Stunning customer service. Lovely hotel. Enjoyed the professional spa treatments, live music in Atelier rooftop bar and great food in the 360’ restaurant overlooking the beachfront, dunes etc.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern, gut gelegen und wenige geh Minuten zum Strand entfernt. Zwei Außenbereiche mit jeweils zwei Pools, je einer davon als Whirlpool, bieten eine tolle Möglichkeit sich im Hotel zu erholen und zu Sonnen. Gegessen wird in der obersten Etage mit einem fantastischen Ausblick über die Stadt und auf das Meer. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, dass man den Spa Bereich nur gegen einer Gebühr für 50 min. buchen kann. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder hier buchen.

A good 5 star hotel with very big rooms and luxurious items and facilities within. The hotel facilities are good and the whole place is very artistic. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's not too expensive and is in a good location. The restaurant and bar are very good. The spa area is also very good. Overall one of the best hotels I've stayed in for its location and class. Highly recommended and would definitely return.

The hotel was nice but not amazing. For the price I’ve stayed in a lot better. The suite with hot tub was not worth it. The hot tub wouldn’t stay full kept draining, the was no cleaning for it. There was a building site right beside the balcony so it was always filthy. We got little to no use from it. Breakfast was okay but the view from breakfast was spectacular. The spa was lovely and the pools were nice, they sell a lot of day passes which makes the pool busy and sometimes it hard to get a sun bed. Location is excellent. Was nice but wouldn’t stay again.

Modern, goed gelegen hotel met topservice. Het uitzicht tijdens het ontbijt is werkelijk prachtig. Zwembaden zijn zalig warm met een temperatuur van ongeveer 34 graden! De aanwezige spa-faciliteiten zijn enkel toegankelijk mits meerkost. Het hotel beschikt over een privé parking, echter zijn de plaatsen beperkt tot een 15-tal wat dus niet garandeert dat je steeds een plekje hebt voor een eventuele huurauto. Je kan natuurlijk ook gewoon langs de straatkant parkeren.

Fantastic hotel with great rooms, amenities, and very friendly team. Restaurant/bar area on top of the hotel was really nice with great views. Pool area always chilled and plenty of space. Food was particularly good. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Bohemia. The room was clean and nice and with a great view of the sea from the balcony. The outdoor areas were nicely planted and the pools were relatively small, but nice and clean. Easy to get sun loungers. The breakfast was very good and the a la carte restaurant on the top was of a high standard. Good food and fantastic views! The service at the hotel was consistently very good.

La struttura è centrale, pulita e accogliente. Il personale è preparato e disponibile. Siamo stati accolti da Sara al ricevimento, molto gentile. La sera stessa abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell’albergo, ottimi vini e cibi preparati con cura rispettando la tradizione. Siamo stati accolti dal maitre che ci ha poi accompagnati al tavolo. Anche il bar in terrazza e quello in piscina, dove abbiamo bevuto e spizzicato qualche snack sono ben organizzati. La Colazione è variegata e oltre al buffet c’è la possibilità di ordinare a la carte, accolti ogni mattina dalla responsabile, Fatima, che si prendeva cura di farci iniziare con un ottimo caffè. La nostra camera era molto grande, sempre pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Decisamente un’ottima scelta che ha contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza di livello!

I had an excellent stay—this hotel appears to be the best in the area. I loved the stylish decor, the beautifully maintained grounds, and the overall relaxing atmosphere. The location was prime, and the room amenities were all very good. The entire hotel was also extremely clean, which really added to the comfort of the stay. The pool was a highlight—well-kept and perfect for unwinding. The only downside was the inconsistency in service at the pool bar. Some staff were very attentive, while others didn’t seem as engaged. Despite that, the overall experience was wonderful, and I would definitely stay here again.

Loin des plages si on a des problèmes de mobilité. Certaines personnes à l'accueil pas ne s'occupent pas de vous. Pas de bar vers l'entrée. Sur deux ascenseurs un seul fonctionne. Chambre faites au milieu de l'après-midi quand on rentre de la plage.

Flott hotell med fantastisk personale, nydelig bassengområder og flott topp bar. Frokost var fantastisk med beste utsikt over Playa. Dårlig at de "glemte" å gi beskjed om at spa var stengt den uken vi var der. Fant to tyske kakerlakker på toalettet. Vær oppmerksom på at det kun er Suitene som har utsikt til sandynene, og at det høres karaokesynging til kl 23 på de østvendte balkongene. Kan anbefale hotellet

The hotel was nice but not amazing. For the price I’ve stayed in a lot better. The suite with hot tub was not worth it. The hot tub wouldn’t stay full kept draining, the was no cleaning for it. There was a building site right beside the balcony so it was always filthy. We got little to no use from it. Breakfast was okay but the view from breakfast was spectacular. The spa was lovely and the pools were nice, they sell a lot of day passes which makes the pool busy and sometimes it hard to get a sun bed. Location is excellent. Was nice but wouldn’t stay again.

Simply amazing. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, super super quiet rooms. Extra comfy bed and the breakfast is just wow! Definitely found a new place that surpasses others in GC. We will be back without a doubt!

The property was lovely, the pool and outdoor areas were great for relaxing. However we had a lot of issues getting served at the rooftop bar. It felt like we were ignored every time we went up or had to wait a really long time to order a drink. Rooms were very clean but I was quite disappointed the shower door was see through - not everyone likes that :(

Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly. Rooms clean and well designed. Restaurant food was good, cocktails on the rooftop bar at sunset superb. Only thing I’d change is curtains were very thin and light, so very bright, very early!

Trotz direkter Innenstadtlage ist das Hotel ruhig und hat eine wunderschöne Poolanlage. Die Zimmer in den Etagen 1 - 3 sind relativ klein; ich empfehle, ein größeres Zimmer zu buchen.

