The room didn’t smell good we had to keep cleaning and spraying it down. We also kept getting bit by something. People was always grouped up by the doors. And the pool was closed.

Our room STANK of cigarettes. The tub was busted. The pool was FREEZING my 13 year old stated her skin felt nasty after getting in. Coffee was poop gas station coffee. And the morning"eggs" were over cooked hard boiled. Everything was empty it took staff forever to change stuff out. Apparently the yogurt was disgusting.

Rooms needed to be cleaned i found glasses under my bed.the door to the bathroom wouldn't open from the onside. Pool had to much chlorine. Breakfast was terrible. Smells like smoke.people hanging outside drunk .the white guy at the front desk was rude sorry didn't get his name.

Overall great hotel will be staying there from now on with my trips to Kentucky. Only thing that wasn’t 100 was pool. Water was a lil cool I personally didn’t get in but felt it n my granddaughter said it was cold n didn’t swim anymore over the whole weekend.

Rooms were standard. Double bed. Housekeeping was awesome. Clean towels trash taken out etc. Pool was cold and didn’t seem to be the cleanest. We didn’t enjoy that part of our stay. The indoor pool was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Decent hotel for the price, over all the hotel is clean but when I turned on the HVAC the room started to smell like cigarettes, The comforter on the bed was badly stained with lord knows what and very flat pillows so glad there were four of them. I was there passing through the area for the night so no big expectations considering the price.

Even though noon smoking rooms, smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke. A bit run down, dirty sink stopper etc. Loose toilet seat and cracked bathroom door, cigarette burns in comforter, no coffee maker in room, small bathroom, no luggage racks. Good things are nice staff and actively repainting interior halls, trim etc. Decent breakfast including options w protein boiled eggs yogurt waffles etc.

Our stay was horrible. The pictures that they show when you book aren’t even close to what the rooms look like. Outdated, extremely dirty, the place has a mildew smell that is terrible as well. When we got to the room there were only 3 pillows. When I asked for another pillow I was told they didn’t have anymore to give out, and was then offered a dirty pillow from behind the counter. The next morning we left early, and there was a child sleeping on an air mattress behind the counter. Pretty sure he was using the dirty pillow that I was offered. The sheets on our bed were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting and the toilet smelled like rotten pee when you lifted the seat. 10/10 would not recommend staying here

Looks like remodeling was or is being done but our room had water dripping from the ceiling in the shower. Most likely a water leak from upstairs. Our sink didn't drain very fast every time it was used. Also the outside door got stuck when trying to get in and very hard to open.

Location is a little dated but the beds were comfortable, linen was clean, room was clean minus the air being off when we arrived so the room was hot but it was alright! Staff was super nice and welcoming! Highly recommend and will be returning if in the area again.

I guess the old saying is true you get what you pay for came down to the area for a toy convention didn't really want to pay the rate that the hotel across the parking lot from the convention center wanted for one night thought I'd save some money stay at cheap hotel room well that's exactly what this is. I was in the room next to the elevator show every time someone used that elevator I could hear it in my room bed was hard as the ground felt like I was laying on concrete pillows while they were the cheap hotel ones and I had a stack all three so I could get comfortable because that's how soft they are Sheetz were rough as nails and so were the towels like they bought the cheapest house I think the only reason why I got some sleep is how long I had been up the day before planning on coming back next year but I won't be staying at this hotel no thank you. I don't even know if I would recommend it if you're too damn tired to keep driving and you pull off at this exit to get a good night's sleep I don't even know if it's worth that

My mom needed the handicap accessible room and it was perfect for her. John at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful with all of our questions and needs. He was still there in the morning when we got up and he was still just as friendly and helpful as the day before. We will definitely stay again when we visit family!

The check in was awesome the lady was super nice and very knowledgeable of the area she recommended the Cattleman restaurant for dinner and it never disappoints. The area was quiet and would definitely stay there again.

The only thing we were not a fan of is how early housekeeping would come by knocking on doors and yelling. Even if they aren’t knocking on your door (we put the sign out for the second and third nights) you can still hear them all down the hallway. You shouldn’t come earlier than check out time, people want to sleep on their vacations.

Only complaint I have is the area around the hotel is very busy and not well lit at night. Impatient drivers like to beep at you if you fail to turn quick enough at red lights.

Stayed at this property for one night on our way home from Florida. This is a smoking property and the rooms smell badly of smoke. When heat comes on it is even worse. Rooms were clean though except for the smell. Breakfast was fine. We would have left immediately upon entering the lobby, because of the smell, but we had booked the day before on Expedia and paid already. We would not recommend this hotel unless you are a smoker.

Beds were pretty comfortable, everything seemed clean. Doors to room & bathroom kept sticking. Everything worked. Carpets were old but seemed clean. Very convenient to numerous restaurants. Breakfast was cold and all carbs except they had fresh-boiled eggs & make-your-own waffles.
