Shams Alam Beach Resort

Resort in a wonderful position. Not too large so that you don't suffer the city center pain. Room was very nice and bed comfortable. Cleaning could be better. Staff helped with some little problems Easy access to tours (not directly provided by resort) although at high price. Food could definetly be improved.

We saw turtles every day. Lots to see if you like snorkeling. Thanks to Mr Zad for his help. Our room had a panoramic view (not all rooms do). The food was good, we did not get ill from it. We are a quiet older couple who like snorkeling, and pretty relaxing sea views, and so this hotel was good for us.

The hotel is a bit old, but still comfortable. The staff is super kind. Usually calm, the last few days a bit less due to some children that were allowed to run and shout all over (even during dinner) by their parents. There were other children in the place but they were normally joyfull and reasonably loud (they are still children). I would have expected the hotel staff to do something. It would be also good if the cleaning staff do not change towels every single day, I was alone and even if I tried they changed all 4 towels every day.

Rummet var slitet, kylskåpet hade högt ljud. Inget gratis wifi på rummet. Reven var blekta och svårt veta var man skulle snorkla. Colan var ljummen. Maten var ok men inget speciell. Lång tid innan receptionen svarade.

un super spot de plongée avec un personnel très accueillant tant que pour la plongée que pour l’hôtel, Une salle de sport petite mais avec un animateur très attentifs un personnel sur la plage super des installations a coté décevantes exemple table de ping pong et billard inutilisablle, frigo bruyant dans la chambre. mais un super séjour.
