We typically book here because the hot tub and breakfast are always awesome. Check in was great and Joshua was super friendly and helpful. The only downside was the room was a little run down for a holiday inn.

Winning with family and friends and set in the bar area. We ordered drinks and coffee and the waitress didn't bring half of our drinks. We waited about 5 minutes and then walked up to the bar area and asked when we were gonna get the rest of our order and the bartender had no clue what we were talking about. Then the bartender and a couple of the people sitting at the bar with her were all talking that we should leave and all we were doing was asking each other what do you think do we are we ever gonna get our order. Just found it very imperfectional

Great place to stay in Nampa ID. Clean quiet, friendly staff. Comfy Beds and pillows. They also have a restaurant called “Burger Theory” with sit down seating or at the Bar. Great place for food and cocktail's. They have some of the local beers on tap.

Very clean and renovated. Amanda heating system very loud, enough to wake you up. Also close to train tracks, with a train going by at least once an hour blowing its warning whistle. Front desk and breakfast buffet personnel very friendly and helpful.

This Hotel was above and beyond our expectations, worth the extra cost. It Has a modern / rustic decor. Our room was very clean and comfortable & spacious with a wall thermostat in the rooms. The breakfast, there was a small extra cost, but it was amazing: eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, fresh fruit, bottled juice, Chobani yogurt, oatmeal & cold cereal. Thank you Holiday Inn for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

The room was excellent! The smoke sensor on the ceiling kept flashing brightly quite often however. The window shade worked great to block outside light. Some liquid creamer for the coffee would be so much better than the dry. Some bottled water would be great too. Joshua, who checked us in, was wonderful! All in all, loved the room the stay!

The check in host at the front desk was not nice. I figured maybe he just was having a bad day. Other than that the kids loved the pool and the hotel is clean and comfortable. We also liked the different options of local restaurants nearby. This is our second stay we love the facilities but wish the price was more friendly.

The people at the front desk or just okay not that friendly and not that helpful, the restaurant was definitely lacking service potential and the salad I had was literally thrown together smaller than even a cereal bowl and we were left with no dressing, there were no blackout curtains in the room and you could hear the loud traffic so not a very comfortable place to stay, we also use the pool which wreaked so much of chlorine that I couldn't even breathe in there. Overall we would not stay here again.

The breakfast was just ok to be paying 10 in advance and onsite it was 12.50, little pricy when we have stayed at the Fairfield down the street and the breakfast is included and the buffet if so, much bigger (more available). The service was good but not like bend over to make sure your happy, the onsite restaurant in the evenings was exceptional, great food and there the service was excellent and friendly.

Property in good shape. Nobody seemed happy to see us. Black out blind would not come down. Breakfast left much to be desired. Rubbery eggs, hasbrowns cold. Oatmeal like sticky mud and cold. Very disappointed. Like someone set it out and left it unattended. We ate at 7 a.m. Not the quality one expects from IHG.

The area is nice and located near a lot of shopping and food. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is not worth the proce so I wouldnt do that again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, front desk staff were very friendly. Pool area was nice. Easily accessible to many restaurants and a lot of shopping options. Only negative was the breakfast buffet is very overpriced for what is available and the woman working in there so unprofessional, talking on her cell phone and very unkept. The little market next door had a lot of fresh options.
