom. It's all no frills, a bit tired but clean and works. There is a simple kitchenette that would work for those wanting to eat in simply. Bed is fine but a small double. TV was fine. Wifi fine and there is a paid option if you want to extra capacity. Parking at night is either in paid parking or on the street. A spot opened up by about 19.30 on a Friday night. It is free till 9am or all day Sat and Sun. Best paid parking is in the Place de Catalogne (price and safety) about 5 mins walk away. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Good for an overnight economy stop.
