Hotel is a little dated but still has all the amenities I like, including a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Our double queen room was also really spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable…not to hard and not too soft. Check-in process was smooth and easy, only downside was the pool and hot tub were “temporarily” closed during our stay. The parking lot did have some garbage and abandoned clothing in it when we arrived, but we never felt unsafe. Right off the freeway for easy accessibility to other areas.

This property was totally misrepresented. The sign said newly remodeled...maybe in the\'80\'s!!! The pool didn\'t have water in it, the "fitness center" was an exercise bike, the room smelled of urine and the restaurant had been closed for quite some time. Worst place I\'ve ever stayed.

We picked this hotel as it had a restaurant / bar. After an 8+ hour drive we didn’t want to get back in the car. No restaurant, no bar, no limited room service / free breakfast as indicated - restaurant has been closed since November 2023. Hasn’t been updated / kept up since the 90’s - spa and gym were laughable. Equipment was rusty, and fire extinguisher in the ‘spa’ was dripping rusty water onto the floor. Typically I was assured that a Shilo Inn was a safe bet. Now? I’ll avoid.

The rooms were clean, beds and pillows were good. Out TV had a malfunction (scripting in the middle of the screen) and the hair dryer smoked and caught on fire. I did take it to the front desk at checkout and did relay the issue with the TV. The biggest disappointment was the pool/spa area. Very outdated, even though it says recently remodeled. There were holes/mold and missing tiles on the ceiling of the pool. The hot tub had no working jets and the steam room was nasty!

Hot tub was perfect temperature. The pool isn’t long but is a nice 6ft deep so makes for a good casual swim. sauna is a nice touch not many in the area have as well as an exercise room. Staff was friendly and festive.

The pool was closed and had been for days, but that was not noted on this app. Toilet ran every time it was used. Traffic noise is terrible. Biggest issue was the POOL, ruined the stay.

Pool and spa were filthy, wouldn't put my toe in water. Spa had no provision for water agitation. Sofa in room was thread bare. Was next to freeway on ramp,disturbingly noisey....Restaurant food next door was very good(Greek)

Let me start off by saying the staff was very nice & helpful. The reason we traveled to Nampa, Idaho was for my father’s memorial. So I purposely got a hotel with hot tub & sauna so we could unwind. Both were broken while we were there. Hotel adversities as having a lounge & restaurant. Lounge has hours posted from 4-10:00. We went to the lounge after a LONG day of services for my father, hoping to at least have a glass of wine. 9:00 on Saturday night and the lounge was closed!! The room itself was OK. Roomy & nice to have fridge & microwave. At first it looked clean, but after walking on the floor for a few minutes barefoot, the bottom of my feet were black. SO gross! Also in bathroom next to the tub was quite a bit of hair & dirt. The beds are comfy, but needed more blankets. Which the staff nicely provided. My biggest complaint is, the walls & floors are paper thin! You could hear the tV on ALL night in the room next to us, the kids above us jumping & running on the floor at 11:00 PM and what sounded like housekeeping talking/yelling in hallway at 4:30 AM. I can’t wait to go home and actually sleep all night. And we have 3 dogs!

The staff was very congenital and nice. The room was very dirty Bathroom had been worked on & sawdust was piled up in corners & on flood. Room flood also dirty. Room wasn't really handycap, tub husband couldnt use. Bed so soft, i had to get him in middle so he couldnt fall off, & pillows hard.

Our stay was average, it was a bed to sleep in during our travel. The bed was way to soft for me, therefore I woke up with a back ache. The hotel was showing it's age, fixtures were worn, the door handle in the bathroom was ascue showing the hole in the door..

The shilo inn off of Franklin boulevard in Nampa Idaho is a amazing place to stay. I had surgery and they were so accommodating for my husband our service dogs and myself. They gave us everything we needed to feel comfortable secure and safe. A wonderful place to recover did not hear the i-84 or our neighbors it was a very quiet and peaceful place to stay. It's very clean as well. Thank you guys! 🙏

this is the 2nd time I have stayed at this location and the staff is always super nice, the rooms are big, the price is right. When I come to Nampa I will always stay here. Really enjoyed the pool area.

First I asked for a first floor room due to health reasons. The desk clerk gave us a room on second floor because she said she never received the message for the first floor. They had no first floor rooms left. Second the room had an odor. We had to open window. Last the mattresses were very comfortable. Our overall stay was nice.

Liked the easy access to 84 and lounge/restaurant. Housekeeping was not very good. Called 3x on our second day to get towels, dirty towels removed, and for the trash to be taken out. We were told they would be by later in the afternoon (last call to them was at 2:00pm). We left the hotel and returned at 11:00pm. Housekeeping did not come.

The room was very damaged with holes and cracked ceiling in the bathroom. The shower water pressure was so high it was painful. The bed is old and has a bad trough. The coverlet had food on it. The restaurant that they advertised was closed. Honestly I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was disappointed with the pool being closed. The website said the pool would be open after a certain date and it was still closed. The restaurant was officially closed and no breakfast provided. The facility is outdated and needs a remodel. The staff were friendly and sauna was a nice bonus.

Although the staff was friendly and the room was clean, for the cost, the there was not a continental breaskfast, even sweet rolls or doughnuts would have been nice. The building itself was dated. The hot tub had no working jets and was told "what do you expect, the building is 40 years old." The tub itself was disintegrating and the texturing was not cleaned off the seatind or floor of the tub. I'll be calling hotels directly in the future to ask questions on conditions of properties.
