stayed here 27 times. great location. restaurant, bar and cleaning staff wonderful. two older gentlemen on reception could do with a customer service course. manager is really attentive and friendly. overall a lovely place to stay and definitely recommended

Nice hotel, great location between Yumbo center and beach about 10 min walk both way.. Feels like safe area. I was traveling alone as solo female. Cozy pool area with bar, and extra places for sunbeds..when I was there, in beginning of may, several free sunbeds available every day. Really nice staff. Could need some update renovations in seartain areas. Great service with pick up from airport. Only one buffé restaurant. For me who travelled alone I had to go buy other food every evening.. Would like to have had an opportunity to buy smaller things like burgers, pasta, sallads or something as roomservice Can absolutely recommend the hotel.. thanks for nice days! Kind regards Sofia

Staff were extremely nice and friendly! Food was good with good variety. However, I was not pleased with the overall condition of my room. For instance no automatic closing mechanism for the main entrance door of the room, the toilet door was not closing and opening easily! No drying rack for clothes in balcony. The room water boiler for making tea was very basic with no tea bag or no coffee provided in the room! The sofa bed for kids are very small, my daughter easily fell down and i ended up sleeping on the sofa bed and she on the main bed which was two single bed connected. In summary we liked the Hotel, staff and food but i would say in overall the facility need a complete refurbishment and upgrade!
