The property was a little run down. There was a large group of local laborers that took most of the rooms. The door frame on the door jam had been broken previously and we were concerned about safety. Luckily nothing happened.

I am in the center of where hurricane Milton came through but Expedia was taking reservations for this hotel and when I got there he said he wasn't going to have any power until Friday, 4 days away. He had no computers. No way to check me in. I've tried to get a hold of Expedia over 12 times today to cancel this booking and could never get past their automated system. It would finally just hang up on me.

This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It's in a great location where they could get a great deal of business especially being so close to Jehovah's Witnesses convention center. The hotel is old, mostly used for migrant workers. Not suitable for families, couples, convention attendees.

The manager, Destinny, was an absolute pleasure. She was very helpful and accommodating. However, this appears to be a place where the government funds long term stays for the homeless and addicted. As I walked to my room, about 5 different crackheads wouldn’t stop staring at me. When I got in the room it smelled like mold and looked like it hadn’t been painted since the early 1900s. The curtain rods were installed in a way that you couldn’t fully cover the window, so I kept seeing addicts peeking into my room. DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE. PLEASE.

Didn’t get out of the car. Place was over flowing with migrants cooking outside, trailers with water out into the parking lot. Loud music. Nope went right back to the office and I was credited back my money thankfully.
