It was clean and nice hot tub was great they are doing renovations so there's a lot of stuff around but not out in the open just you know extra cargo stuff and things around

Newly renovated hotel with friendly staff, great beds/linens/pillows, updated TVs to stream, and lite pet area. Fillable filtered water available and free parking. Pet-friendly too.

The property was clean and well maintained, the location convenient, the staff friendly, and the price reasonable. The only minor downside was that a couple of the machines in the on-site fitness center we're not functioning properly, but I doubt that this facility is very often used.

The only negative issue my entire star was that the hot tub was not working correctly. Even after sitting through multiple cycles thinking it would warm up and it didn’t. Very disappointing,

Completely empty hotel that charges a ridiculous $25 fee to check in early. And even made me wait for that. I’d understand if the hotel was full but this was in the middle of nowhere by the highway. Broken gym and tv gets a handful of stations. All worthless. I stay at hotels half the year and am now removing any Hilton brands from being an option for me. Nickel and dime foolishness. Awful. Wish I had never made the reservation.

Nice size room and there is a pool and spa on premises as well as laundry machines should you need them.

No hot tub. Parking safe

The guy at the front desk was super nice. Always had a hello coming and going. Breakfast was good. Looks like they’re doing a bit of renovation so I’m sure it’ll only get better. Pool and hot tub were fantastic! We’ll stay here again.

Hotel was clean and beds super comfortable! Pool and hot tub were really nice and Kayla at the front desk was super customer friendly!!! The price was amazing too!

Have stayed here 3 times this past year. Consistently good stay. Conveniently located off I95. Friendly staff, clean rooms and public areas. They are currently remodeling some rooms, but it did not interfere with our stay. Also pet friendly ($25 @ night)

The property didn't seem like it was in a bad area, but there was a lot of shady people hanging around. The room smelled horrible. It smelled like black mold. The room is dirty and had hair all over the place.

Hotel is under renovation, so the parking lot is occupied with storage containers. The elevator was dirty from the construction, including the buttons being covered in white, power dust (assuming from sheetrock workers). Room was average. Tub/shower was not very clean; soap scum ring are shown in photo. The bathroom door won't stay closed. We usually gap the bathroom door and leave the light so we can find out way in the dark, but the door would swing all the way open. And with the light on, the full length, hallway mirror reflected straight to the head of the bed. Tub dripped even when off. AC was noisy. We'd stay here again if we had to, but would not be out first choice.

Room was disgusting. Stains on the carpet and bed. Hair all over the bathroom.

Clean room, great staff

Room was filthy! Sticky floors, dirty mirrors, smelly carpet! Air conditioner was loud and smelled like mold. Drains were backed up in shower and sink. Couch was ripped and pull out mattress was stained and yellow. Picked the place because it was an 8.8. Paid $170 for the night and was a total disaster. Stay away please!

Quiet, Clean, Good Water Pressure, Good Complimentare Breakfast, Good Coffee, Good Parking, Nice Towels and wash clothes,

There was blood on the sheets and quilt of one of the two beds in our room. Left me very unsettled and uneasy.

The room was clean and comfortable. On a personal note, I need coffee when I wake up. There is coffee /4 hours in the lobby, but I don’t want to get dressed to go down!

Room was not cleaned well. Bathroom Mirror had splash, hair in sink and tub, floors needed to be vacuumed yuk. Most surfaces were dusty.

Was not clean. No shower curtain. The room had an odor.

The staff at the desk is very nice and willing to help. We had to move rooms 3 times, our first room A/C wasn’t working properly or 2nd room the TV wasn’t working. The guest manager at the front was very nice willing to come up and help trying to fix the problem in both rooms. We ended up getting the 3rd room and everything worked fine.

Hotel was clean, convenient, staff very welcoming, breakfast was good. Water in tap was not palatable- typical of Georgia and northern Florida- with todays prices good filtration would be nice. WiFi not consistent and , had to use my own Mobil Hot Spot for a mornings meeting. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was a bit outdated. There were insufficient electrical outlets in the bedroom area. The breakfast was fair. Scrambled eggs were hard and inedible. We upgraded our room to a suite and it was disappointing.

The 3 staff members we encountered were all very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very spacious and bed was super comfortable. My husband said the best night sleep away from home in a long time.

AC in room sounded like a train all night long. We have stayed here before and not had a problem, but this was awful. When the AC kicked in it felt like the whole room shook. Neither of us got much sleep even with ear plugs. Just too noisy.

The stay here at this location started strong, they called me in the A.M confirming my reservation. I thought that was nice. When I got there, the hotel smelled fresh, warm smiles and welcomes to the women at the front desk. She explained all policies and went over our stay with us explaining amenities and breakfast in the morning. When we got in our room, it smelled like they just cleaned it which was great, microwave and fridge which was convenient, and we slept great! The only complaint I have is, there were was rips in the carpet and water pressure was very good but it worked!

