A localização do Hostal Ballesta é incrível. Tem várias estações de metrô próximas, a poucos passos da Grand Via, rua cheia de lojas e ao redor tem farta opção de cafeterias, restaurantes e supermercados (Mercadona,Dia). Os quartos são muito bons, com conforto, tem o principal para nós que é cama e banho bom, tem tv, bancada, guarda roupa, cofre e oferecem shampoo e sabonete líquido. Não tem frigobar mas ao lado da recepção existe uma cozinha e uma sala para uso dos hóspedes, com geladeira, microondas,etc. Tem TB uma máquina de cafés pagos, com excelente preço e bem gostoso. Infelizmente só descobri esses espaços no último dia 😅.Enfim, recomendo muito o Hostal Ballesta, pela localização, pelo silêncio pra descansar e pelo custo benefício !!

シングルルームに５泊しました。小さいホテルですが、ロビーから客室に至るまで清潔で、シャワーも熱いお湯が豊富にちゃんと出て気持ち良いです。空調も問題なく、テレビやWifiも快適に使えました。部屋にセーフティーボックスもあり、安心できます。ロビーにはコーヒーの自販機やお水の自販機、無料のお菓子なども置いてあります。また、同じくロビーには、冷蔵庫と電子レンジ、共用のパソコンもあります。フロントは２４時間対応で、夜間は玄関は施錠されていますが、呼べばすぐ開けてくれます。書類の印刷を頼んだら、PDFをフロントのメールアドレスに送ってくれればすぐに印刷すると言って、直ぐにしてくれました。場所はGranViaのすぐそばで便利だし、目の前に小さなコンビニみたいなスーパーがあり、24時間水やビールが買えますが、前の道をGranViaと反対方向に200mくらい行ったところには、大きめのスーパーもあり、そこでは各種パンをはじめ食料品や雑貨などがさらにお得に買うことができます。コスパも良いし、ホテルで贅沢に過ごしたいということがなければ、非常に良いところと思います。敢えて言えば、部屋に冷蔵庫があって、共用のランドリーがあるともっと良いですが、Tシャツなどのちょっとした洗濯をしたい人はシャワー室に干しておくために、ハンガーを数個持っていけば良いと思います。

This is a very convenient location. The room was clean and spacious. There are no amenities - no in room coffee or refrigerator. You have to ask the front desk for a hair dryer. The property has had a facelift, but it shows its age. The room was quiet to the outside, but you could hear people talking in the hall and the room next door. Overall, it is a good budget hotel, but expect no frills.

A localização é EXCELENTE! O hotel fica próximo aos principais pontos de Madri! Fizemos tudo à pé. O quarto era amplo e limpo. A recepção funciona 24h, o que para nós foi essencial pois chegamos muito tarde para o check in. Também se dispuseram a guardar nossas malas no dia seguinte, do check out até o horário que fomos para o aeroporto. O atendimento foi cordial. O único inconveniente, que acredito que seja uma situação que se repita com frequência, é que todas as manhãs havia barulho alto de obra no quarto ao lado. Foi desconfortável pois estávamos cansados da viagem, mas não chegamos a reclamar com o hotel. Porém no último dia, mesmo antes de fazermos o check out, a recepção nos telefonou pedindo que recebêssemos no quarto o senhor responsável pela obra. Faltavam 20 minutos para o check out, estávamos nos vestindo para deixar o hotel e organizando as malas. Consideramos isso inconveniente. Poderiam esperar nosso check out para a inspeção das manutenções do quarto. Apesar disso, recomendamos o hotel pelo ótimo custo benefício e localização.

El cuarto my pequeño no era lo k yo esperaba y todo iva bien hasta k aparecieron las “CHINCHES “ me empezaron a salir cómo a las 11:00 pm y desperté a 4:30 y estaban x todas partes y ya fue imposible quedarme allí y no poder dormir así , pero el señor d la noche amablemente me cambio d habitación, y me dieron un rembolso x la incómodidad, muy mala experiencia.