The hotel is well appointed in a quiet area with great views of the beach within short walking distance. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was very good on the eight floor restaurant with outstanding morning views. Rooms are a very generous size with views of the beach and the dunes. Bar pool service is good and efficient, although the pool areas are not very big compared to other hotels in the area. One caution is that Expedia are using a visual to promote the deluxe double room with is misleading as it’s not the room that is provided. We were provided with a much smaller double room ( suitable for single occupancy ) which was not the visual room we thought we were booking on the Expedia site. We know this as we had to upgrade at a cost to the larger room which we had thought we had booked originally. Once in this room we were happy with the hotel as it was the size / standard we had expected when booking with an outstanding view. Additionally we requested a late check out which was not given which was disappointing as is one of the Expedia gold benefits. We also had treatments in the spa which we’re fine by an experienced therapist and used the gym which is well equipped. All in all I would recommend this to travellers who want a quiet hotel with good service and impressive rooms, just ensure you are clear what room you are booking as most rooms are much larger than normal hotel rooms which is half the reason for booking at this unique hotel.

I had an excellent stay—this hotel appears to be the best in the area. I loved the stylish decor, the beautifully maintained grounds, and the overall relaxing atmosphere. It was a great hotel. The only thing that let us down was that the hotel was not able to accomodate our request for late check out although we paid premium in staying in one of their corner suite. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Excellent hotel: Staff always help with any problems or queries without hesitation, friendly, helpful and high quality designer rooms and amenities. Rooftop bar and restaurant very good. Have extended our stay by a week and booked again to come back in 2 months. Will try the spa treatments this coming week.

Have been coming to this hotel for a number of years and aside from being the luxury hotel in the area and walkable to almost anywhere, it’s the staff that are superb. Kind, friendly, and funny you’ll find people who have worked here for years- like Christian at the front desk and Fatima in the restaurant. This hotel is a true gem, with 5 star service across food, pools, and room design.

Toller Ausblick, großteils nettes Personal, besonders beim Frühstück. Klimaanlage im Zimmer war laut, wurde am vorletzten Tag unangekündigt repariert, konnte deshalb nicht in mein Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption, wie lange es dauern wird, meinte die Mitarbeiterin, ich solle die Arbeiter fragen - Verständigung war aufgrund unterschiedlicher Sprachen schwierig. The hotel was of high quality. Always clean and tidy everywhere, the food in the restaurant was also very good. What impressed us the most was the service. Fantastic service and nice people. They did several little things to ensure that we had the best possible experience, without us having asked for it or that it was something they needed to do. For example, we got a birthday present (cake and champagne), they remembered what we liked for breakfast, made changes when they saw things weren't perfect and they delivered milk to our fridge in the room because they knew we liked soya milk in our coffee. We have visited many fine hotels in several countries, but never experienced this quality of service. Thank you very much, we will come back another time!

We consider ourselves lucky to have found this fantastic and cosy hotel in the cernter of Palaya del Ingles and we loved every single detail of it, from the faboulous breakfast, really chill pool area and the nice staff to the breath taking views from the sky bar. Flott hotell med fantastisk personale, nydelig bassengområder og flott topp bar. Frokost var fantastisk med beste utsikt over Playa. Dårlig at de "glemte" å gi beskjed om at spa var stengt den uken vi var der. Fant to tyske kakerlakker på toalettet. Vær oppmerksom på at det kun er Suitene som har utsikt til sandynene, og at det høres karaokesynging til kl 23 på de østvendte balkongene. Kan anbefale hotellet

This is a beautiful hotel, staff are wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. It is very modern and chic with beautiful views from the 360 bar and restaurant on the 8th floor. Food and drink quality was also very good. It is in a great location with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Bar pool service is good and efficient, although the pool areas are not very big compared to other hotels in the area. One caution is that Expedia are using a visual to promote the deluxe double room with is misleading as it’s not the room that is provided. We were provided with a much smaller double room ( suitable for single occupancy ) which was not the visual room we thought we were booking on the Expedia site. We know this as we had to upgrade at a cost to the larger room which we had thought we had booked originally. Once in this room we were happy with the hotel as it was the size / standard we had expected when booking with an outstanding view. Additionally we requested a late check out which was not given which was disappointing as is one of the Expedia gold benefits. We also had treatments in the spa which we’re fine by an experienced therapist and used the gym which is well equipped. All in all I would recommend this to travellers who want a quiet hotel with good service and impressive rooms, just ensure you are clear what room you are booking as most rooms are much larger than normal hotel rooms which is half the reason for booking at this unique hotel.

Beautiful and quiet hotel and the staff is very friendly. Nice pool with enough sunbeds. The hotel is located between the Yumbo shopping mall and the boulevard of Playa D’Ingles, which both are a bit of faded glory. But the walk on the beach to Meloneras is very beautiful (appr. 1 hour walk)

We had a great stay at Bohemia. The room was clean and nice and with a great view of the sea from the balcony. The outdoor areas were nicely planted and the pools were relatively small, but nice and clean. Easy to get sun loungers. The breakfast was very good and the a la carte restaurant on the top was of a high standard. Good food and fantastic views! The service at the hotel was consistently very good.

Very good hotel high quality rooms and pools are very nice breakfast very good with great views over the sea / dunes. Only poor thing was having dinner one night they didn't have any fresh fish so we left and went to a cafe down near the sea.

This is a beautiful hotel, staff are wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. It is very modern and chic with beautiful views from the 360 bar and restaurant on the 8th floor. Good location Nice hotel We had Some technical problems at tv system and WiFi. We would like more variety on breakfast buffet and better quality for breakfast and dinner food. The mattress needs replacement some time. It was a nice and expensive experience The view from the restaurant is amazing!
