The Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago

Overall a beautiful hotel, the lobby looks and smells wonderful, the front desk employees were incredibly nice, and the view from the room was great! This was the second time we’ve stayed at this hotel and it’s one of the best in Chicago, especially for the price! The only complaints I have is the vallet is pricey at 89$ but it is super nice to just drop off the car and not have to worry and the breakfast is fantastic but INCREDIBLELY expensive (~100$ for two adults) so I recommend just going somewhere else for breakfast! 9/10 hotel!

I stayed here while visiting Chicago. The location was nice, but be prepared—they charge for almost everything and taxes add up quickly. The room was pretty small, which wasn’t ideal. The room itself was clean overall, but the mirrors weren’t properly cleaned. It wasn’t a bad stay, just a bit overpriced for what you get.

as a Bonvoy Platinum Elite member I had access to the M lounge. I went for breakfast a couple mornings. They ran out of fruit and some sodas. also, I asked for a feather pillow and was told that they hotel only had foam pillows.

Ate in the hotel restaurant. Very good food and good service
