Upon arrival we were not felt welcome. We were told no meals available onweekend , including NO breakfast. The advertising of the accommodation was NOT as was advertised also no pool facilities...Room was clean but no hand towels or water supplied. Would not recommend

The room, staff, location is great. Our only complaint is that the pool was dirty was wasn't cleaned at all during our two night stay. The main thing we looked for when booking this stay in Dubbo was for a pool so it was incredibly disappointing to not be able to use it.

Stayed in an Executive King for a few days, it’s basic and generally fine for somewhere to sleep… I found the room was mostly clean, however, a few noticeable issues: - kettle rusty and not something I used due to this so no morning coffees in room - window in bathroom wasn’t clean and there was spiderwebs around this - air vent was not clean - dead fly in corner of bathroom, so not great attention to detail when cleaning As this place was priced same as quiet a number of other properties and the fact there is so many places around Dubbo for accomodation, it’s unlikely I would stay here again on my next visit.

If you like smoking this hotel is for you. Unfortunately I don't smoke. With two seats and an ashtray outside every hotel door, it is promoting smoking. 4.30am guy next-door comes out side gets on his phone and smokes. This guy couldn't talk any louder and the smoke came under the door into my room. I won't be staying here again which is unfortunate as the staff are great and the rooms are clean.

Pretty basic room for the price, but the staff are super friendly and the room service was good if not a little pricey. Disappointed there wasn't better lighting, maybe a bedside lamp or two would have been helpful. Nice to have a couch to sit and watch TV and the bed was comfortable. Average shower and no bath mat. Good amenities for a quick brekkie before I left. Happy overall.

Had a very good experience staying here. Staff were nice, food was very good, and if I'm going to be honest you really don't expect to much when hotel pricing is as fair as this establishment. Overall had a 10/10 stay. Would definitely choose to stay here again, well done guys.

This property had fairly recently been refurbished, and was in an overall very good condition. It was clean and tidy, and our room was well furnished, and well supplied. The staff were excellent. They were friendly and helpful and were a pleasure to deal with. We had an issue with our vehicle, and their assistance made what was a little bit of a stressful situation far more bearable. I would highly recommend this motel.

The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The motel is conveniently located close to the shops and just a few minutes from the zoo. Our only complaint was the smokers all sitting outside their rooms,we couldn’t sit outside because of them.
