Parking was easy and free. There was a convenience store in walking distance

Hallway carpets are old stained and threadbare.

Pool was closed and no notice when booked. Also the amenities for bathroom were missing and not available until the am by staff

Parking felt safe. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Breakfast had a good variety of options. The public seating/breakfast area was pleasant to sit & relax for a little while in the morning.

There was no hot water in our room, so I called the front desk. No one answered, so I had to go down to the front desk. There was a sign saying they would be back soon. Meanwhile, the lobby and breakfast area were filled with little kids playing hockey! Parents were sitting around drinking and not doing anything about it. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. In addition, kids were playing hockey in the hallway by our room. When the front desk finally came back, they did nothing about the hockey. I was afraid of getting hit by a puck. We had originally planned to eat our dinner in the breakfast area but they had taken it over and pucks were flying everywhere. The parents were not being parents, so the hotel should have stepped in. They had to move our room due to the hot water issue. In our new room, the shade was broken and wouldn’t go up or down. Our hot water was warm, not hot, and it took 3-4 minutes to get to that point. It was only slightly better than our first room. Really disappointed in this hotel. The rooms are tired and many things are broken, and the staff does nothing to manage the guests. People shouldn’t be playing hockey in common areas. While I was in line waiting to talk to them about my room issue, many people were in line behind me with room key issues, and also some were trying to check in. There was only one person at the front desk once that person finally came back. The gym and pool are “closed until further no notice”. Breakfast was awful.

Hotel was fine for a quick stop on a road trip. Only bummer is the pool was closed and that was not mentioned anywhere nor told to us at check in

Disappointing, the outside area had trash and plastic bottles laying about the front entrance. The hotel is due for a big renovation and the inside carpets are dirty the elevators are dirty and the rooms were uunclean. The breakfast in the AM had no forks, no syrup and the fruit appeared to be old. I would not stay here again unless changes are made.T

It’s ok for one night. Limited staff. Housekeeping every other day breakfast seems to be same every day. Gym and pool shut down at least a good restaurant nearby

The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. There was only decaffeinated coffee available in the room and when we asked for regular coffee we were told there wasn’t any. The one and only treadmill in the fitness room did not work. The only ice maker in the hotel was on the 2nd floor.

The hotel was clean my problem was we choose this hotel based on them having a pool and daily housekeeping for the rooms. The pool was closed due to maintenance which coincidentally was also under maintenance last year for the same Lacrosse tournament. After being at a field watching games I all day from 10 am - 7 pm the last thing I wanted to do was make the beds were not made and no fresh towels. I had to make my own bed and call for fresh towels and they seemed annoyed as they were busy. Below is a description from your website for $265 per night I expect my room to be cleaned and the pool to be operational. Or a refund. We had 3 rooms at the hotel my daughter and her family and my other daughter had a room

drove 7 hours to sleep in a dirty bed There were crumbs and someone else’s hair in the “freshly made bed” uncomfortable to sleep in and probably won’t ever stay at this location again. If the bed was dirty after first check in I wouldn’t trust they’re actually cleaned at any point.

Musty rotted moldy smell in the room, bed and pillows, unwelcoming staff from 1st moment I entered till the end of the week I stayed there. I would not recommend them to anyone I know.

Parking Easy Breakfast Area and Coffee Station “Sticky” I’ve checked out already and do not think I would stay there again. The hotel needs a complete overhaul

This hotel was very clean and all the staff are super friendly.

It was not the best stay I have had at a Hilton! Bathroom was horrible. Inside the shower had mold around it. I could tell the bathroom was not sanitized.. The Carpet did not even look like it was vacuumed. The room had an order to it.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff — they went above and beyond. I arrived early, and they worked quickly to get me into a room so I could join a work meeting comfortably. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and during one of the hottest days, I was especially thankful for the strong air conditioning and a cool, comfortable space.

Upon arrival our room had a strong musty smell that was chocked-up to being “out of service for a while” so we turned up the a/c and waited over an hour. Unfortunately the smell did not go away and someone came and sprayed some chemical on the rug which made it worse, but we were told that the hotel was pet friendly and someone had a long stay in that room with their dog. We got switched the next day to nothing better, smelling, rugs stained, chair had what appeared blood stained, so webended up leaving but still paid for our stay. Avoid at all cost please.

