What a beautiful setting in a convenient location. The service was very polite and helpful. Everything was clean and orderly. The breakfast was good and all of the staff were helpful. The view over the golf course towards the coast is the perfect start to The day. My room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view over the pool with a pretty veranda. The Spa had lovely staff, the facilities were very good with a salt room, sauna, Turkish steam room and great pool. If you are brave they have an ice cold plunge pool too. My only negative feeling was that after day one, the water in the room wasn’t replaced or the coffee pods. It’s a tiny thing and quite petty really but I would expect these to be replaced in a hotel presenting as a spa hotel. There was a note saying if you wanted your towels replaced you’d also have to pay extra. It seems odd as if I’d booked a series of one night stays they would have been replaced. I would give the hotel 4.5 stars if I could. However overall the experience was very good and I would recommend the hotel without question.

The spa was nice, but beside of the pool and wirlpools a bit dated (sauna etc) outside pool big but not heated and that was cold. If you book a room don't take any room with the numbers ending on 20-28 because you have a terrace or balcony shaded the whole day. The staff is excellent and very friendly.

Wij hadden een upgrade gekregen naar een suite, dit was een zeer nette mooi ingerichte kamer met salon en bed en voorzien van alle comfort. Het hotelpersoneel was zeer vriendelijk, van de receptionist, het ontbijtpersoneel tot de kamermeisjes. Ondanks dat er op het moment dat wij daar waren werken bezig waren in het hotel ondervonden wij daar eigenlijk geen last van. Wij hadden enkel ontbijt maar dit was uitstekend met versgeperst sinaasappelsap, keuze genoeg van brood, beleg, fruit,... en de mogelijkheid om verse omelet en spiegelei te laten bakken voor jou. Het hotel is gelegen aan de rand van het drukke Maspalomas. Toch merk je hier niet veel van bij je verblijf, Het is een zeer rustig en aangenaam te vertoeven hotel. Ik zou het zeker meteen opnieuw boeken bij een volgend verblijf op Gran Canaria.

The new rooms that I was lucky to get an upgrade with a very comfortable very modern. Morning breakfast Service very limited choice. Not the best quality of products. Bus service average, absolutely fine if you just wanna grab a beer. Housekeeping staff absolutely amazing. Will I stay again yes but only in the new referral rooms.

There was of course no mentioning that during my stay there was construction with up to 5 workers building a concrete wall at the front - sledgehammers included - when complaining the hotel offered a 10 percent discount for NEXT stay - overall a pleasant hotel with mediocre service and mediocre food - bad WiFi depending on room location. Very aggressive guest from Switzerland attacked me verbally and almost physically when I tried to walk around the construction site and walked on the lawn in front of her ground floor terrace to get to my room.

Enkelte rom har utgang rett mot bassenget. Meget bra frokost, men elendig lunsj og drikketilbud ved bassenget på dagtid. Styr unna, og kjøp heller på butikken. Dårlig kvalitet på maten, og kun enkle drinker som ikke smakte godt. Meget vennlig personale. Utrolig stille og rolig atmosfære på hotellet, perfekt for å slappe av uten støy fra andre gjester eller omgivelsene. Prøvde ikke restauranten på kveldstid.

Bon hôtel, vue superbe. Bon petit déjeuner de qualité (jus d’orange pressé et bons cafés, cuisiniers). Personnel très gentil sauf le maître nageur pas poli du tout, parle très mal aux gens, une horreur 😨😨😨 Très dommage aussi de devoir payer 40 euros pour changer de chambre (jamais vu ça dans aucun hôtel dans le monde).

Hotel muy tranquilo, permite el descanso. Un entorno inmejorable. El baño de la habitación precisa de mejoras. El personal muy amable, especialmente los de restauración (camareros y cocineros), muy atentos con los clientes. Poca variedad de comida en la cena, se podría mejorar.

The new rooms that I was lucky to get an upgrade with a very comfortable very modern. Morning breakfast Service very limited choice. Not the best quality of products. Bus service average, absolutely fine if you just wanna grab a beer. Housekeeping staff absolutely amazing. Will I stay again yes but only in the new referral rooms.

Greit hotel, Frokosten var middels, var 3-4 duer som holdt til frokostområdet, synes ikke det var i orden. Lite skandinavere, vi var de eneste, mye tyskere som tror de eier alt og spanjoler, høylytte og snakker i mob i tide og utide.
