The accommodation is basic, very dated and has some maintenance issues but clean and the pool area is spacious with plenty of beds . However it states that there is a pool bar which there is not. It says that is connected to a shopping centre which it isn't and I am unsure why it states there are 8 beach bars (possibly in the area but with no connection to the hotel itself.) Free wifi is in the small reception area only with additional cost for access in apartment. The situation is good but on the whole a dissappointing stay.

The site said it was non smoking, still on the balconies every neighbour was smoking, so you couldnt avoid the smoke and couldnt keep any windows open for fresh air, since the rooms are not air conditioned. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are outdated but very clean and cleaned often, fresh towels are provided every other day, if wanted housekeeping 5 days a week. Bus stop near and taxis were easy to catch from the curb. Nice cafe and restaurants on the same streets. Swimming pool was open only during the day till about 5pm. No bar or other restaurant at the pool, nearest was only across the street though. The hotel across the road played loud music and had live performances at the weekend, if you are on that side of the towers you can clearly hear it inside the room.

Quite central and near kasbah center and a short walk to the sea front,i had a ground floor room which was dated but clean and functional at the back( i slept well), luckily i had quiet neighbors and it as a lovely pool ,very friendly staff and generally enjoyed myself(solo traveler meeting friends already there) I've no negatives only wished there was more English channels on the room TV (BBC News only)

This is a very well designed property. The circular design means that the balconies are well separated from each other without solid walls. The Wi-Fi in the room, although not free as stated, was very reasonably priced and very good. Although there was no air-conditioning, as mentioned in the write-up, there was a freestanding fan which moved the air very satisfactory on the hottest day. There were plenty of sunbeds to choose from including some in the smoking area. The pool was pleasantly warm and not too overcrowded. The staff were very helpful. We were able to get a very late checkout for just €20. Overall, we fully recommend it for a couples or family holiday and reasonably priced.

Ældre lejlighed, men I hyggelig spansk stil. Venligt personale. Ren pool, og generelt pænt vedligeholdt. Rengøringsstandarden på værelset var ok. Dog kun wifi i receptionen og ikke på værelset, som anført i bestilling.

Older room equipment but very clean. They cleaned every day and very well. Staff friendly and helpful. Big and nice swimming pool, great location. We were very satisfied and would come back again.

ok stay Beds fairly average the Internet doesn't work properly which they charge extra for . The Hotel is old but very clean. If the management made the beds more comfortable and installed wifi the stay would be more comfortable they charge plenty for the rooms so there no excuse.

Posizione comoda per raggiungere sia il mare sia le attrezzature nei dintorni. Stazione bus vicina. Appartamenti non esenti da rumori esterni (strada, schiamazzi, gente in piscina, gente che gioca a tennis) ma d'altronde è una posizione centrale tra altri alberghi e palazzi. Durante la notte nonostante la musica live proveniente da locali nei dintorni, si è riposato bene. La struttura ha un arredo non nuovo ma tenuto abbastanza bene, nella media anche il servizio di pulizia. Quando mancava qualcosa il personale era sempre molto attento a fornire il necessario. In generale era sempre molto cordiale. Non c'è l'aria condizionata, ma solo un ventilatore. In ottobre si è dormito bene, non saprei durante la piena estate. Non è un appartamento per grandi pretese, ma per una vacanza di una settimana in generale la struttura, il servizio e l'appartamento sono stati piacevoli.

Very affordable, everything I need - shower, kitchen, bed, desk for remote working and good wifi. I would stay here again. The mattresses need to be replaced and are quite uncomfortable but that was expected.