Filthy and gross! When we arrived, it was late we were tired we just wanted to go and sleep. For our surprise when we remove the bed cover my son told me to take a close look. There was wet stains and body hair on the bed sheet. I was shocked. I called front desk and they said that someone will be up asap to replace them. We waited 30 min and called back to get an update, someone else answer and said that the person we spoke before left and didn’t tell her anything however she offer replacements sheets but we had to put them on bc there were no housekeeping anymore. We end up replacing them. Went to take a shower to surprise again there was hair all over the shower enclosure and bottom, it wasn’t cleaned. They never cleaned the bathroom as well that’s when I started looking around and found some other gross things in the room. Bottom line is that they never really clean the room, they make it look clean by making the bed. A room was $319 per night, I also request the next day to clean the bathroom and guess what they never cleaned it. We used Hampton inn before many times and never had an issue but this one was the most disgusting ever. I do have pictures but they don’t have the ability to load them.

Very comfortable room in a nice area.

There was an incessant humming in our room. We didn't get in until late and had to get up fairly earlyso we didn't address it with anyone.

The room was so spacious ! Bed was confy and did not want to let me leave at all

My reservation was for 2 queen beds. Instead got one queen and a very uncomfortable fold out couch. Plus our neighbors were extremely loud all night, yelling at their children. Not a good night’s rest for any of us and the next day was a very important athletic event for my son.

Noisy. Rooms have no sound proofing.

Clean room with modern furnishings, large bathroom, very friendly staff.

Stay here few times. The room is damp and carpet is always smells. Also, the pipes make hissing sounds all night long.

We had a great stay, but they didn't answer the phones. I called the desk at least 8 times and they never answered.

My family and I arrived at the hotel around 5 pm. My husband checked us in and we were given keys to a room. My children were very excited to check out the room quickly and go straight to the pool. As we opened the room and proceeded to go in, we realized there were bags on the floor and the shower was running. You can imagine- my whole family is in the room with 4 suitcases…I was the first one to realize that we are in an occupied room. As I was anxiously trying to get my two overexcited children to leave the room, all I could think of is someone getting out of the shower (naked) and accusing us for breaking into their room. Very uncomfortable situation. Now we all had to go back to the lobby and explain the situation. After my husband shared what happened, the front desk personnel stated this cannot be truth because- “the way the system works” and he proceeded explaining the way process. Then he asked the housekeeping lady to go to the room and check if this was true. We patiently waited for her to come back and she confirmed what we just told him. Just when we thought he would give us new room, he decided to gather other employees and try to solve that mystery. It was a lot of back and forward between them and not a conversation they should have had in front of any customers. At this point my children were losing their patience, so was we. I politely asked the front desk personnel to please assign a room and figure out the problem later. He gave us a key to another room. W

Extremely nice staff

We stayed four days, our room was NEVER cleaned, not even trash taken out or towels changed at all. After the first day we asked why our room wasn't cleaned, we were told because we needed to ask for it so we asked at that moment to be done the next day, next day we got to our room not cleaned at all, and we where told they were short on staff, girl at front desk told me it's wasn't her job so she couldn't do anything about it, she was very rude, she even told me to stand next to the front desk and tell arriving guest the situation. We were attending a school event, so there were at least 20 more rooms attending the same event, same happened to them. We're going bak in a couple of weeks to the area, not stying there anymore, we prefer to stay little bit farther, in Providence.

Close to college

This hotel was fine for a one-night stopover. It was clean and there were many restaurant choices within a half mile. The coffee pot in the room did not work, and the view of the adjoining sand piles was unimpressive.

It was convenient, right off the highway.

Needed to stay when our hot water heater burst Location is right on a busy road but getting in and out of the parking lot is easy and there’s a gas station and a restaurant within walking distance. Staff is really super!

Unfortunately our stay was not great primarily because we did not have hot water to shower in the morning and they did not get it resolved before we had to check out. Breakfast was ok but coffee and some food items ran out and were not refilled timely. Also, pool was out of order.

We got a handicapped room- we’re not handicapped. The room was by the elevator and was loud. There was no view the window faced a concrete wall. Breakfast was shut down at 9:00am, it should have gone until 10:00. At 8:30 they didn’t have yogurt or boiled eggs.

I don’t usually sleep well, but this was amazing! It was quiet with a fabulous bed. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Tables are spread out so you aren’t on top of others. Probably my favorite Hampton Inn to date.
