The photos in the listing looked nice, but unfortunately the room did not look anything like the pictures, except for the balcony. After the very first use, the toilet stopped working, and it had already been making a lot of noise beforehand. The receptionist was kind and tried to help us, but when we contacted the manager, the response was very rude. She suggested that we should flush the toilet using a bucket, even though we had paid a large amount for the accommodation. She promised to arrange a plumber during the day, but that never happened. We were without a functioning toilet for two days. We tried to remain polite and understanding, but the manager’s attitude only made the situation worse. Very disappointing and not at all what you would expect for the price we paid.

Have stayed at Niu D'Aus before but not for about 9 years. Staff extremely helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Pool very clean but not really suitable for poor swimmers as becomes quite deep very quickly. Good location in a very quiet area.
