I traveled solo and stayed one night at the hotel. I really enjoyed the stay and there was so much to like about it. The staff was very friendly, and the decor of the hotel was lovely. I especially loved the room. The food was good! but it seemed like lunch and dinner were pretty much the same. So after a few days, I would imagine that it wasn't as great anymore. The food at the pool was very poor quality though. The pool areas were amazing and beautiful. I only stayed at the small pool. Despite being heated pools, they were both on the cool side. But the water was very clean.I was out at the small pool around 9 am in the morning. There was only me and another woman. I went to get a drink and when I came back, I had a warning placed on my things that they would be removed as I was holding a bed. I thought that was unnecessarily aggressive by management as there were 100+ free sunbeds just counting around the small pool. And I was not gone 5 min! Also why did a man have to clean the inside of the pool when the pool had already been cleaned for the day. He was pouring chemicals into the pool whilst people were swimming there. Also, it was sad to see the wild bird distressed as they were captured on the side of the hotel and held in a cage in the blasting sun and 38 degrees. The hotel could do more to save resources. I was given an extra key card so I could keep the A/C in the room going when I was out. Would have been better used to heat the pools more.

Average all inclusive experience hotel. The pools are cold and no heating. There was unannounced construction / renovation on the 4th floor. The gym equipment is outdated. Service is excellent and the food was good.

Well run hotel, enthusiastic and helpful staff and the food was good quality for all inclusive buffet format. It would be nice if they played music longer in the evening for entertainment while guests are still milling around the pool or indoor bar area after eating as it gets too quiet after 10pm. Some background music would be nice.

We stayed here for a seven night all inclusive holiday to celebrate a 40th birthday. Despite being told in advance this could be acknowledged, we were told on arrival this is not possible, which marred the experience. eventually it was arranged but there was little acknowledgement by the hotel that miscommunication occurred. After the final conversation, our room was not cleaned properly - maybe a coincidence, but the timing felt too close to not feel this was done on purpose. The food is quite good. Breakfasts quite repetitive, but there was a good selection and variety of food for lunch and dinner. The all inclusive drinks set up was great. The main issue with the pools is that there are not enough parasols. We were told the hotel doesn’t have more, so if you miss out, that’s it. The hotel is strict on the no reserving sun beds policy; they will leave a warning card on unattended sun beds, and will physically remove personal belongings (books, towels, bags) if occupants have not returned. Either provide enough for all guests, or relax your sunbed reservation policy. A €50 deposit is required on arrival, told this covered towels, then informed that a further €10 would be held for towels, and that every exchange of a towel costs a further €1. Reception staff were a mixture of very lovely, and very not lovely. All entertainment, kitchen, bar and restaurant staff were amazing. Overall? We would choose not to stay at this hotel, or any other Lopesan hotel again.

Vi var her for 7 år siden og var veldig fornøyd. Hotellet er nå renovert og det var ikke til det bedre. Trendy, men ikke bra møbler i resepsjonsområdet. Mange liker å sitte å spille på kvelden og det ble et evig jag etter bord og stoler. Maten var bedre før, men ok må også. Er nok endel yngre gjester nå, dermed mer støy. Vi hadde terasse med havutsikt men første uka kunne vi ikke bruke den pga. høy musikk og roping. Vi kontaktet resepsjonen flere ganger. Dette er et røykfritt hotel og da er det synd at hele inngangspartiet er et røykeområde. Bassengområdet er flott men synd at der er mye skada solsenger. Bra rengjøring overalt og hyggelig ansatte. Hotellet har en fin beliggenhet med gåavstand til det meste.

My deluxe room was perfect, so clean and so quiet. Hotel was exceptionally clean and lovely pool area. Food was fine, not very exciting but its a 3 star so not complaining. Location was good, bus station just around the corner, beach promenade just a couple of minutes away. Entertainment team work hard. Good for a family break, or a chilling week. The Entertainment finishes at 10pm each night and then very quiet but bars close by. We enjoyed our 5 nights.