Although the hotel's location was incredible, being very central, yet slightly off to the side, there were some issues that persisted nonetheless. I could hear *everything* into my room, every burp/huff and puff/couples quarrel etc. The reception gave a lukewarm welcome and felt in general felt less security conscious as I was asked to write down my email on a notepad that had other's emails also written down. The room itself was alright, it didn't feel all too clean given the dark hairs sprinkled around (not mine, I'm blonde) and even in my bed. The fleece blanket around which the sheet was wrapped around felt a bit nasty, but I will say the bed itself was fairly comfortable and the blanket kept me warm all through the night even though the room was slightly cool. The bathroom though was quite nice, I liked the tiling there. All in all, glad I just stayed one night.

Great location and comfortable rooms! Staff at front desk were also very pleasant and helpful. Only negative side of our stay here was that the walls of the rooms do not seem to have any sound proofing as we were kept awake until 2am by the people in the room adjacent to ours - constantly being woken up by their movements in the room as well as slamming of doors on the floor. With a 6am start to our day, we did not get much sleep at all during the night.

Quarto limpo com tamanho pequeno. Banheiro limpo de bom tamanho. Praticamente ao lado da Gran Vía (3 minutos da Primark). A região não é agradável mas está bem localizado. Vindo do aeroporto utilizando o ônibus 203 é possível vir a pé da Praça Cibeles (15 minutos a pé). Ficamos apenas 2 dias em um stopover. Bom custo benefício. Sistema de calefação do quarto e banheiro ruins, em vista de todos os outros hoteis onde ficamos em toda a viagem. Pela primeira vez senti frio no quarto. Equipe cordial.

Bien, en general. La cama pico comoda, y se escucha mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones. La TV, tiene un máximo de volumen, muy bajo, al menos la que nos correspondió por habitación. El baño, al inicio sin jabon en ellavabo, solo en la ducha, y para entrar a ésta, una tina pequeña, muy alta, resbalosa y sin tapete de hule para evitar resbalarse. Bien ubicado, con algunos servicios comunes útiles.

They gave us a room with no bathroom door, they were renovating the room they said when we complained and asked for another. They barely spoke any English at all and were just very unfriendly. We didn’t get another room because, we would have to pack up, put our bags in storage and hope for something to come up. Our pre booked Prado tickets made that impossible. It was an expensive room. Also, our “window” looked out onto a shaft!

Great location; very walkable and subway station is close by. It's not too close to the big street and seems to be in the more residential area, so it gets quiet at night. it was spacious and clean. I'd stay here again!

My room was tiny and quite old fashioned compared to some other rooms. As a solo female traveller I did not feel safe especially at night. The road was dark and in a red light area. However on arrival the first receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

The hostal was in a very convenient location. Extemely close to the nearest metro station. The room itself was spotless, modern, had obviously been renovated recently, the toilet was lovely too! The staff were friendly and helpful and available 24/7. The only complain i did have was that i was sometimes accosted by what i presume were prostitutes and their pimps just outside the hostal entrance. Other than that, no complaints!

Me extraño no encontrar por lo menos el primer día una botella de agua, no encontré información que me dijera si podia usar la del grifo, por lo tanto no lo hice. Una pequeña cafetera o tetera hubiese sido excelente para comenzar bien las mañanas. Fuera de eso la experiencia fue buena.

Pontos positivos: a recepção e o quarto são confortáveis e em geral o hostel é bem limpo. Permitem que deixemos as malas num local trancado após o checkout. Possuem microondas e geladeira de uso comunitário. Pontos negativos: máquinas para comprar água ou refresco só aceitam moedas (euros) e hoje em dia tudo se compra com cartão. Eles não tem um bebedouro sequer. Ou seja, se você não tem moedas, precisa sair para comprar água com cartão em algum lugar. No quesito proximidade dos pontos turísticos e estação de metrô , é excelente. Contudo, o ambiente onde está localizado É PÉSSIMO, com casas de prostituição na rua, bem como várias pessoas se prostituindo a qualquer hora do dia na calçada. As calçadas ali possuem um cheiro horrível de xixi por todos os lados, muita sujeira e lixo espalhados. Em relação à segurança, sugiro andarem bem atentos, muitos imigrantes oferecem algo (como um galho para "dar sorte" ou perguntando se procura um lugar para dançar - quem é doido de acompanhar um desconhecido até um lugar desconhecido? - e parecem ter outras intenções, como lhe distrair).
