I had stayed here before, so was happy to return. The hotel is very clean, well maintained overall, and has a helpful, attentive staff. My first floor room was quiet, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed. One of the reasons that I like staying here is the well-maintained swimming pool. It is warm enough and large enough that I can swim laps for 30+ minutes. I swam once before bed, and once in the morning. The hotel has a huge parking lot, and is located next to Dolphin Mall. A 24-hour CVS pharmacy is 5 minute drive away. I will happily stay here again in the future.

I am in Miami often and I usually stay at this hotel, it’s nice and quiet but still close to lots of things to do. Carlo who works the lobby bar and bistro is amazing and I’m always happy to see him when I come. And the front desk staff, no matter what shift, are always superb

I love the shopping around it was walking distance to the Dolphin Mall . What I did not like only one elevator was working and taken so long. That suck because the hotel was full.

The carpet in the room was dirty and the room smelled musty. The carpet around the elevator on the 3rd floor was dirty. My family had sinus issues after spending the night. The hotel room is very dated. Please upgrade.

Booked and paid for two nights through at this hotel due to proximity to shopping before a cruise. We arrived around 2:00 pm and was told checkin not available until 4:00 but was not able to access room until 5:30 due to a “large checkout”. Took 20 minutes to find our luggage they were storing for us - during which one of the front desk clerks disclosed us other job… TMI!! Finally checked into a room that was not clean, rusty tub, room smelled of smoke, etc. We left after the first day and the hotel refused to reimburse our second night. Only positive thing I can say was the hotel was reasonably quiet. Do not recommend.

The Hotel is located on the same compound of Dolphin Mall so it is super convenient. You can just walk over in 2 minutes. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and quick when requests were made. The rooms were large enough. Overall a nice hotel if you're planning a shopping trip or doing things close by. Do ask for a room away from the elevators though as you can hear the elevators throughout the night if you are closeby if you are a light sleeper.

Great location (on the Dolphin Mall compound) including 15 minutes away from airport. Adequately sized room with comfortable bed and pillows. The rooms do look and feel a bit dated however, and should be upgraded to complement the rest of the property. Overall very good and will stay again.

I will recommend this hotel due to its proximity to Dolphin Mall and their exceptional customer service. Eduardo and the manager, George made my friends and me feel welcome. The hotel felt like a home away from home. Every concern was resolved. There was one hiccup that they had difficulty resolving and that's the elevator. It gave trouble throughout our trip. Other than that, I will recommend Courtyard by Marriott.

I warn everyone that if you book this hotel, they might give your room away and you won’t have a place to stay. We booked this hotel a year in advance because we had a family trip with extended family and grandparents. When we arrived, the front desk told me that our room was given away and the hotel is now fully booked and sold out. Our extended family got all of their rooms, but we were the only ones that had no room. We booked through Expedia and have never had this issue before to where we show up to our hotel and they gave our room away to someone else, leaving us out on the street with no place to stay. It was very strange. We had to find different accommodations. I do not recommend this hotel.

Let me tell you, I left Honduras that day and we had a nightmare on the flight because was delay twice and when we got to Miami the only thing my wife and I was to get some rest and for my surprise when I got to the hotel they didn’t have any room available even though I reserve that night. The lady from the front desk try her best to accommodate us in another hotel in downtown Miami but when got there I had a voucher from the hotel in a value of $1,200 but they didn’t take that as a payment because it needed to show the credit card that paid for that voucher so we call many times to the hotel and nobody answered then we drove back like 40 minutes again on that Saturday night and the lady from the front desk call to the hotel we went to and they arranged everything for me to go back but I was so so so tired that I was very sad, mad and very disappointed at the same time. And also very disappointed about the service from the hotel.

The front desk staff at check in did not appear to know what the booking was. I paid for breakfast for two and he indicated it was only for one. I needed to show him my reservation. Additionally he did not provide the chit for the breakfast so there was a delay the following morning when we presented for breakfast. He then provided chits for a cold meal which would not have included coffee/tea etc. this meant we would have had to pay extra for those items. The individual at the restaurant was very helpful and assisted us through this process.

My wife and i are returning guest. The staff here is fun and professional. Edwardo and Robert made our stay a great one. It was my wife birthday and they went beyond my expectations with design our bed with roses 🌹and a bottle of champagne. We will return soon great stay.

I had the most amazing stay. I traveled alone and I have no complaints. The staff was AMAZING! Comfortable bed and room. Good water pressure and hot water. The food at the Bistro was good as well. If I am ever back, in that area of Miami, I will definitely revisit.

Property needs some updating and maintenance but had a great stay and was very quiet. Breakfast was nice and peaceful the Starbucks service was very good. They should definitely lower the signature smell spray by the eating area was a little too strong. Front desk was helpful and professional.

Hotel was great except for the bistro. The food was TERRIBLE. I ordered a quesadilla and a Caesar salad and they were the worst I’ve ever had. Really disappointing.
