Per un 4* mi aspettavo di più. Cibo dozzinale. Il parcheggio è gratuito ma prima lo devi trovare, è sulla strada. Poche stoviglie negli appartamenti se vuoicucinare, TV non funzionante.

Vriendelijk personeel, in september voldoende plek aan het zwembad en redelijk gevarieerd eten. De kamer werd iedere dag grondig schoongemaakt. Het zwembad was helaas vrij koud dus dit was niet heel comfortabel om in te zwemmen. Pluspunt was de bushalte voor de deur waardoor verschillende attracties bereikbaar zijn voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. Ook luchthavenvervoer is op die manier praktisch en voordelig. Samengevat: goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, geen grote luxe maar perfect volgens onze verwachtingen.

Hotellet var fint - det er ikke særlig familie venligt, pool er meget dyb og der er virkelig meget larm om aftenen. Personalet var super søde og morgenmad var rigtig lækker. Frokost og aftensmad og mildesttalt dårligt! Vi nød opholdet men kommer næppe igen

Estancia muy satisfactoria. Excelente atención en recepción por parte de Alba y Ángeles. Muy buena atención en comedor con variedad de platos bien cocinados.Hotel limpio habitaciones amplias, cómodas buen balcón bien insonorizadas.Zona de piscina bien cuidada y mejor temperatura que en BURGOS.Zona con ambiente y prosima a la playa.Una sugerencia mejorar la iluminación en el espejo del baño.

Ha sido todo perfecto.empezando por la limpieza que ha sido buenisima, como la amabilidad del personal de recepcion y sobre todo el buffet, atentos en todo momento de recoger y limpiar mesas, reponer comida y buena variedad de comidas. La piscina y zonas ajardinadas estupendas y a 10 min andando de la playa aunque este en el cerro pero hay ascensores para bajar muy cerca. La habitacion es muy amplia, moderna, con salon a parte con sofa cama, todo reformado y el baño y terraza estupendos. De 10. La playa del ingles es un paraiso ya que se une con la playa de Maspalomas donde estan las Dunas.

- Bra utgångspunkt för en semester där man inte tänkt vara på hotellet hela dagarna. 10 minuters promenad ner till playan och enkelt att promenera runt om kring i stan. - Solen kommer fram runt lunch på innergården där poolen är. - Skönt att kunna ligga vid poolen på eftermiddagen 14-17 om det blåste nere vid stranden. - Poolen är inte uppvärmd. - Nära med taxi till det mesta runt om kring. Melanores (Faro de Maspalomas), till Aqualand, till Palmitos park. 20 min från flygplatsen. - Frukosten var bra. - Rummen var städade och bekväma. - Trevlig personal. - All inclusive maten till lunch och middag var inte bra alls. Väldigt smaklöst och ofta hårt kött, och den maten som skulle vara varm var ljummen/kall förutom det de stekte direkt framför gästerna. - Hotellet är lyhört. Mest från showerna från restaurangens utegård på kvällarna, blev tyst runt 23 på kvällen. - Vi använde aldrig baren för drinkar (även om det var inkluderat)

The hotel premises was really nice with different areas to spend time. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was good with nice and quiet neighbourhood and restaurants and shops just around corner. The beach promenade and bus to Las Palmas also just a few minutes away.

En general muy bien, sobre todo por la atención del personal y por la limpieza. La únicas pegas que puedo poner al hotel son detalles, como las paredes en gotelé, los pasillos envejecidos quedan acceso a habitaciones y puertas desencajadas de la misma habitación.

Muy buen hotel, habitaciones muy amplias y comodas, bufett de cena no muy amplio pero todo muy rico y bien elaborado, las camas un poco duras para mi gusto pero te ponen doble almohada para que elijas y sobre todo los trabajadores, muy amables y ptes de todo y de ti. Hace tiempo que no veo en un hotel tantos trabajadores tan amables y buenos trabajadores y yo esto lo valoro mas que las cosas matetiales q tenga el hotel. La unica pega x decir lgo esque hay una pendiente para bajar a la playa , o bien x un ascensor cercano en la bajada y unas pocas escaleras.playa preciosa de arena fina y larga, con todos los serviciosy restaurantes y tiendas y alquier de hamacas y sombrillas x poco dinero. Vamos que unas vacaciones fabulosas.

