Det som drog ner vistelsen var maten i all inclusive, den var inte dålig men utan vidare karaktär och smak. Och poolerna skulle kunna värmas 2-3 grader till

Los suelos resbalan y rotos, además lleno de charcos de agua, muchas caídas. Falta de personal médico.

Great hotel, certain things could be improved, too much pork on the all inclusive menu, somedays only pork and fish! More chicken please as most people eat that! The gym area was a joke, no air con and half the equipment was out of service! The room near the pool are very noisy, but the quieter rooms away from the pool were perfect.

Brilliant pool area for kids with slides and splash pad. Good food and good location for a 5 minute shuttle to the beach. Rooms and general decor starting to look tired, air con in room useless. General cleanliness and staff were all excellent.

Heerlijk hotel met elke avond leuke entertainment. Eten is elke avond anders, veel keuze. Zwembaden zijn hartstikke leuk. Prima met OV te bereiken vanaf het vliegveld. Hotel is heel leuk voor kinderen. Zeker een aanrader.

wir hatten extra ein Swim-up Zimmer gebucht, wir lieben es direkt aus dem Zimmer in den Pool zu gehen. Hahaha - nur in diesem Hotel nicht. Das Wasser wird nur über die Sonne geheizt - also ist es ar...kalt!!!!!!! auf Nachfrage wie es denn bei den Zimmern mit Whirlpool ist - es ist identisch - keine Heizung eingebaut !!! Vielleicht wird es dieses Jahr nachgerüstet, aber nur vielleicht :-( warum wird darauf nicht hingewiesen??? Dafür zahlt man ein deutlich mehr Geld...schade. Es hat uns den sonst schönen Urlaub versaut. Essen war sehr gut, sehr regelmässig wurde aufgefüllt. einfach perfekt. Lage des Hotels ist super

Hotel renovado con 2 piscinas y jacuzzi. Varios restaurantes y servicio de Todo incluido durante todo el día. Tiene un bar piscina abierto todo el día. Habitación amplia con terraza y hamacas. Disfrutamos mucho del programa de animación y de los show después de cenar. Lo pasamos muy bien y seguro que repetiremos. Muchas gracias!

Pocas hamacas para tantas personas, la piscina de los toboganes cuando ibas ya no quedaban hamacas y en la otra cogías hamaca por la tarde, show nocturno podría ser más animado, comida buena pero escasa variedad.en el snack todos los días había lo mismo. Me quedo que el hotel las zonas de habitaciones y piscina estaban limpias, quitando el ascensor que desde el viernes habían churros en el suelo y el domingo seguían en el ascensor, personal muy agradable y atento.

Todas las piscinas tenían agua helada, habían dicho que eran con agua climatizada y era mentira

Hotel/Zimmer war abgewohnt. Angeschlagene Wände, der Fußboden auf den Gängen voller Flecken, das Sofa im Zimmer verblichen und fleckig, so dass man das nicht benutzen mochte. Dazu noch Ameisen im Zimmer.

Overall our stay was ok. The rooms had been updated but there were areas that needed some attention (ex. Pool, some lounge chairs). The ceiling in our room had some water damage and it looked like mould/mild dew had started to grow. We had ants on our garden patio. We found cockroaches near the end of our stay. The cleaning ladies didn’t come until late afternoon and didn’t take dishes (not something they do). Everyone was nice but customer service and going above and beyond was not something

Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal

Vi bodde på dette hotellet for andre gang og ble veldig skuffet. Det er mye bråk pga barnefamilier, konstant musikk og støy fra basseng område, umulig å være i fred i restauranten pga masse barn, maten har blitt dårlig og billig, elendig vask, veldig sliten og utdatert rom. Masse skader, pluss at den var fôr handikappet person. Ekstra penger for håndkleet, ikke alltid cava til frokost dessverre. Mange skadede fliser i basseng område. Absolutt frarådes for voksne. Overhode ikke 4 stjerner Hotel , og snart ikke 3 , vis ikke hotellet tar snarlig tiltak og pusser opp.

Greit hotell med varierende og god buffet. Ble syk i magen i løpet av oppholdet og ble derfor reservert i matveien. Bra renhold og hyggelig personale. God plass ved bassenget men blåste mye ved barnebassenget. Klaget på større vedlikholdsarbeid på barnebassenget som ikke var opplyst ved bestilling, ble da oppgradert til rom med adgang til til privat basseng.

Well run hotel, staff super helpful and everything super clean. Food is of a high standard for all inclusive and lots of choice.

Leider stark renovierungsbedürftig, Putz fällt von den Wänden, Schimmel im Bad, Kakerlaken im Zimmer und auf der Terrasse - leider können diese Mängel auch nicht das außerordentlich freundliche Personal überdecken.

