“We booked this hotel for just a few hours due to a late flight, and it turned out to be a great choice. The location is excellent, the hotel is lovely, and very comfortable. From the moment you walk through the entrance everyone is there to help you. From the bellhops, to the manager their service is exemplary. The free breakfast is wonderful and varied. They have welcome cookies and flavored water in the main lobby. Just the thing after the drive from the airport. We had laundry done and it was perfect. Clean, folded without wrinkles and fresh.

It a great value hotel for overnight stay at Mumbai airport Despite the low price, the hotel was in better shape than I expected. The manager received us and addressed us personally through out check in The bell Porter (I forgot the name) who helped us with our luggage was prompt, friendly and professional. Turned up the next day to collect the luggage at the time requested by us during check in. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant on the night of stay which was good. I just had two minor issues We were given just one room key card. Apparently it’s hotel policy. So in the night I left my wife in the room to visit friends and when I turned up at 1 am requesting to be let in the room, the man at the check in gave me a second key card. Bizzare Hotel Valet arranged a large airport taxi due to size of our luggage @Rs850/- unfortunately all my luggage did not fit so I ordered a similar OLA that arrived promptly for @Rs 186/- to T2 Mumbai All in all, I will recommend this hotel for overnight stay as the staff is pleasant, ‘no’ is never an answer and everyone goes out of their way to help the customers. Plus it’s 5 mins drive to T2

C’est un hôtel près de l’aéroport, nous y avons séjourné avant notre départ. L’accueil est plutôt sympa, l’hôtel et chambres très moyens. Il y teigne une odeur de l’enfermé, c’est assez vieillot , le personnel attend fermement les pourboires pour un simple bonjour. Attention au taxi de l’hôtel ( proposé avec un prix fixe pour visiter la ville ) ça vous coûtera au final 25% plus cher car le chauffeur gonflera les prix des parkings et exigera un BON pourboire à la fin. Ça nous a bcp déçu. Petit déjeuner assez pauvre mais bon et le personnel au petits soins - presque trop avenant - ne vous laissant pas tranquilles un instant - encore une question des pourboires. L’emplacement pratique mais pour ce prix pas super super

Room was very noisy, they changed the room but new room was not to standard, only one plug point, hot water issue. Bed and pillow nlt comfortable I paid 78 $ usd for this... not worth it at all. Please refund my money or credit it...

We stayed at the Mirage while travelling to and from Mumbai - the proximity to the airport, the large rooms, good service and a very decent breakfast - all combined into a perfect choice to get to the airport. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend and would stay here again

The folks here treat you like a king and queen. I loved my breakfast where they make what you request!! Very close to airport. A 45 min - 1 hour drive from hotel to Gateway of India and cruise port. So glad I chose this hotel from so many options. Cake shop nearby if you crave a sweet snack, but not much else.

Very close to the airport and there was many shops and restaurants vlose by. The staff in the hotel restsurant was very polite and nice. The staff in the reception was mor reserved. But for a night or two stsy it's great place.