The room was clean and really spacious. And massive bathroom and balcony. And the sea view was nice (you could actually see the dunes also). The hotel premises was really nice with different areas to spend time. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was good with nice and quiet neighbourhood and restaurants and shops just around corner. The beach promenade and bus to Las Palmas also just a few minutes away.

Vriendelijk personeel, in september voldoende plek aan het zwembad en redelijk gevarieerd eten. De kamer werd iedere dag grondig schoongemaakt. Het zwembad was helaas vrij koud dus dit was niet heel comfortabel om in te zwemmen. Pluspunt was de bushalte voor de deur waardoor verschillende attracties bereikbaar zijn voor een zeer schappelijke prijs. Ook luchthavenvervoer is op die manier praktisch en voordelig. - Bra utgångspunkt för en semester där man inte tänkt vara på hotellet hela dagarna. 10 minuters promenad ner till playan och enkelt att promenera runt om kring i stan. - Solen kommer fram runt lunch på innergården där poolen är. - Skönt att kunna ligga vid poolen på eftermiddagen 14-17 om det blåste nere vid stranden. - Poolen är inte uppvärmd. - Nära med taxi till det mesta runt om kring. Melanores (Faro de Maspalomas), till Aqualand, till Palmitos park. 20 min från flygplatsen. - Frukosten var bra. - Rummen var städade och bekväma. - Trevlig personal. - All inclusive maten till lunch och middag var inte bra alls. Väldigt smaklöst och ofta hårt kött, och den maten som skulle vara varm var ljummen/kall förutom det de stekte direkt framför gästerna. - Hotellet är lyhört. Mest från showerna från restaurangens utegård på kvällarna, blev tyst runt 23 på kvällen. - Vi använde aldrig baren för drinkar (även om det var inkluderat)

Le sobran 2 estrellas, no sé como puede tener 4, las instalaciones muy pequeñas, la comida escasa y pésima, y el todo incluido de risa, te puedes tomar un ron con cocacola, y una botella de agua no entra y te la cobran, eso si, el personal muy amable.

Bueno empezaré diciendo que fue un día fantástico el sábado lo pasamos genial mi mujer y yo,lo que no me gustó es que en la media pensión no entrarán las bebidas a no ser que pagarás 10€ más por persona,más siendo dichas bebidas de maquinas.La comida,jum,poca variedad y con muchas especias,no sé, alomejor es que yo no como ese tipo de comida,pero no nos gusto,el desayuno si estuvo bien y si habia variedad,aunque nuevamente repito las bebidas no estaban incluidas y me pareció abusivo que nos quisieran cobrar 10€ mas por persona

Hotellet var fint - det er ikke særlig familie venligt, pool er meget dyb og der er virkelig meget larm om aftenen. Personalet var super søde og morgenmad var rigtig lækker. Frokost og aftensmad og mildesttalt dårligt! Vi nød opholdet men kommer næppe igen

Mi experiencia con akeah broncemar ha sido nefasta hablando mal y claro, empezamos con que desde la web del hotel hay unas fotos muy alejadas de la realidad con habitaciones que parece que están pegando al mar y lo cierto es que el mar se ve a 2kms desde la habitación, cuando no debería de ser así porque teníamos la habitación con vistas al mar. En segundo lugar, me dieron una habitación que con el aire acondicionado APAGADO cargaba el compresor durante toda la noche y te despertaba cada vez que cargaba, es decir, que vi correr todas las horas del reloj. Mostrando mi disconformidad la solución que me dieron fue cambiarme de habitación (después de todas las maletas bajadas y absolutamente todo colocado para pasar 6 días) te vas de vacaciones y tienes que hacer mudanza porque no hay quien descanse .. En tercer lugar el cuarto de baño, cada vez que abrías el lavabo para lavarte las manos, dientes, etc el servicio se convertía en una piscina porque las tuberías perdían mucha agua (esto si lo lo terminaron arreglando) Y por último mi disconformidad con el bufé, la comida muy escasa y muy poco donde elegir, lugar sin duda para no volver ni aunque te lo regalen.
