Best Western Plus Peppertree Nampa Civic Center Inn

Easy access. Sort of far from busy parts of town. Clean & quiet. Bar and restaurant on site. Breakfast was ok.

The gym was great.

My only beef is the hot tub wasn’t functioning. It was cold and the pool even colder. Otherwise the facilities were nice, comfortable, convenient location.

limited parking at times. basically in a commercial area of main road. nice for getting to downtown NAMPA went. Little in door pool and juzz. ok. evening bar a plus. Very nice bartender.

Clean … Parking is tough to get when the neighboring Event Center has something going on - weekends. Our room was next to the stairwell- and the door would bang loudly when used . Restaurant on site was nice .

When there is an event next door at the Civic center, parking on site is a problem

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The pool was a nice spot to relax. Only thing I would change is the restaurant/bar was not open Sunday.

Excellent property. Room was spotless. Heater unit worked well and was quiet. Shower head was tall and had plenty of hot water and pressure. Breakfast was standard eggs/bacon/waffles, but still good. Pool area was clean, but definitely smelled like chemicals. Only bummer was the lounge stops serving at 9.

Our second stay here, our daughter lives in Nampa. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean, spacious rooms. Pool and hot tub are well maintained.

What a nice facility. Our room was perfect, bed was comfortable. The property was quiet. Check in took more time than usual because of multiple online forms to complete. We had to wait for the bartender to show up and then she remained on her phone for a bit before acknowledging us. That was a little annoying.Despite the annoyance, we enjoyed being able to sit outside and enjoy our beverages. It looked like breakfast had multiple hot options but we weren’t able to enjoy it since we were there on the weekend and breakfast didn’t begin until 7 and we had to be at our event by 7:15. When we returned from our event Saturday night there was an event happening at the civic center so we barely found a parking spot. We got the last one. If we’re ever in the area again we will stay here.

I did notice the toilet wasn't wiped down, but otherwise it was great

All areas of the property were clean and in great condition. All staff were helpful and polite at all interactions. Room was spacious and comfortable.

My room unfortunately, had a wet spot underneath the air conditioning in it.Not noticeable, but when you stepped on it.It made my socks wet so that's so happy about that

Hair in the sink, PreCheck didn't work so had to wait to check in, did not request an ADA room and hate the zero-edge shower.

Comfortable beds and good space

The bed was comfortable, place was clean, hot tub was perfect. All of those things we would have given it 5 stars. However, we gave it 3 stars because our room was next to the kitchen. We were woken up at 530am to the kitchen noises. Banging pans, kitchen staff talking loudly. We could also hear every alarm going off in the rooms adjacent to us. It sounded like other guests were using our bathroom, the noise from their rooms was so loud. On the surface the place is great. But we got very little sleep due to the lack of sound proofing in the walls of the building.

Bed was a little firm and minimal coffee supplies but the hotel is clean and quiet

Check in fast and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was horrible. Neither of us slept well it was so hard and tiny pillows.

My only complaint is the pillows are huge, and dense. I just wish one of them was softer.

Hotel was new - and very clean. Staff was very helpful. The ONLY complaint is that there seems to be NO insulation in the walls between the rooms. We heard coughing from the neighboring room ALL night long.

I had a great time and will make this the hotel I stay at when in the Nampa/Boise area. The wifi was weak and often froze but the pool and hot tub make up for that.

This is a nice hotel located near several places to eat. The room was clean and spacious, and the AC unit worked great during a hot spell in the Boise area. The room I stayed in only had a small fridge (that did not work), but no microwave oven. The property is located next to a civic center, so finding parking could be challenging if there is an event (which was the case for me on a couple of days). The non-working fridge and the parking situation are the two reasons why I would not give this hotel a five-star rating.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Nice modern bathroom. Breakfast was tasty. The virtual check in process was a strange experience. Checking in via a kiosk with a person on a screen really made no sense. The kiosk had trouble scanning my driver’s license and could not create the room key cards so an in-person receptionist ended up having to do it anyway. It was a waste of time and technology.

I had to wait to check in then when it was time I waited for a person to check in then the employee walked away and took a break so I had to wait again.

