This is my go to hotel when visiting Miami, the suites are very spacious, love that the kitchen has everything I need. I like the amenities around the property such as the pool, mini golf, breakfast in the morning they also have pool table and areas to relax.

The only that that is horrible here is the parking. To many special parking spots for either van carpooling, premium members, handicap, pregnant moms etc. You should have these parking spaces but mpre then half the parling lot has these requirements. And half of them are empty every night! So you dont need that many.

Great location. Hotel has everything you need. Bar downstairs that served great tapas. Staff was friendly. Room has a kitchen, sofa and dining table. Looks like a studio apartment. Walkable to Dolphin Mall. A little minor issue whichwas that breakfast was served only until 10am, but the menu said 11am so we missed it. Overall the stay was great.

Homewood suites was AMAZING!! We will definitely be staying again! Breakfast was so delicious.. billiards table was fun.. they had put put golf, a great pool, the bar/restaurant had phenomenal food! Connie “rocky” at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful! We had early flight in and late flight out and they were so accommodating letting us use the lounge areas and playing pool/hanging while waiting for our room and even when we had to check out and hang in it for 8hrs before heading to the airport! We LOVED this place!

Nice hotel, nice staff, clean. A bit cramped bathroom. A bit cold in the pool and it was facing north so only a few hours of sun in the morning. The breakfast is no more than it needs to be and not very environmentally friendly with only disposable cutlery and plates. Short walk to shopping mall. We were there on Black Friday, so it was good to avoid the parking chaos.

The property is very accessible for everything shopping,mall,restaurant etc. We stayed in hilton before and now we tried homewood suite. Upon arrival front desk is very helpful they all friendly until the day of our checkout. Upon arrival rooms still have hair in the bathroom and on the floor. No conditioner empty bottled.There are one day that no housekeeping cleaning are room. I just let the front desk know that we need cleaning the next day. Sometimes they not even wash the cutleries, tv is not working for 3 days until checkout. But overall we loved the place easy access.

I was expecting a lot more for a homewood property. We stayed at the homewood miami airport west a few months ago and loved it, which is why I booked another homewood property but this one was lacking. First, upon check in the lady was nice enough but didn't give me any info and acted like I was a bother when I asked about breakfast, and then when I asked the best way to get to the elevators from parking lot, she told me to use the side entrance because I had a child. I felt like she was discriminating because I mentioned having a toddler. Once we got to the room, it had a horrible, musty smell. The picture frame on the wall was barely hung, and fell on my toddler. Thankfully I grabbed it in time before it hurt him, but it ended up smashing my finger in the process. I mentioned it to front desk who sent a tech up to re hang it. No apologies that my 3yo was injured or anything. The body wash on the wall in the shower fell off, no one even touched it. I bring my own toiletries and while i was in the shower, it just fell. The silverware in the drawer was not enough for all of us. Very small inconvenience but only 2 spoons?? We are a family of 4, but whatever that is the least of our concerns. The place was not very clean. The paper towels were very clearly used with pizza grease on the top from the prior guests, so what else was reused? I wiped the whole place down with lysol wipes and they were very dirty. I found socks behind the nightstand. The door bolt was broken.

An unpleasant experience. The staff was unfriendly, the room was dusty and caused us to have an allergic reaction. The hot breakfast is served on styrofoam plates!!! When we asked for regular plates, the staff made faces and said that this is what they have. Who serves hot food on styrofoam plates? It is truly dangerous for health. In summary, a very unpleasant experience. Not respectful of the Hilton brand. Very disappointing.

The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The only issue I noticed was that the ceiling fans and room carpet were quite dusty, so a more thorough cleaning in those areas would be appreciated. Aside from that, everything was amazing, and the continental breakfast was excellent.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The property is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It’s well maintained, clean, and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good, although there’s definitely room for improvement. However, I was disappointed that my room wasn’t cleaned during my stay. When I asked the housekeeper, I was told that their priority is only the check-outs, so I didn’t receive fresh towels or basic room cleaning. It honestly made me feel more like I was staying at an Airbnb than a hotel. It’s a shame because everything else about the property was so nice.

