The hotel lobby and elevators were filthy. We walked into our room and it a was 60 degrees. Opened the bathroom door and the floor had not been mopped and the toilet was dirty. The housekeeper had been there because the “clean” paper was placed on the toilet seat. The front desk did put us in another room. It was better but the shower had pink grime in the grout corners. Definitely an F for cleanliness.

Everything about this holiday inn is great. The room is clean and quiet, the front desk is efficient and friendly, and the breakfast is good.