I stayed here last year and it was such a good experience that I figured we could stay here again! This time though, I had 3 suspicious charges: $200,$100, $37.80. I had put the room originally through expedia on a different card and I only put the pet charge (35 tax= $37.80) on this specific charge so I knew it was directly from the property. I had called because the bill I was emailed stated ‘damages’ for $200 and ‘cleaning fee’ $100. I called and the person said this is due to the condition of the room when we left. I travel with my two kids: 18 and 7. We clean up every time we leave: from making sure all trash is in one corner to putting our dishes from breakfast next to the trash as well… we even put all our used towels in one pile in the bathroom so I knew this is false. My dog is trained and didn’t make any damages or accidents anywhere! I called again and requested to speak to a manager and requested pictures of these damages, the manager was ‘busy’ and they couldn’t find the pictures that were supposed to be attached to the invoice that was emailed to me. Later, I received a call from the original person I spoke with and they stated ‘there was a glitch in the system’ and I would be refunded. I was refunded the $200 and the $100 but I still have an additional $37.80 ( outside of already having paid the $37.80) pending. My suggestion IF YOU CHOOSE TO STAY HERE: take pics when you leave, check your statement when you check out and definitely check your credit card!

We did have a problem on Check-in. There was someone else in the room. We were assigned, so we had to get a different room, but they did follow-up and asked if everything was okay. I would definitely stay there again. The amenities are amazing.

I needed to check in at 3 pm to get ready for a wedding at 4:30 and was told it was 20 dollars to check in early! 1 hour and the room was ready and they charged me! Very bad policy.

Long day of driving and she asked if I had just two in the party. I said I had four and she looked like she was upset that I wasn’t honest because I booked through Expedia and the default is 2 people. I never ever change the default. If I am getting two queen beds that means the room can sleep at least 4 people and quite frankly it’s none of her business. I wasn’t overly happy that I was being interrogated at 11:00 pm in the evening. I quirkly asked her in response, I have a room with two queens correct? She replied yes, and didn’t say anything after that. She just gave me the cold shoulder. I’m sure she could sense my irritation with such a stupid question at 11:00 pm at night especially after she asked how I was doing and I explained that I was tired after a long day of driving. Not impressed with her, but that’s what you get with the night crew receptionist I guess. Other than that, the room was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The breakfast was good offering many options. I have stayed at this Best Western Plus in the past and enjoyed it as well. I would stay here again if in the Nampa, Idaho area, but hope that I check in earlier than 11:00 PM so I can avoid Carma.

Check in was awful! Upon entering the lobby there was no one at the desk so we tried the self check in. As we progressed through it wanted to charge us again (at a lower price) . By now a young girl appeared at the desk and we said there was an issue. Her response was ‘it never works’. Not a great way to start. When she checked us in I asked what floor we were on, she replied on the first. I asked if we could get a higher floor. She said for what we paid that’s what we got. Never offered any other solution. For 1 night I would deal with it. Room was large, I’m guessing it’s a handicap room based on the roll in shower. Bed was clean and comfortable. The cabinets and desk were older and worn on the desk top. It looks like an older hotel that has been remodeled but not very well. Have stayed at many Best Westerns but will not come back to this one.

Did not appreciate being charged $35 for an early check in (2 hours early) when the room was ready and no reason for such a fee. Pool looked slightly cloudy. The pool area could use some pleasant decor.

Clean, nice rooms, good place to stop over but nothing much to do in walking distance.

Great location close to the highway. Good shopping and restaurant options nearby.

Nicely decorated lobby. Great location for convention, but I was just passing through and it is not near the interstate. Large room.

What can you say about where it is located. It's Nampa, not much to do anywhere. However, the staff was absolutely lovely and the hotel was beautiful.

We really liked the breakfast! Everything was fresh, hot, tasty, and plentiful. The dining room was exceptionally clean & comfortable. The area where the food was served was very clean & neat-no spills, no trash, no dirty dishes. We stayed 2 days, so it's probably the rule, not the exception everything was so nice. Thank you

5/2025...Our room was quite large, quiet and comfortable. The free breakfast was good with hot meal chioces. I loved the espresso/latte machine in the dining area. It was nice having a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Free parking is always good!

Hotel is clean, desk staff are helpful and friendly. I would not recommend eating dinner at the hotel restaurant. I ordered their burger, it arrived red (raw) in the center. I sent it back. 20+ minutes go by, the rest of my party has finished eating another burger arrives, again red in the middle. I sent it back again and skipped dinner. Waitress offered nothing.

Lovely stay; very clean and comfortable. Breakfast could have been a little better... we had to knock on the door to the kitchen area to alert them that many of the dishes had run out and that the apple juice was dispensing only water. When we peered inside, all the kitchen staff were just standing around chatting. This was at 8:00am when the breakfast closed at 9:00. Oopsie.