Pagamos los 100 EU de fianza y inspeccionamos a ver si había algún desperfecto antes de entrar, faltaban 3 bombillos, la manguera de la ducha estaba mal pues se salía el agua por fuera y la televisión no funcionaba, le pedimos que lo arreglarán pero no había nadie de mantenimiento solo la chica de la recepción y el socorrista de la piscina, le pedimos que nos cambiara de apartamento pero nos dijo la chica que no era posible porque estaba todo lleno y que nos teníamos que esperar hasta el día siguiente que vinieran a arreglarlo, la estancia era solo dos días y no nos gustó la solución que nos dieron, pedí las hojas de reclamación y me dijo que no tenían, llamé a la policía y le dieron dos horas para que me las dieran, sino, ellos , la policía, denunciarían al establecimiento, las hojas de reclamación finalmente no me las dieron. Al día siguiente arreglaron la ducha y la tele la pude sintonizar yo. En general el apartamento muy pequeño y pasamos mucho calor, no había aire acondicionado solo un ventilador que hacia ruido. Entre el problema de la entrada , los arreglos y lo caluroso del apartamento no lo pasamos bien.

The bed was good, but all other issues were problematic. Electricity was often out, the key card had to reprogrammed almost every day, the shower hose was leaking, no restaurant or bar anymore in the hotel... just to mention a few problems. I have spent many weeks earlier in this hotel, but year after year it seems more neglected.

Al día siguiente arreglaron la ducha y la tele la pude sintonizar yo. En general el apartamento muy pequeño y pasamos mucho calor, no había aire acondicionado solo un ventilador que hacia ruido. Entre el problema de la entrada , los arreglos y lo caluroso del apartamento no lo pasamos bien.

Quite central and near kasbah center and a short walk to the sea front,i had a ground floor room which was dated but clean and functional at the back( i slept well), luckily i had quiet neighbors and it as a lovely pool ,very friendly staff and generally enjoyed myself(solo traveler meeting friends already there) I've no negatives only wished there was more English channels on the room TV (BBC News only)

This is a very well designed property. The circular design means that the balconies are well separated from each other without solid walls. The Wi-Fi in the room, although not free as stated, was very reasonably priced and very good. Although there was no air-conditioning, as mentioned in the write-up, there was a freestanding fan which moved the air very satisfactory on the hottest day. There were plenty of sunbeds to choose from including some in the smoking area. The pool was pleasantly warm and not too overcrowded. The staff were very helpful. We were able to get a very late checkout for just €20. Overall, we fully recommend it for a couples or family holiday and reasonably priced.

Hyggelig mennnesker som jobbet både i resepsjon og i rengjøring. Rommene ble vasket hver dag, og de i resepsjonen var svært hjelpsom. Ulempen med hotellet er st der ligger ved siden av et annen digert hotell som kjørte full partmusikk stort serr hele dagen og hver kveld.

Hemos estado 10 días y nos ha sorprendido, el hotel está reformado, todo es muy limpio, la piscina es muy grande y limpia, la amabilidad del personal, adicional la habitación cuenta con todo lo que necesitamos incluso para días que desayunamos allí. The accommodation is basic, very dated and has some maintenance issues but clean and the pool area is spacious with plenty of beds . However it states that there is a pool bar which there is not. It says that is connected to a shopping centre which it isn't and I am unsure why it states there are 8 beach bars (possibly in the area but with no connection to the hotel itself.) Free wifi is in the small reception area only with additional cost for access in apartment. The situation is good but on the whole a dissappointing stay.

The site said it was non smoking, still on the balconies every neighbour was smoking, so you couldnt avoid the smoke and couldnt keep any windows open for fresh air, since the rooms are not air conditioned. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms are outdated but very clean and cleaned often, fresh towels are provided every other day, if wanted housekeeping 5 days a week. Bus stop near and taxis were easy to catch from the curb. Nice cafe and restaurants on the same streets. Swimming pool was open only during the day till about 5pm. No bar or other restaurant at the pool, nearest was only across the street though. The hotel across the road played loud music and had live performances at the weekend, if you are on that side of the towers you can clearly hear it inside the room.

The bed was good, but all other issues were problematic. Electricity was often out, the key card had to reprogrammed almost every day, the shower hose was leaking, no restaurant or bar anymore in the hotel... just to mention a few problems. I have spent many weeks earlier in this hotel, but year after year it seems more neglected.