Spent 5 nights here. Property needs tlc. Lots of broken floor tiles around and bottom of bathroom door rotting. Food always lukewarm. Thank goodness for the microwave. Nice plush reception and all the staff are excellent. Bed really comfortable. Property maintenance manager needs to walk around and see the problems mentioned and the restaurant manager needs to temperature probe the food. Soup I had to microwave for about a minute and the main meals around one and a half minutes.

Diverse buffet but after a few days it repeated again. Very noisy in restaurant. Great and enthusiastic animation team. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice garden.

staff friendly and helpful. good variety of food meals in an all inclusive package. hotel very clean and room however bathroom shower very poor state for a 4star. chip floor, water leaking outside the shower on the floor and out the room door. only to notice many other people have the same issue as we notice their room doors was leaking water from the shower to the carpet outside the passage. cocktails were crap. too sweet not worth it. sofa on our floor looked to be thrown out was disgusting. house keeping responded very efficiently to our request. there was no delay. balcony with a view was great. easy reach to exterior transport services and beach. lots of kids so maybe if you want no kids better to come here. swimming pool not that huge despite having several pools but majority cater for kids.

This all-inclusive hotel is fabulous for families, not ideal for adults or a romantic get-away. Rooms are very spacious, well-equipped and nicely decorated. Service was very friendly. The location is very good for walking to the Masapalomas Dunes and Yumbo Shopping Centre. The food was decent and there was quite a good selection, though not always served hot. The shower had very low water pressure and changed from very hot to cold but maybe because my room was on the 5th floor (that\'s one way to conserve water!) There were so many families and noisy children running around the dining room that it was difficult to have a conversation. At the pool, it was impossible to find an empty chaise unless you left towels there early in the morning. Our biggest complaint were the unexpected extra charges. Never in our very well-travelled lives, have we been asked to pay for the use of the room safe - 2 EUR per day. The coffee in the dining room was undrinkable, whichever one you chose in the machine, and for "real" coffee at the bar, there was a charge. (So instead we went to cafes outside the resort). The mixed cocktails were ridiculously sweet and also undrinkable. Wines on tap were not good and all other drinks were considered premium, including cava, for an extra cost. Overall, I recommend it for families with young kids. They will love the kids\' club, pools, playground and shows in the evenings.

Das Zimmer im 5.Stock, ruhig gelegen mit Balkon und mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Dünen und den Palmengarten.

The air conditioning in the room was not very good, always hot.

Big room, with Balkone. Service was really great. Food in Restaurant is very good, a lot of entertainment for kids in hotel.

Bokat dubbelrum till mig och dottern, men blev uppgraderade till rum med poolaccess. Riktigt bra att dottern kunde bada hela tiden. Rent och fint. Men sängarna är stenhårda och kuddarna elt platta, så sova har varit svårt. Mycket att välja på i buffé-matsalen, alltid något som var gott. Men ljudvolymen var riktigt outhärdlig! Gick knappt att prata med varandra. Deras ute-terass var räddningen för fina måltider. Bra snackutbud till mellanmål. Alltid pizza på buffén. Bra för barn. Bra underhållning på kvällen. Bra service ( förutom städerskan som suckade och klagade högljutt hela tiden, och vi hade ändå undanplockat osc. Hon gillade nog inte sitt jobb) Vi är jättenöjda och återvända gärna!

Hotelopholdet på Abora Caterina By Lopesan var virkeligt godt. Vi som familie havde et super ophold. Super god mad, service, rent overalt og komfortabelt :-)

Hotel was spotless with staff constantly cleaning. Staff were amazing and nothing was a problem. The room we had was a delux view no 549 on top floor and the view was breathtaking. We did all inclusive and cannot find fault with any of the food. Good selection. Wine and beer on tap. You are just about ten minutes from the dunes which are amazing. Great Hotel and great staff. We will definitely be back. Brian

Food quality and variety excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Electrical problem in my room was sorted within 30mins of reporting it.

I had to walk 3 blocks and up 5 floors just to get to my room when i asked for a room change numerous times this request was ignored i was quite poorly the first week i was there with what i believe now was food poisoning i wanted to call for a doctor which a was unable to do as the room had no instructions on how to contact reception tbh it was my worst holiday ever !!!! On arrival they told me my room was over ther and pointed he sent me 3 blocks and 5 floors up in the wrong direction with all my luggage he then he then told .me to go a totally oposite ditection and dinning area is just meyhem sometimes i found my self wondering round looking for somewhere to sit as it was chahotic the sheets also had a dirty mark on them all week so i know they had not been changed and at night being not well i needed the extra blanket the made would move the blanket every day and put it somewhere different which i found really annoying and the food wasnt great tbh was just glad to be comming home

