When we first arrived, the lady at the desk was very nice. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked great as well. The pool was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful if we needed anything. The only negative thing we ran into were people smoking cigarettes and weed in their rooms. Overall it was a great stay.

It was about 30 minutes from everything we had to be to. So for our trip it was central and worked good. My son was a little bummed that there wasn’t a hot tub since we were there for a basketball tournament and he wanted to relax after games.

Pretty nice for the price. I stayed several days and it was comfortable. One entrance through the lobby adds safety. They have carts to take your luggage to your room. Breakfast had a pretty good selection for a free continental. I thought the room was pretty clean until I had to look under things for one of my cat’s toys; they don’t sweep under the furniture. The condition of the property is starting to fade, but I noticed they were doing some renovations. Overall, for the Expedia price in this area you can’t beat it.

The room was filthy and dirty several excuses why it didn’t get cleaned no one made the effort to resolve the problems feces all over toliet mole in the shower food residue in microwave the scent of mildew throughout the room turned on ac overpowering scent of vinegar I complained to several staff members and no one even attempted to resolve it I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it this place reaks the scent of weed in the entrance down the hallways I’ve here before some years ago and it appears to have lowered there standards on so many different levels I wouldn’t recommend any future stays

Like that it's a no smoking property. Didn't like a joined rooms due to the TV noise. It wasn't busy so there could have been separation of the rooms for more privacy. There was lots of hair in the bathroom...on the bathtub, floor and towel.

The towels were stained and grayed. I was not to sure about the sheets. Nothing smelled fresh. The ceiling had multiple cracks. I was not sure it would hold up. There were dirty hand prints around the outside of the tub/shower. The iron's cord was balled up and shoved in the closet so the hangers were tangled in it. I know it was a cheap hotel but the cleaning staff should pay attention. It was good that the flooring was hard surface and the bathroom vanity was up dated. The staff was friendly.

Well checked in I had to use the bathroom it had fresh towels but there was hair and dirt on the back of the toilet. Rushing to get my grand daughter to her mom we rushed back out upon returning to the room around 10:00 pm we noticed the bed was made but looked like they had been slept in sheets didn’t look clean floor had not been vacuum only to wake the next morning to a bed bug on my pillow.very disappointed

Everything was clean. Easy to park, easy to check in, easy to get to the room. Bed was comfortable. It was quiet. It was set up well. Good breakfast options in the morning. Very happy with the stay. I've stayed at this hotel several times over the years. It's lost its luster. Lots of wear and tear of the furniture. The coffeemaker had dust on the inside. White washcloths were off-white. My travel companion had a broken latch lock, no foyer light and a mini fridge that never got cold.

The hotel is poorly maintained … lots of rust in bathroom, panel on a/c was off.. propped up. We had the air on 69 and at no time was it tolerably cool. Mattresses terribly worn/uncomfortable. Room and bedding smelled dirty/disgusting! Front desk staff were fine! We would NOT stay here again!

The place was clean. The only issues i had was the bed was hard. In the shower the spout would pull out of the wall when trying to turn the shower on. And the tv coloring was orange. Staff was great and it was clean.

Kenya, the desk attendant, was by far the best attendant I’ve ever encountered. She was so kind and endearing that this hotel will be my new go-to for stays when I’m in Atlanta. She connected with my family and my baby that she felt like family to me. I can’t express how much gratitude I have for her service. She deserves praise and acknowledgment for being an exceptional employee. Please get this woman a raise and/or a promotion because her dedication is unmatched. Once again, I will return just for Kenya and thank you for being amazing.

Overall, it was a good stay and I have stayed there before so it was a surprise when I asked the front desk receptionist for an extra hour after checkout time and she said no. I have never had a hotel deny a customer an extra hour before so it was a new experience, nonetheless, I understand that there may have been constraints with an extra hour and I didn't know the impact of that ask. Other than that issue, the folks are very courteous and it was very close to many of the activities that I had to attend.

At first, I was impressed with the presentation of the staff and the overall welcome introductions and directions given by the front desk. However, parking was very difficult and alarming for me because I have a brand new Infiniti truck and I had to park it far away from the building my room was . Also, we requested to have the room cleaned after the room was cleaned my 14 carat gold Figueroa chain went missing. I called management at the hotel immediately when I noticed the chain was gone and after three attempts for management to get back in contact with me, I have not received any response as of yet which I am very annoyed because I had that chain for 10 years and it was very sentimental to me. This location was right off the interstate and easy to access. It is right outside of Atlanta. I usually hit Atlanta during the evening traffic on my trips, so it made sense to stop and stay at this location and head out the next day refreshed and ready to continue my trip. This Comfort Inn is an older hotel, but it was clean, comfortable, and the staff there was very welcoming after a 10 hour drive. They had all interior entrances to the rooms, which is a plus to me, as I normally travel alone. It is a nice safety feature. Breakfast was surprisingly delicious. Cheese omelettes, cereals, toast and bagels, waffles, yogurt and an array of juices, hot coffee and tea were available. I can't begin to express how much I appreciated this, as most places skimp on this, especially after covid. It was a huge plus for me. I will stay here again on my travels. Super convenient and excellent customer service.