The wall in back of the bed needed dusting. The ac unit was so loud it sounded like an airplane landing. The room had an odor

Trouble getting on wi-fi and TV. Nice clerk checking in and decent breakfast. Yappy dogs!

just needs a major update, my bathroom overhead light didnt work, the AC unit was noisy and inefficient.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and have enjoyed it overall. I have noticed our last few stays that the staff has become less friendly and/or helpful. Possibly a management change… However, once you make it through check, it’s a great stay.

We were very impressed with this property and the staff. We were greeted warmly upon entering the premises to check in. The staff were informative and polite upon check in. They were excellent and very helpful, and everything was very clean and orderly. We had to check out 3 days early due to hurricane Idalia and since we booked with Expedia LaQuinta couldn't help with a refund so a wonderful staff member told me if I called them I could give her name and she would speak with them. The first time I called I was on hold 40 minutes and then disconnected. The 2nd time I called and spoke with a representative from Expedia explaining the situation and requesting reimbursement for leaving early. I gave the rep from Expedia the front desk staff members name to call and he did so and got back with me and told me it had been taken care of. During my phone call with Expedia, the staff member from LaQuinta called and left a message that she had contacted her GM who called Expedia and had my card credited for the 3 days. I felt like everyone from the front desk all the way down to the cleaning staff were excellent and like family. I will be using LaQuinta from now on.

It was amazing. The staff. Tyler was very welcoming, informative and was able to accommodate my request. He was friendly and his greeting was very welcoming.

Staff member was not friendly. Did not feel welcome. Not very clean. Room smelled like a locker room. Pillow had some sort of grime on it. Needs a big upgrade.

I don't remember the last time I had an experience this bad at a hotel, we arrived, checked in, so far so good, noticed the TV wasn't working. When we got back from our event, told the front desk it wasn't working , she acted annoyed but came and fixed. Then my two teens and I laid down to go to bed and when my daughter turned off the hall light, the TV turned off. We tried several times thinking it was a fluke but it kept happening. So I went down to the front desk and she told me that some of the rooms were wired wrong and in order to turn the light off you can't have the TV on. Now I can't describe the way she was treating me and acting about the situation but I was utterly taken back. It was like "oh well" - I was speechless - it was about 12-1am and between driving all day and then working - all I wanted to do was lay down and watch a little TV and fall asleep. She proceeded to tell me she had no other rooms available and I was like this is unacceptable, I wanted to speak to a manager - then low and behold a room became available - she walked me up and then proceeded to annoyingly wait while myself and two teens tried to hustle to get all our stuff together - I asked if she could give me a minute and I would come down and say out the keys but she rudely proceeded to stand there at the door until we had gotten everything repacked and moved out. Then the rooms a/c barely worked -and vibrated the room so badly it felt like we put quarters in the beds.

Grace, the front desk receptionist, was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help with next reservation to evacuate from hurricane Milton.

Comfortable beds! Grace at front desk especially pleasant and helpful. A few dirty corners but overall clean.

Friendly staff, convenient location close to interstate and plenty of restaurants

Location is good near the interstate but not too close that you could hear traffic noise. Cracker Barrel restaurant within walking distance but food was not good.

Great location off of I 95. Have stayed here before when driving south to Florida and enjoy the area.

I didn't like the fact that I could hear heavy equipment in the early morning. I did love the convenience of the shopping and business area that it is located in.

This place is great. Right off 95 and far enough off to be quiet. Staff is also so nice and helpful.

This hotel is located directly off the interstate. The staff was efficient and very friendly. The hotel and our room were both extremely clean. There were also plenty of places to dine in the immediate area. The breakfast was what you would expect, very good and varied.

The lady who checked me in was nice and professional. The hotel is away from the main road = quiet!

Like the no smoking policy of the hotel but your breakfast is very poor. No butter for toasts, eggs were very dry and bacon very overcooked.

Great place to stay while traveling. Was the halfway point between my home and my destination. Was safe, clean, and had great breakfasts!

Old and shabby with very uncomfortable beds. Breakfast offered packaged omelet from powdered eggs and dry overcooked sausage plus cereal.

Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. Mini cheese omelets, sausage, fresh fruit, waffles and cereal were offered. Will stay here again when driving south to Florida.

My stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was being renovated which I did not expect but was still clean. Check in was different than my previous stay in a hotel booked through hotels.com so that was weird. I had to go through the whole checkin process even though I had already checked in online and they could not provide me a receipt even though the hotel I stayed in a week before had no trouble providing a receipt. The breakfast was awful. The “eggs” were completely dried up and hard. The sausage was pure grease. I’d suggest going elsewhere for breakfast.
