They seem to be doing their best (with the exception of the front desk staff who ignored me for 5 minutes while trying to check out). Hallways and stairwells dingy. Elevator was down. That said, could have been a lot worse and was overpriced even for McMinnville.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and haven’t had issues. The bed was comfortable and clean. The rest of the room was not. We wouldn’t walk on the carpet because it was so dirty. I had to wipe down all surfaces cause they were dirty (bathroom included) The washcloth was brown from all the dirt. There was some garbage left in the room. There was no hot water in the shower for 2 days, only lukewarm. When I let them know at checkout they called someone to look at it, but my husband overheard the front desk gal complaining when he walked out that she can’t control when everyone showers. Well, it was at hot for 2 full days, it wasn’t due to overuse. We paid a lot of money for a poorly maintained hotel.

I liked the breakfast options Didn't like the carpet - it looked like it need to be cleaned not just vacuumed. The cheap armoire was extremley loud when the hangers tapped the sides. I'm sure you could hear it down the hall

This is a fabulous property in a great location. It’s been updated so was very fresh and comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. We had our two dogs with us so we were put in a ‘dog’ accepted room. Incredibly clean and fresh. If you require exceptionally clean places to stay, this is it!! The breakfast wasn’t anything fancy but had hot and cold options. If you are prone to noise, this property is on a busy street and there was road noise although it did not last all night. Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay here.

The location was perfect for us which was to be near McMinnville…1 mile away. And also close to our favorite wineries. Hotel staff was very nice, breakfast very good, rooms clean & comfortable and priced right. Would definitely stay here again.

Room and stairway and hallways had a smell to them. Rooms very small, especially the bathroom, for $180 a night this is pretty absurd. Must be the market rate for the area

Wi-Fi on the 4th floor did not work could not connect to internet via Wi-Fi. Jetted tub in the room was difficult to get in and out of so I used the jacuzzi tub in the swimming pool area before we checked out. That was much better and the Jets were better situated for back and shoulders. The swimming pool was an amazing temperature very enjoyable before breakfast. The service and employees were excellent and anything we needed we were able to get.

Overall, a pleasant place to stay. A very friendly staff and helpful. We had TV problems(that were fixed) and the wifi wouldn't work. I think they were using a new provider, so some kinks had to be worked out.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. The room was decent but did show wear and tear from the years of use. Honestly this would have been a pleasant stay but the king size bed that was in the room was hands down the worst bed I have ever tried to sleep in. I might as well have slept on the floor it was so rock hard! I don’t mind a firmer mattress but this was ridiculous. I didn’t sleep well at all and had terrible back pain the following day. This is definitely not going to be a hotel I choose the next time I visit due to the uncomfortable bed.

From a less than inviting greeting to the mixup on our reservation whee we booked a king bed and received a queen to not even looking to see if they could accommodate a switch to noisy room right at the elevator to probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on to the shower so poorly installed I wondered if I might fall through the floor….i would recommend elsewhere if looking for a place to stay when visiting McMinnville

Originally, we selected and paid for a room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived and checked in we were given a room with 1 queen bed. We brought this to the manager's attention who advised us that the hotel was full, but they had another room with 1 queen bed and she gave that to us free of charge which was great. She was awesome in helping us. However, this change was not shared with the person who was checking us out as she tried to charge us for the additional room and then chastised us for going through a 3rd party to make reservations. The towels in my room were damp not at all dry. So that was weird. The staff was nice, but the communication between the 3rd party reservations and the hotel really needs improvement. We were made to feel like it was our fault for not reserving the room directly from Best Western McMinnville.

Due to a family emergency, we had to bring two teenage relatives here on Christmas Eve. The receptionist was very kind and was able to accommodate us at the last minute. There was also a very convenient shop at reception with basics like toothpaste and makeup wipes, along with snacks and drinks

Room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed. Here is a list of things I did not like: 1. I was double charged for my room, I paid online and the front desk clerk made me pay again and did not know how to reverse the duplicate charge. Next day, morning front desk clerk was able to credit the duplicate charge but I will not see my money back for about 3-5 business day. I was informed by this clerk that I can’t get a receipt because it’s an online reservation. 2. My door key card did not work at the facility’s rear entrance. 3. Free breakfast was supposed to be until 10am, when I came down to get some food, they ran out of almost everything.

This was a decent place to stay. Our room was spacious and nice. It was in an odd area...with an old motel 6 turned into apartments maybe next door...or maybe it was for the homeless? Not sure, but was a little concerned about our car in that neighborhood overnight. I don't know the area, so it may be unwarranted. The AC was very effective. Bathroom was very small.

I love this area and the hotel. We have stayed here before, The hotel ma manager helped me on various issues, The Blue Angels were terrible and was incredible. The only bad thing was the breakfast. They used powdered eggs and if was watery snd hotrible.
