Appt glacial, clim reversible bloquee a 23 maxi, donc tres long a refaire chauffer... et 2e probleme : studio a lit escamotable, lourd... La clim donne en plein dessus ! Probleme avec egalement la porte du portail en bas d ela residence : les badges ne permettent pas actuellement de 'ouvrir, il faut sonner et attendre, attendre... sinon, la residence est en travaux mais bien agencée. Vaisselle de qualité, equipement ok. wifi OK et personnel aussi.

Séjour de 2 nuits pour job. Appt cozy, bien agencé, personnel de la reception : Rebecca, tres pro et souriante. Chauffage ok, wifi ok, parking gratuit. Le seul point negatif est l'emplacement de la residence, excentrée... voiture obligatoire.

We arrived lat about 11pm. The reception lady was great and was expecting us. Rooms were newly decorated and clean. Bed very comfortable and kitchen very good for cooking in. The hotel is very well situated for travelling to other towns. Ice gym as well. We would stay there again if we come back. The premises is having many upgrades.

First of all - understand that it's a $25-$35 Uber EACH way from the main train station. It's UP in a smaller town in the hills. (where EVERYTHING closes early.) Upon arrival we got ATTITUDE from the reception. Asked about the pool & told it was closed at 8PM... so we missed it by a few minutes...(However it's Still DAYLIGHT until about 930PM in July) Who closes a pool in DAYLIGHT??? and it's not that there is a lifeguard to pay... ALSO - this is supposed to be a RESORT??? no restaurant AND if you want breakfast - it ALSO must be ordered by 8PM (however it's still DAYLIGHT AT 8pm - and we missed ordering croissants - by a few minutes too... So they tell us to walk into town (where everything is closed)... The Room #101: The front door has at least HALF the pain peeling off, the toilet seat is broken, the shower is moldy, NO soap in the shower soap dispensor - not even an empty one... (I wish I could post pictures) The room was reserved for 3-guests. There was a double bed and a fold-out couch. Bed was OK and my kids slept on that and I slept on the fold-out couch with NO sheets/blanket or pillows the first night... The next morning they said it was MY fault for not checking the THIRD closet for sheets... This is supposed to be a RESORT HOTEL - NOT FEND FOR YOURSELF SUMMERCAMP!!!

Le lavabo salle de bain bouché, radiateur seche serviettes fonctionne pas mais le service entretien l’as pris en compte. La réception etait acceuillante et nous a proposé une chambre non duplex car nous nous déplaçons difficilement dans des escaliers.

Les pièces sont tres spacieuses...tout est prévu...on a pas resté longtemps (qu'yne nuit) mais rien a dire. Et c'est joliment décoré. Petit hic....beaucoup d'escaliers...c la configuration des lieux...mais du coup pas de de vis-à-vis c top et hue dégagere

Staff, in particular, Rebecca (manager) and Espoir, have been amazing with service and recommendations for dining and travel. Our two week stay with family, including a 7 month old baby, has been seamless. A bassinet and high chair were in the room upon arrival. After a long flight from Canada we could all nap! Nice, Cannes, Eze all within an hour radius. Great food everywhere. We had forgotten how fresh veg and fruit tasted - so delicious.

Asked about the pool & told it was closed at 8PM... so we missed it by a few minutes...(However it's Still DAYLIGHT until about 930PM in July) Who closes a pool in DAYLIGHT??? and it's not that there is a lifeguard to pay... ALSO - this is supposed to be a RESORT??? no restaurant AND if you want breakfast - it ALSO must be ordered by 8PM (however it's still DAYLIGHT AT 8pm - and we missed ordering croissants - by a few minutes too... So they tell us to walk into town (where everything is closed)... The Room #101: The front door has at least HALF the pain peeling off, the toilet seat is broken, the shower is moldy, NO soap in the shower soap dispensor - not even an empty one... (I wish I could post pictures) The room was reserved for 3-guests. There was a double bed and a fold-out couch. Bed was OK and my kids slept on that and I slept on the fold-out couch with NO sheets/blanket or pillows the first night... Staff, in particular, Rebecca (manager) and Espoir, have been amazing with service and recommendations for dining and travel. Our two week stay with family, including a 7 month old baby, has been seamless. A bassinet and high chair were in the room upon arrival. After a long flight from Canada we could all nap! Nice, Cannes, Eze all within an hour radius. Great food everywhere. We had forgotten how fresh veg and fruit tasted - so delicious.

We arrived lat about 11pm. The reception lady was great and was expecting us. Rooms were newly decorated and clean. Bed very comfortable and kitchen very good for cooking in. The hotel is very well situated for travelling to other towns. Ice gym as well. We would stay there again if we come back. The premises is having many upgrades.

Très bon séjour, personnel accueillant. Toutefois contrairement à la description sur Hôtel.com, le restaurant n'était pas ouvert. Pas de petit déjeuner si ce n'est la possibilité de commander des croissants et pain au chocolats qui vous serons livrés à partir de 8H30 le matin. Toutefois ce n'a pas été fiable, un petit déjeuner ne m' pas été livré à cause d'un oubli de leur part de faire la commande.

Apartments were clean and well equipped. Apartments are a little tired and would benefit a refurbishment. Work on a roof under our apartment was noisy and we were not aware this was happening when we booked. We would book again though as the location was good for us.