Hotel de 3 estrellas con instalaciones de 4 estrella ,zona de piscina perfecta aunque tienes que madrugar para cojer hamacas,poca variedad en comida y de poca calidad,vasos muy pequeño en el todo incluido todo el dia dando vuelta para recargarlo,baño de la habitación con olor a cañeria,personal y animadores muy amables

El personal, fantástico sobretodo a Srboljub por su amabilidad y la gran recepción que nos hizo. A Gabriel, fantástico, muy educado servicial y con muy buen talante siempre y una paciencia infinita !! Las chicas de la limpieza geniales : Araceli Rodriguez y a las chicas de la planta 6 de las que no me acuerdo de sus nombres🙈 siempre muy atentas a todo !!!

It is worth paying extra for a room on a high floor with an ocean view. I did not use the pool but it has come to my attention that the pool is sometimes too shady. The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful and all those people who work there deserve praise. Unfortunately the food is very poor, there were even the simplest of problems for example undercooked canary potatoes , meat and fish of poor quality not good, french fries poor and dry. The dishes were often barely warm that they became cold while eating. Soft boiled eggs were hard boiled eggs. I'm not complaining that they didn't serve something exquisite because it's a hotel rated 3 stars but the simplest dishes they provided were poor, badly prepared or badly served. Worst of all the plates I took out of the pile were often unwashed after previous guests, it happened to me a few times. It's disgusting. During the booking of room, I have goot a large price drop deal. However, the stay would absolutely not be worth the regular price without the promotion.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort overall is older and a bit tired. It could use an update. There is plenty of food offered for each meal. None of it is exceptional, but it is sufficient. None of the hot tubs were turned on when I was there which was disappointing. The room is fine but the bed is a bit hard.

Good Value for money. Food was not the best, but its all inclusive in playa del ingles ;). Drinks are good, snack are fine. Staf is not very friendly. Parking is 7,50 euro a day. We asked if we could leave car untill 1 o'clock, but no, we had to leave at 12.... very unfriendly. But Great room, view, nice bed, little old but great value for money.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, und sehr kinderfreundlich. Das Hotel ist zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch ist es eher nebensächlich. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt für meinen Sohn und mich.

The hotel itself is really good. The all inclusive food is good without being spectacular . Unfortunately the included wine is poured from a tap and is not great and the same can be said for the beer. Our room was very nice comfortable and clean and on the top floor with a great view and we were very happy with it. Lastly the hotel is located a little away from the Jain nightlife centres and feels a little isolated at night time even though there are other hotels closeby. Overall we were satisfied that our stay provided fair value for the price paid

Skønt hotel med flotte værelser (vi boede på 7. sal med havudsigt). Flotte udendørsområder med pool og palmer. Personalet var høfligt og hjælpsomt. Buffeten var fin, der kunne godt have været lidt større udvalg. Dejligt man kan sidde udenfor og spise, dog MEGET høj musik fra børndisco under aftensmaden, hvilket gjorde at vi blev nødt til at rykke indenfor, og der var ikke ligeså fedt at sidde.

My deluxe room was perfect, so clean and so quiet. Hotel was exceptionally clean and lovely pool area. Food was fine, not very exciting but its a 3 star so not complaining. Location was good, bus station just around the corner, beach promenade just a couple of minutes away. Entertainment team work hard. Good for a family break, or a chilling week. The Entertainment finishes at 10pm each night and then very quiet but bars close by. We enjoyed our 5 nights.

Al llegar la recepcionista que nos atiende de mal humor,nos dice que tenemos que dejar una fianza de 50 euros que exige el hotel por si acaso queramos consumir algo fuera de lo que nos cubre el TI pero íbamos con otras parejas y a estas personas no les exige fianza por lo que yo exijo una devolución d fianza. Una amiga quiere sacar pulsera premium y la misma recepcionista pretende que esta pulsera premium que cuesta 14.50 euros el día nos la saquemos todo el grupo de gente que no conocemos entre sí cuando yo por ejemplo bebo solo agua,no lo veo nada lógico. Por supuesto que mi amiga acabó sacando su pulsera premium solo para ella. Básicamente tanto los camareros como el personal de recepción muy antipáticos. En la habitación una manecilla que habría el ropero estaba rota cada vez que abría el ropero me quedaba con ella en la mano. Las camas eso sí muy cómodas al igual que las almohadas. A las doce el día de la salida tienes que irte o si no te cobran 33 euros por adulto y te puedes quedar hasta las 6 de la tarde en todo incluido y a los menores dieciséis euros me parece un robo y además sin habitación. Si utilizas el parking te cobran siete con 7.50 € el día. Los espectáculos horrorosos. A las 22.00h todo se acaba. He estado 3 veces cuando era IFA y mucho mejor. No volveré! Te vigilan todo el rato.