The room did not allow for a restful sleep due to the noise from the air conditioning, which was quite disruptive. However, everything else was excellent — the restaurant, common areas, and the surroundings were all outstanding. If the air conditioning issue were resolved, the stay would have been perfect.

A glass picture frame fell after a minor, indirect bump to a nearby wall—exposing a clear hazard due to faulty installation. First off the front office staff was not very friendly and practically rude one guy in particular at my check (can’t remember his name). Secondly, my room wasn’t cleaned despite note having the do not disturb on and also calling front desk for cleaning. Returned 10pm to a dirty room. These are not things that should be taken lightly in hospitality. Thirdly the restaurant staff at Homewood suites side was unfriendly and literally ran us out the breakfast area by taking off the lights in the food area promptly at the end of breakfast. Very disappointing stay after paying more than $200 plus tax per night for a room. Don’t intend to stay here again.

I had dinner expenses at the Flamenco Hotel charged to my room, despite never having stepped foot in the restaurant for the entire duration of my trip. All my attempts at emailing the Front Desk Manager as instructed by the Hotel staff to have the charges reimbursed have gone unanswered. It seems the hotel staff simply request a room number to charge without verifying that the person is actually registered to the room!!!. Not impressed!

Planning to visit Miami beach, and since this place offers free parking, I chose to stay here. It’s accessible from an exit on the highway interchange, but the interchange is too complex, and I missed the exit several times. For tourists, taking the surface roads might be a better option. It’s very close to Dolphin Mall, just next door. The room is on the 10th floor, and it’s probably the first time I’ve stayed in a tall building in the U.S.

I love that this hotel is close to Dolphin Mall and I can get onto major highways quickly. The airport is a short ride away and I was able to find several convenient stores such as Ikea and Home depot close by. The hotel has been renovated and it still feels very new. Free breakfast in the morning is also a bonus. The options were good and it was not too crowded when I went down. Overall a great stay and I will return.

Third time that we stay at this hotel. Very conveniently located, close to Dolphin and Miami International Malls. The hotel has a restaurant with really good meals, very well prepared. Chef is really really good. There is also a waitress worth mentioning, Kyra. She has the BEST of attitudes, empathy and charisma!!!!! We strongly recommend visiting the restaurant.

We stayed at the 'sister' hotel next door - the Hilton Garden Inn two years ago. Comparing between the two, I would say that the room at the Suites was much bigger having a sitting room as well as a kitchen/diner but I did prefer the breakfast at the Garden Inn by far superior. The breakfast area was way too small for a hotel this size, we often had to sit in the lounge area since it was too full. I saw guests hogging two and three tables just for 3 people. The staff were also hard pressed in trying to refill the trays with food etc. The selection was very limited and the coffee was undrinkable, way way too watered down and weak. The worst thing I found was that everyone had to eat from paper plates with plastic forks and knives. The bins were overflowing with waste cutlery and plates plus I found the idea of eating out of paper plates a bit tacky for a hotel of this category. The staff in general were very pleasant and helpful. All in all, I would prefer the Garden Inn over Homewood Suites.

When we called downstairs out our tv not workin due to power outage- the guy was rude. He was also rude when my husband was purchasing snacks. We can’t remember his name unfortunately, it wasn’t Jeffery- he was nice. Also the breakfast buffet was horrible! Not many choices, the food tasted bad and was dried out. I normally stay at Hilton owned hotels and it’s great , just stayed at Hampton inn suites Miami Brickell and the food/buffet choices were phenomenal! So I was very disappointed here.

The property itself is in a great location. However the breakfast is ridiculous. Runny eggs and pork sausages or ham or chorizo. No chicken or vegetarian options at all. Had to go out for breakfast instead. Also I tried calling housekeeping to get extra towels -no answer.

The place is clean. I felt good/safe with the surroundings. You can literally walk to the Miami Dolphin Mall. There was just one drawback. There was a dog barking on our floor. Ok, 2 issues. The children were running up & down the hallway. Not all night, but it happened. Nonetheless. Breakfast could be better! They did have chicken sausages. However, they were overcooked. Along with the hashbrowns. Other than that, we will revisit this place again. We didnt get a chance to use the pool.
