La comida un 2/10, se repite todos los días… dicen que hay días temáticos… pero es para verlo… Las piscinas se supon que son climatizadas y desde el sábado 01/11/25 a 08/11/25 no han estado climatizadas, siendo prácticamente imposible entrar en ellas pues el agua estaba congelada!! No repetiría

Ok hotel for the money. The staff were friendly, but the hotel facilities seemed a bit outdated. The snack bar for the all inclusive is small with a modest selection of food and drinks. The breakfast had a good selection, while the dinners were a bit more repetitive. Little sun at the main pool, had to walk up some stairs to find another pool that had better sun conditions. The hotel had a low price compared to other similar hotels, so all in all an ok experience.

Food options were good, themed evenings. Lots of fruit. Bedroom and balcony overlooked the pool, which was lovely. The hotel bus shuttle is very useful. Pool areas were good, we particularly enjoyed the family pool. Plenty of sun beds in the morning when we went. We did two Barcelo experience trips which were fantastic. Staff were polite and pleasant.

Lovely hotel, lots of nice pools and bars at a great price. Food was great. Me and my friend stayed half board and we got charged €2.90 for a draft soda in the canteen we thought was included with the meal which was the only annoying thing about the hotel. Also the bag room is not locked which I did not appreciate with our passports being in there etc. The rooms are great value for the money, the hotel was able to always het us taxis within minutes of asking which was helpful.

Essen und getränke auswahl waren sehr üppig und es gab den ganzen tag vok allem zuviel. Pool bereich und alle gemeinschaftssachen waren optisch gut bis auf kleinigkeiten. Die gänge sollten dringend neu gemacht werden da sie nicht zum rest passen und um das hotel klnnte man optisch noch etwas aufwerten. Wir hatten einen tollen urlaub. Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Nice hotel and very clean modern rooms. Nice to have a choice of pools. The staff were extremely friendly from check in to check out. 2 big let downs: The inside bar ( if you can call it that) as it was literally chairs lined up in a corridor. I can see this being an issue in summer months as I can image most entertainment will be held on the stage at the middle level pool. Another let down was the food. Whilst there was a good choice of salad items and the snack bar in the day was well stocked. The hot food items in the main restaurant were very mediocre. Often having to hunt around to piece a meal together. That being said some items were of decent quality. The biggest worry of the food is the lack of labelling. If you have allergies beware! All food is labeled wrong and doesn’t correspond to what is actually out. There was one night I asked what the meat was and was told chicken. It was actually beef. So it seems the staff are unsure of what they are serving. All in all a decent stay but there are definitely areas for improvement.

The hotel are in a verey good condition. 2 nice swimming pool with loads of chairs. The staffs are just fenomenal. Good variety of food. The pizza on the restaurant just amazing. The only down point are the intertainment ar night. The singers and the band just put people outside the hotel or get bored. Put games, shows , use the intertainment team at night for the guests. At put the singers in the restaurant.

Everything was good, especially the personnel But our room was facing the street and the bar, and there was little silence and peace, despite the hot weather, we could not open the window or sit on the balcony. Cleaning was good, but in the case of floors, it is better to mopped in addition to sweeping

Clean, comfortable and within easy walking distance of the yumbo and cita shopping areas, 12-15mins walk to the beach. Overall pleasant stay with friendly polite staff on reception. After 5 nights stay I felt the bedding should have been changed, that would be my only negative and it’s not a biggy!

We have had a really good stay, super clean and comfortable room. It’s our first time back since the renovations and would highly recommend The food was excellent and plentiful, only slight negative is a lack of information for what’s available . On check in they tell you to scan the app we would have preferred a map / notice of information as we only found the snack bars on our last day

je connais cet hôtel et il a récemment reçu une rénovation du hall, du restaurant, l\'ajout d\'une nouvelle piscine et la réfection du bâtiment secondaire nommé "level" qui est très bien et aussi plus cher. Quant à l\'hôtel en lui-même les chambres sont très propres mais basiques, attention de noter que pour bénéficier de l\'utilisation du coffre dans la chambre il faut payer et le montant est en fonction du nombre de nuits! ça c\'est quand même de nos jours très limite! Pour le restaurant on y mange très bien mais il y aurait des améliorations à apporter, sinon vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance c\'est un endroit très bien :-) on n\'est jamais déçu chez Barcelo

Ci siamo trovati bene, mangiare buono, staff cortese e cordiale, pulizia buona, camere tutte con balcone e belle spaziose, consigliato. Consiglio noleggio auto per spostarsi ed andare in giro per l'isola. Non è vicino alla spiaggia, c'è un servizio navetta ma che noi non abbiamo utilizzato in quanto avevamo l'auto.
Ci siamo trovati bene, mangiare buono, staff cortese e cordiale, pulizia buona, camere tutte con balcone e belle spaziose, consigliato. Wir waren das erste mal in der Unterkunft. Es hat alles Wunder gepasst. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten im 8.Stockwerk das Zimmer mit dem Meerblick gehabt - die Aussicht war gigantisch. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Wir hatten Halbpension - das Essen war hervorragend. Alles in einem ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Wir würden wieder kommen :-))

Die Anlage an such ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man sieht aber, dass renoviert wurde. Die Zimmer haben eine sehr gute Größe. Das Personal war leider nicht immer so freundlich.