Let me check in 3 hours early, thsnk you. Strange they put a kettle in the room but no bottled water or even a container we could use to fill from the hotel water dispensers. When i tried to fill an empty bottle with water i was told off by one of the reception staff. I think the main restaurant could do with being bigger too. Pool side was excellent i have to say. A very good experience overall. Thank you.

Das Zimmer, das Essen, die Ammenities, alles war super. Das einzige nicht schönes war der Security an der Eingang dem Hotel an einem Abend / ca. 23 Uhr. Ich wollte kurz mit einen Kumpel (von einem anderem Lopesan Hotel) was von meinem Zimmer abholen, und ich habe den Security gesagt ob es okay dass er kurz vorbeikommen könnte, der Security war sehr unfreundlich und nicht nett und er hat uns gesagt, ab sofort raus, ich weiß nicht ob ein bisschen rassistisch, da wir zwei Männer waren. Das wär’s. Aber ansonsten hat es mir das Hotel gut gefallen.

El personal, fantástico sobretodo a Srboljub por su amabilidad y la gran recepción que nos hizo. A Gabriel, fantástico, muy educado servicial y con muy buen talante siempre y una paciencia infinita !! Las chicas de la limpieza geniales : Araceli Rodriguez y a las chicas de la planta 6 de las que no me acuerdo de sus nombres🙈 siempre muy atentas a todo !!!

We stayed here for a seven night all inclusive holiday to celebrate a 40th birthday. Despite being told in advance this could be acknowledged, we were told on arrival this is not possible, which marred the experience. eventually it was arranged but there was little acknowledgement by the hotel that miscommunication occurred. After the final conversation, our room was not cleaned properly - maybe a coincidence, but the timing felt too close to not feel this was done on purpose. The food is quite good. Breakfasts quite repetitive, but there was a good selection and variety of food for lunch and dinner. The all inclusive drinks set up was great. The main issue with the pools is that there are not enough parasols. We were told the hotel doesn’t have more, so if you miss out, that’s it. The hotel is strict on the no reserving sun beds policy; they will leave a warning card on unattended sun beds, and will physically remove personal belongings (books, towels, bags) if occupants have not returned. Either provide enough for all guests, or relax your sunbed reservation policy. A €50 deposit is required on arrival, told this covered towels, then informed that a further €10 would be held for towels, and that every exchange of a towel costs a further €1. Reception staff were a mixture of very lovely, and very not lovely. All entertainment, kitchen, bar and restaurant staff were amazing. Overall? We would choose not to stay at this hotel, or any other Lopesan hotel again.

Siamo appena tornati domenica 22 settembre 2024 e devo dire che: Buona posizione per potersi spostare anche con i bus. Anche se la struttura esterna si presenta un po' datata , l'interno si presenta curato. Non aspettatevi il lusso,dopo dipende sempre come uno vede le cose e come si accontenta. Buona la pulizia nelle parti comuni e nelle stanze Noi abbiamo preso all'inclusive. Cibo vario...si riesce tranquillamente a mangiare; carne e pesce sempre presenti come pure la pizza(mangiabile)..c è anche la pasta ma non certo è come quella cucinata in Italia( Si sa che nei paesi esteri non si va per mangiare pasta) Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile a dare informazioni...in qualche modo ci si capisce.Noi abbiamo trovato una ragazza di nome Nazareth che capisce bene l'italiano. Da potenziare secondo me l animazione e migliorare la preparazione dei primi e magari della pizza e dei cocktail perché con quelli dell'inclusive non ci siamo. La birra non manca come pure succhi vari e bevande calde (quelle delle macchinette automatiche per capirci) a volontà. Caffè espresso presente solo alla mattina al costo di 1.70 L' acqua della piscina è un pò fredda per i miei gusti ma anche questo è soggettivo. Se mi chiedessero di tornare direi proprio di si.

