Quality Inn Kennedy Space Center

The bed linens were clean, but the room itself was not properly cleaned or sanitized. There were greasy fingerprints on surfaces, dried ice cream residue on the nightstand, some mold spots on the walls, plumbing issues with the tub and toilet, and the room phone did not work. Management acknowledges the phones DO NOT work in the rooms. The AC worked well, but the sofa sleeper appeared damp and possibly mildewed from constant moisture exposure. The adjacent Popeyes played loud music continuously, even overnight after closing. Breakfast was very limited with cold cereal, a waffle maker, and a few pastries, and it was disappointing. Communication was also difficult because several staff members barely spoke or understood English.

The room was filthy! There were stains on everything & greasy handprints everywhere. The hotel is very run down & in poor condition. The parking lot has poor drainage & was flooded. The breakfast was a waffle station & the rest was cereal, yogurt & breads. It wasn’t stocked very well.

Room was ok, hotel needs to be updated. Bathtub had mold in the creases and was very dusty. Hair was in the tub and on the toilet. Room was cheap so I guess you pay for what you get. Would not stay again.

Everything was great! No issues, they had a waffle maker in the lobby for breakfast which was good and coffee all day. Great place to stay for a great price
