Convenient to everything! Accommodations are relaxing. Bed was comfortable. My only complaints, maid forgot to clean for our early arrival but did clean as we we unpacking. Also, the old fashioned apartment lockbox was difficult.

Albert has thought through all of the details in this apartment. It has all the essentials--it is comfortable and just beautiful with Alex's artistic flair throughout. The host is incredibly easy to communicate with, and he shared options for activities and restaurants in the vicinity which were extremely helpful since we were new to the area. We would definitely recommend!

The apartment was incredibly clean, kitchen was well stocked. Location was close to everything we wanted to see. We spent a day in town visiting the shops and the shop owners were so friendly and helpful. Great stay.

Great location and such a picturesque little town. We were here to visit horse country. We toured 12 places, including 9 horse farms, Churchill Downs, Keeneland, and Kentucky Horse Park. We also did a river boat sunset cruise in Louisville. So we were traveling back and forth between Versailles, Paris, Lexington, and Louisville. This location was central to everything we wanted to do. I would especially recommend going to Keeneland to watch the early morning workouts on the track. It’s free and you can catch them out between 6 AM and 10 AM. Keeneland is close and we did this several days. We were not at the apartment much except to sleep. But it’s very clean and felt safe. My only upgrade might be a tv in the bedroom. But that’s minor. I would stay here again. Check-in was fine, owners communicated all the details. And the kitchen appeared to have the things you would need to cook a meal, but we did not use the kitchen.

After a long day of travel, checking into this pristine location was a welcomed refuge. It was easy to check in and out, even after dark as a lone traveler, I felt very safe. The space had everything I needed for my stay and I enjoyed the coziness and incredible view of Versailles from the living room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the textiles, wallpaper, and original art. Tip: The coffee shop across the street had delicious scones and coffee. It is a wonderful spot, I would 100% recommend it to anyone coming to Lexington or Versailles and looking for a place to stay.

As the other reviews on here and the physical guestbook agree, everyone that stays either has or is going to come back. Even if you just use it as a springboard on a longer vacation or make it your final destination it is surgically clean, and the owner has fantastically detailed information on the unit and surrounding attractions. Make sure to jump across to the Amsden Bourbon Bar and the little gelato spot around the corner. Thanks!!

We had a wonderful time here! The apartment was in a great central location. The bathroom shower and toilet had to be wiped down before we used them, but everything else was fantastic. The decorating is beautiful!!

I only stayed to sleep after a concert, but wish I had time to explore! The apartment was very clean. Furniture was beautiful and comfortable. The view from the windows spanning the entire street-side wall was lovely. Village is lit up with strung lights, and it felt safe and cozy. Very quiet building.

I was so delighted when I saw the cute town and the apartment is right there with the beautiful windows looking out on the street. I was sad that I was only there for just one night. My husband and I walked to the Italian restaurant across the street, walked Main Street and finished at the Amsden Bourbon Bar for a night cap. We both loved the location to so many of our favorite distilleries.. The horse farms are amazing. We will be back for a longer stay!

This quaint, perfectly located apartment was perfect for our several day trip. We loved the lil town of Versailles with cute shops, nice pizza place, quaint bourbon bar and awesome coffee shop and all were walkable. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and we absolutely loved the shower! We enjoyed the view of the lil town. It was a bit loud but we didn’t mind. It was also convenient for our bourbon tours. Overall great accommodations!! We hope to return one day.

What an amazing experience! We loved everything about this place from the design and decor to the attention to detail with ample closet space to the comfortable bed in a back darker area. The open living room and kitchen looking out over the busy Main Street that was a little noisy during the day but quiet around bed time was nice! We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to be back soon.

Great location, beautiful apartment. Albert was great with info about the area. Was easy to get to multiple distilleries and horse farms! Will stay here again when we hit the ones we didn’t have time for.

Great location and such a picturesque little town. We were here to visit horse country. We toured 12 places, including 9 horse farms, Churchill Downs, Keeneland, and Kentucky Horse Park. We also did a river boat sunset cruise in Louisville. So we were traveling back and forth between Versailles, Paris, Lexington, and Louisville. This location was central to everything we wanted to do. I would especially recommend going to Keeneland to watch the early morning workouts on the track. It’s free and you can catch them out between 6 AM and 10 AM. Keeneland is close and we did this several days. We were not at the apartment much except to sleep. But it’s very clean and felt safe. My only upgrade might be a tv in the bedroom. But that’s minor. I would stay here again. Check-in was fine, owners communicated all the details. And the kitchen appeared to have the things you would need to cook a meal, but we did not use the kitchen.

Second trip to Versailles but first time at this location. Will definitely book again! Super clean. My back thanks the excellent mattress. Great lighting in the bathroom. Location was central to our bourbon tours. Owner was lovely and very communicative. Highly recommend!!

This property was extremely clean, comfortable and in the perfect location to explore Horse and Bourbon Country. Our host, Albert, was close by in case we had any questions or problems. Would definitely rent this wonderful place again.