Have stayed here before and is mostly pretty reasonable. Some of the decor in my room was a bit tired looking, however comfortable bed. Food last time was ok, generic all inclusive really. I only ate once there this time as unfortunately the dinner I got the chicken was still raw which put me off eating in the restaurant again, just ate out. If I were to stay again, I would go room only and just eat out.

I traveled solo and stayed one night at the hotel. I really enjoyed the stay and there was so much to like about it. The staff was very friendly, and the decor of the hotel was lovely. I especially loved the room. The food was good! but it seemed like lunch and dinner were pretty much the same. So after a few days, I would imagine that it wasn't as great anymore. The food at the pool was very poor quality though. The pool areas were amazing and beautiful. I only stayed at the small pool. Despite being heated pools, they were both on the cool side. But the water was very clean.I was out at the small pool around 9 am in the morning. There was only me and another woman. I went to get a drink and when I came back, I had a warning placed on my things that they would be removed as I was holding a bed. I thought that was unnecessarily aggressive by management as there were 100+ free sunbeds just counting around the small pool. And I was not gone 5 min! Also why did a man have to clean the inside of the pool when the pool had already been cleaned for the day. He was pouring chemicals into the pool whilst people were swimming there. Also, it was sad to see the wild bird distressed as they were captured on the side of the hotel and held in a cage in the blasting sun and 38 degrees. The hotel could do more to save resources. I was given an extra key card so I could keep the A/C in the room going when I was out. Would have been better used to heat the pools more.

Also why did a man have to clean the inside of the pool when the pool had already been cleaned for the day. He was pouring chemicals into the pool whilst people were swimming there. Also, it was sad to see the wild bird distressed as they were captured on the side of the hotel and held in a cage in the blasting sun and 38 degrees. The hotel could do more to save resources. I was given an extra key card so I could keep the A/C in the room going when I was out. Would have been better used to heat the pools more.

It is worth paying extra for a room on a high floor with an ocean view. I did not use the pool but it has come to my attention that the pool is sometimes too shady. The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful and all those people who work there deserve praise. Unfortunately the food is very poor, there were even the simplest of problems for example undercooked canary potatoes , meat and fish of poor quality not good, french fries poor and dry. The dishes were often barely warm that they became cold while eating. Soft boiled eggs were hard boiled eggs. I'm not complaining that they didn't serve something exquisite because it's a hotel rated 3 stars but the simplest dishes they provided were poor, badly prepared or badly served. Worst of all the plates I took out of the pile were often unwashed after previous guests, it happened to me a few times. It's disgusting. During the booking of room, I have goot a large price drop deal. However, the stay would absolutely not be worth the regular price without the promotion.

The hotel itself is really good. The all inclusive food is good without being spectacular . Unfortunately the included wine is poured from a tap and is not great and the same can be said for the beer. Our room was very nice comfortable and clean and on the top floor with a great view and we were very happy with it. Lastly the hotel is located a little away from the Jain nightlife centres and feels a little isolated at night time even though there are other hotels closeby. Overall we were satisfied that our stay provided fair value for the price paid

Bra vistelse. För hög musik vid poolområdet gjorde att man fick söka sig till utkanten av området och flytta sig beroende på soltillgången. Personligen inte så förtjust i "all inclusive" utan vill ha mer variation vid måltiderna. Hade varit bra med enbart frukost. Ganska bra variation på maten men ofta inte av högsta klass. Inga sensationer. Matsalen inne hade alldeles för hög ljudnivå. Som tur var så gick det oftast att sitta utomhus och äta vilket var bra. Det borde finnas ljuddämpande textilier i matsalen. Personalen dock snabb och uppmärksam. Tycker det är onödigt med städning dagligen. Vet inte om handdukar byttes varje dag eller hur ofta. Man borde kunna välja både städfrekvens och byten av handdukar. Skulle spara både pengar och miljö.

The ocean view was very nice. Room as in the picture. Pool area was very good. Also short walk to the beach and lots of shops nearby. Food was delicious, as well as there werw plenty of food options outside of main meal times. Good selection of drinks and coctails. Highly recommended!