Positive notes; good enough buffet, closeness to the dunes and the sea, good kids pool area (too cold to use though :( ) Negative; arrogant service at the reception. ”Can you clean our room? Yes. Why? 😂”, and other strange conflict seeking comments, never really had that in Spain ever before. Hotel is getting old, all tech is dated and you can feel it in the walls For a small fee, you can consider this hotel for a 3 star minus minus experience, dont expect it to be anything vlose to Riu Palace, Lopesan Baobab or similar

Hotel service was fab from start to finish of our 3 nite stay. Food was great a little cold at times but that would be due to us being late mostly 😄 great selection tho and beers wines etc was just class. We were lucky to get an upgrade on arrival with a pool view. Entertainment at the pool and at nite was great craic. Fabulous singer on monday nite past she could sing anything had my daccing on my balcony while getting ready for out in the town.

The room, its view, the weather and the food were all good to great. The vast majority of the Staff were helpful, friendly and efficient, with the exception of the "senior manager" who thinks barking "you have to pay for that" is good practice when one hasn\'t been there long and doesn\'t yet know that "all-inclusive" is a "flexible" term. Note that this hotel is now firmly "Family with Children" oriented (for example tennis courts were removed for yet another playground) and while you won\'t find tranquility, rip roaring or sophistication it is still good to very good.

We booked a room with private pool which was amazing. Every day a great choice of food (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Well located to Maspalomas, the dunes and some city centers by feed.

Hotel is nice. Amazing location right on the dunes. Food provision and pools are excellent and the staff were great. Lots of the rooms overlook the entertainment area which make it very noisy until 10.30pm but the hotel were good about moving us to a quieter room. A few things need updating a little, the decor is a bit tired in places and a few broken sunbeds etc but on the whole it was a great place for a family holiday.

Be aware it is a very family oriented hotel! Adults-only is only one floor. All inclusive trip but everything seemed a bit watered down. Buffet was good, lots of options and selections but everything tasted bland, like it was watered down. Service was nice and pool area was nice. Still, clean and a good location, close to the dunes.

The hotel is near the Dunes and in a more quiet area but still within walking distance to Yumbo and the beach. The rooms are big and clean. Food is also very good and staff are all friendly.

Hotel en una situación inmejorable con acceso a paseo, tiendas, servicios y bien comunicada en carreteras. Al lado de las dunas. Especial para familias con miniclub, piscinas, etc. Muy buena calidad de la comida y variada. El personal un 10. Solamente a mejoraria el check out del hotel pq son poco flexibles sales a las 12h y ya no puedes usar los servicios, algo que no nos ha pasado nunca en otros hoteles. Nota global de 8/10.

A pleasant surprise. I didn’t know what to expect but it really impressed me. Great hotel for kids and families but also me (as a solo traveller) enjoyed it. Loved the help yourself element to the all inclusive. Means there weren’t any huge queues at the bar. Rooms were a very good size. The hot food for dinner could’ve had a bit more flavour and variety but that was one of a few downsides. I’d visit again in a heartbeat.

Busy hotel with a small pool and limited facilities. There is no hot pool available in winter. If your flight is in the evening, you can't use the all-inclusive facilities after check-out. There is no towel service at the main pool; you have to go to the busy main reception to request a towel, which takes 20 minutes. Limited food options for vegetarians; all main dishes include meat, and the choices for vegetarians remain the same every day. The snack bar offers a limited selection, with options like burgers, sausages, and nuggets available all day. Good points; Animations and kids' parties were excellent, and the cleaning service was good.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut. Geräumig, hell und gemütlich. Das Essen im Restaurant ist leider nicht befriedigend gewesen. Sehr oft war das buffet leer, das Essen langweilt nach wenigen Tagen, wenig Abwechslung und die Qualität ist nicht zufriedenstellend.

Nice location, helpful staff . Pls avoid this property if you are vegetarian as not much options. The dinner Chef tried to help and hence we had something to eat however the breakfast and lunch chef simply denied to make anything for vegetarian. Salad, fruits and sweets are mostly the option for vegetarians which I am sure no one can eat everyday. Fabulous options for Non- vegetarians. 3 swimming pool.The Air condition in the room doesn’t work properly and hence had few sleepless nights when it was above 30 degree.

Great hotel in all respects. Food options do need drastically improving though. No options for vegans that have any protein, no soy yogurts at breakfast or options at lunch or dinner. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables though

Booked the cheapest room for one week in February to get away from Swedish winter. Price was mid-range, but the room was better than expected, even got some ocean view even though it was not advertised. Top 3 all inclusive foods I have had. The Asian and Mexican evenings was reallly really good. Pool area was nice as well. Only bad thing was the gym which was really poor…
