The location couldn’t be better, perfectly walkable to everything. The highlight of our stay was the warm welcome from the property manager, Joan. He was so kind and took his time to show us around while sharing the fascinating history of the hotel. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and he went above and beyond by arranging a bottle of champagne and chocolates to be sent to our room. The spa is stunning and an absolute must-visit. Overall, it was a true 5-star experience from start to finish — highly recommended!

10/10 stay. Would highly recommend. We travelled as 2 friends seeking a relaxing city break. Comfortable rooms, ultra clean, stunning old building which is a former convent with a ton of history, beautiful (small) pool & terrace area perfect for relaxing and reading, beautiful ambience and very calm & peaceful throughout this hotel. Very walkable to all of central Palma. We loved the breakfast and the focus on being eco friendly /sustainable. Joan @front of house was a fantastic representative for this hotel, super knowledgable and welcoming - as were all the staff. Would return in a heartbeat and think it would be great for solo travellers too.

It was beautiful in the public areas, the pool area was tiny and pool so shallow you couldn’t swim, this was disappointing as reason for booking. The room was small over levels and challenging with so many steps. The staff were very pleasant. The drinks in the bar very expensive. Overall style over everything.

Our trip to Palma and our stay at Convent de la Missio Boutique Hotel was amazing. The Hotel was incredible and the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Convent de la Missio Boutique Hotel is a converted convent and monastery and is so tastefully done it is worth a stay there. There is a lovely roof top terrace with a small dip pool but it is lovely to relax and is so quite up there. I would definitely stay there again when we return to Palma.

The hotel was located on a quieter street but just a few minutes walking distance from all the restaurants and downtown Palma. The rooms were incredibly clean and the bed was so comfortable! They also had parking onsite so we didn’t have to worry about where to leave the rental. I can’t recommend this hotel and staff enough and if we come back I’d definitely stay there again! They made our stay super easy and I didn’t want to leave! PS: the decor was beautiful!

Very unique location and very accessible to everything. Great dining options, cafes etc. we loved that we could get to all of the great food spots within 10 minutes. For a 5 star hotel the front desk staff was alright. We were travelling on our honeymoon and the other hotels we recently stayed at truly gave a 5 star feeling, this felt more like a 4. Nice pool on rooftop, but was missing a bathroom up there to change etc, should you want to use facilities after check out before flights. We asked multiple staff and they said to go to the main floor (uncomfortable in a suit and towel). Cleaning staff was lovely and the stocked up water and clean rooms was great.

We had a fabulous stay in two Junior-Suites. The service, whether reception, restaurant or room-maids were outstanding but the location is somehow faded and dated, could need renovation. Several stains in the carpets, the curtain is not appropriate for a *****-Hotel. The hotel lives somehow from the shine of the Marc Fosh restaurant… The area is quite central but creepy at night.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at! The staff and customer service at the hotel was beyond exceptional and we were treated so well for the stay from check in to check out. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was ideal, located so close to shops and attractions, while still being tucked away in a quiet street - the best of both worlds. And also the restaurant and breakfast was spectacular! Highly highly recommend! They made our stay at Palma so memorable and lovely.

This was our 3rd stay at our home (yes they really make us feel at home) in Palma and it is simply the best place to stay. The staff are absolutely 1st class and really go the extra mile and make you feel special. The rooms are beautiful and everything has a 5* feel about it. Breakfast is simply on another level and Danielle ensures you are pampered. Don’t take my word for it, just book it and see for yourself. We are ready to book our 4th stay and even if you don’t go out of the hotel you will have a great stay and come home relaxed and refreshed.
