The property was nice and on a golf course. It offered standard amenities like the pool and fitness center. My only problem are the misc items I was charged such as a $50 incidental fee for each night that was not on my final bill. I was also charged a random $39 fee and when I brought this to the receptionist attention they were unable to verify what that fee actually was. I was also charged $27 for parking when I in fact did not park a vehicle nor was I asked if I had one at check in. Housekeeping turn down service was sub par there was a juice stain on my sheets and I returned to the bed only to return to my room and the bed was the only thing made. There’s two options for breakfast cold items only is $15.95 while the main buffet is $24.95 so take that information at will. So as of right now I’m waiting on the transaction to finally post to my account and if it doesn’t match my final bill that I requested a copy for will determine my next steps

The staff was very nice, but thing could have been a lot better. The room was not cleaned everyday. Additionally, the tub stopper was broken and the towel rack fell off the wall. When the person came to clean the room she asked me what did I want clean? The toilet paper was not put on the toilet paper ring just left on the toilet. Also, the person should have had something besides a water bottle to prop open the door when cleaning. Also, could the hotel please teach their staff to call guests to inform them they have a visitor in the lobby when the guest in the lobby. I had a guest drive from another state to visit and the hotel staff only told the visitor we cannot tell you the guest's room. They did NOT call the room to inform me I had a visitor. I did not get to see my guest.

When we first arrived, the fire alarm was going off. We figured that since it was a freezing storm around the country that maybe that set off the alarm. Then it went off at least two more times that night. In addition, we understood that it went off twice the night before. We finally get up to our room and the comforter was molded on the inside. We removed it from the bed and the cleaning staff put it right back the next night. The room service food was too salty and overall, we just had a bad experience at the location. We won't be staying here again.

The Dining staff was lovely--no complaints there. The hotel staff and overall hospitality was poor. I stayed at this location for 6 nights so I had ample time to see and be seen by staffers. I inititated a greeting of "goodmorning" or hello everytime I saw someone. At several instances my eyes met with the staffer after walking off the elevator and they turned their heads away. THen I offered a greeting of "goodmorning". The cleanliness was poor. Linens/the outer cover, quilt was help up to the natural light and a horrid discoloring and coagulation of the interior contents were seen and fragmented throughout the cover. Underneath the sink had dust balls and obviously had not been cleaned in a while. The phone was absolutely disgusting and covered dust. I don't use hotel phones because I have my cell and I can just walk down to the front desk so I didn't get too crazy about that. However, this is still disgusting and no guest should be subjected to seeing that ESPECIALLY when you're paying money to stay somewhere. This stay was over the Christmas holiday which made it more of a time of engagement and hospitality in which this location failed! In addition, for such a grand outward exterior, the grounds lacked basic maintenance and general landscaping. Again, I must stress I stayed at this location with my family for SIX nights--a significant amount of time to assess a location.

Food was very expensive and no local options to go out for food. Since I booked through Expedia they put us in a room with a horrible view. The bathroom was small. No counter space. There were trains that that blew their horns over and over since tracks and crossings were close by so I didn’t get good sleep. I asked if there was a fan or noise machine to drown out the noise and the hotel does not have a noise deterrent. They should. Hotel is nice but expensive for no rest to be gained. Don’t book this hotel through Expedia if you get put in their worst rooms.

Hotel is like a supermodel. Great on outside not so great inside. Front desk staff very nice and very friendly. However at this price point details matter. TV went out at 11pm first night thoughout hotel and wasnt fixed for 24 hours. Their tvs do NOT allow streaming so we couldbt even watch Netflix or any other service..who doesnt have streaming in 2024 at a hotel? Toilet did not work when we checked in but they sent someone up to fix it which was fixed in 20 min. Marble on sink in bathroom was cracked in two places and chipped all around the sink. Tile on shower floors is porcelain WALL tile and super slippery with no traction. Only a matter of time until someone breaks a hip or cracks their head open.

I needed some triple a batteries and I went to the lobby to see if they had any for sale. They did not. They told me to go back to my room and hey would bring some up. I only had to wait a couple minutes and they were delivered. Great customer service.

This is a beautiful property with a great staff. However, first time with Hilton and they were having their annual fire systems test at 8:30 am. So, I felt ran out. Why was this not scheduled between check out and check in times? Also, I was charged an extra $27 parking fee. It's a normal parking lot.

Pam was at the desk when we arrived in the evening. We were tired but thrilled that we had discovered this place. Although we are Hilton Honors members, I had never really taken advantage of its benefits until Pam educated us on the Hilton amenities of this gorgeous property, reminding us of all the Hilton Honors benefits. Her personality is great and fun. She was PERFECT for when we arrived. We ate at the bar for dinner and the bartender Josh was also perfect with his excellent people skills. Very helpful and informative. Both of these employees are very worth our time to write about. Lord willing, we will return. Our room facing the rear property is a glorious panoramic view of the golf course and beyond. Waking up to this after arriving at night the night before was an amazing surprise. Just beautiful.