È una bella struttura,sopratutto per chi ama all inclusive. La struttura è un po datata anche se tenuta bene; ottima colazione per varietà di proposta; camerieri diaponibili ed attenti. La camera è un po piccola rispetto agli standard Barcelo.

Personale delle camere molto gentili , meno i camerieri dell ristorante impegnati solamente nel ritiro delle stoviglie , per il resto ci tornerò presto , è già è la 2 volta che torno, camera bellissima con il bidet, molto gentili le signore della reception che risolvono subito qualsiasi problema è stato un bel soggiorno

Die Anlage an such ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man sieht aber, dass renoviert wurde. Die Zimmer haben eine sehr gute Größe. Das Personal war leider nicht immer so freundlich.

Food options were good, themed evenings. Lots of fruit. Bedroom and balcony overlooked the pool, which was lovely. The hotel bus shuttle is very useful. Pool areas were good, we particularly enjoyed the family pool. Plenty of sun beds in the morning when we went. We did two Barcelo experience trips which were fantastic. Staff were polite and pleasant.

Essen und getränke auswahl waren sehr üppig und es gab den ganzen tag vok allem zuviel. Pool bereich und alle gemeinschaftssachen waren optisch gut bis auf kleinigkeiten. Die gänge sollten dringend neu gemacht werden da sie nicht zum rest passen und um das hotel klnnte man optisch noch etwas aufwerten. Wir hatten einen tollen urlaub. Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Nice hotel and very clean modern rooms. Nice to have a choice of pools. The staff were extremely friendly from check in to check out. 2 big let downs: The inside bar ( if you can call it that) as it was literally chairs lined up in a corridor. I can see this being an issue in summer months as I can image most entertainment will be held on the stage at the middle level pool. Another let down was the food. Whilst there was a good choice of salad items and the snack bar in the day was well stocked. The hot food items in the main restaurant were very mediocre. Often having to hunt around to piece a meal together. That being said some items were of decent quality. The biggest worry of the food is the lack of labelling. If you have allergies beware! All food is labeled wrong and doesn’t correspond to what is actually out. There was one night I asked what the meat was and was told chicken. It was actually beef. So it seems the staff are unsure of what they are serving. All in all a decent stay but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Ci siamo trovati bene, mangiare buono, staff cortese e cordiale, pulizia buona, camere tutte con balcone e belle spaziose, consigliato. Consiglio noleggio auto per spostarsi ed andare in giro per l'isola. Non è vicino alla spiaggia, c'è un servizio navetta ma che noi non abbiamo utilizzato in quanto avevamo l'auto.

Clean, comfortable and within easy walking distance of the yumbo and cita shopping areas, 12-15mins walk to the beach. Overall pleasant stay with friendly polite staff on reception. After 5 nights stay I felt the bedding should have been changed, that would be my only negative and it’s not a biggy!

Mycket bra restaurang. God frukost med jättestort utbud. Inget strandhotell men ligger bra till för att nå de olika playorna. Bra reception och speciellt en dam i 45-50-årsåldern! Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Lovely hotel, lots of nice pools and bars at a great price. Food was great. Me and my friend stayed half board and we got charged €2.90 for a draft soda in the canteen we thought was included with the meal which was the only annoying thing about the hotel. Also the bag room is not locked which I did not appreciate with our passports being in there etc. The rooms are great value for the money, the hotel was able to always het us taxis within minutes of asking which was helpful.

La comida un 2/10, se repite todos los días… dicen que hay días temáticos… pero es para verlo… Las piscinas se supon que son climatizadas y desde el sábado 01/11/25 a 08/11/25 no han estado climatizadas, siendo prácticamente imposible entrar en ellas pues el agua estaba congelada!! No repetiría

Ok hotel for the money. The staff were friendly, but the hotel facilities seemed a bit outdated. The snack bar for the all inclusive is small with a modest selection of food and drinks. The breakfast had a good selection, while the dinners were a bit more repetitive. Little sun at the main pool, had to walk up some stairs to find another pool that had better sun conditions. The hotel had a low price compared to other similar hotels, so all in all an ok experience.

Had a wonderful 5 night stay here! Lovely staff, clean hotel and beautiful surrounds! We didn’t go for the all inclusive option but we had the breakfast included - delicious and so much variety, there really is something for everyone! Will definitely come and stay here again when we return to Gran Canaria!

They have the gall to charge €3/day to use the in-room safe - I've never seen this in any other hotel in the world; the 'housekeeping' is rudimentary - they will only make the bed, replace towels and empty bins; lots of choices in the breakfast buffet but it isn't great quality - their 'bacon' is some processed and reformed pig by-product. I'm sure there are better value options in Maspalomas.

Old building and hotel with some areas refurbished and some not. Room phone not working. Cleaning sometimes not great. Gym needs new machines as most were broken. Pools are nice. Breakfast is good, other meals are good/average. I don’t think they are providing the service for the rate they charge. Some hotel rules didn’t make sense. Some hotel staff was very rude but most were nice. I wouldn’t stay here again.
