The hosts were friendly and welcoming in this conveniently located guest house. The town centre was only about a 10 minute walk away so we were able to leave the car in their (free) car park and visit the sights. Our room was well equipped, clean, nicely presented and very comfortable. The choice of breakfast was very good and of good quality. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Very comfortable bed. Everywhere was pristine clean. The breakfast was excellent, I am a healthy muesli, yogurt, fruit, nuts person and the choice was better than I had anywhere else. My husband on the other hand tucked into a filling and delicious cooked breakfast. The coffee machine choices were amazing. When we return to Stratford we won't look anywhere else.

A Wonderful place to stay , From the minute we walked in we were made extremely welcome by Maria. Our room 7 was simply perfect , & spotlessly clean, lots of lovely little extras, Such as bottled water, chocolate mints , plenty of tea/ coffee etc ,Fresh milk was also available which is a massive tick as I dislike the UHT ,Quality toiletries. Breakfast was superb I had my favourite scrambled eggs & smoked salmon , cooked just the way I like it, upon request ! A lovely 10 minute walk in to town . It was obvious that Martin & Maria are very proud of their lovely Guest house & rightly so, We would not hesitate in highly recommend this place & we will definitely be returning one day Paul & Denise x

Lovely house, very quiet despite every room being full. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable, it was difficult to get up in the morning. Excellent location with an easy flat walk into the centre of Stratford (very handy to be given a map of the area too). Great breakfast, I don't have a cooked breakfast often, so a real treat. Maria and Martin very friendly.

The location was perfect, and the hosts were very kind. Breakfast was exceptional! I would definitely stay here again. It is close to a pretty walking path where my daughter discovered a playground that she really loved. We are so happy we stayed at Avonpark House. Highly recommend!

Lovely house, very quiet despite every room being full. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was so comfortable, it was difficult to get up in the morning. Excellent location with an easy flat walk into the centre of Stratford (very handy to be given a map of the area too). Great breakfast, I don't have a cooked breakfast often, so a real treat. Maria and Martin very friendly.

The location was perfect, and the hosts were very kind. Breakfast was exceptional! I would definitely stay here again. It is close to a pretty walking path where my daughter discovered a playground that she really loved. We are so happy we stayed at Avonpark House. Highly recommend!

The hosts were friendly and welcoming in this conveniently located guest house. The town centre was only about a 10 minute walk away so we were able to leave the car in their (free) car park and visit the sights. Our room was well equipped, clean, nicely presented and very comfortable. The choice of breakfast was very good and of good quality. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Very comfortable bed. Everywhere was pristine clean. The breakfast was excellent, I am a healthy muesli, yogurt, fruit, nuts person and the choice was better than I had anywhere else. My husband on the other hand tucked into a filling and delicious cooked breakfast. The coffee machine choices were amazing. When we return to Stratford we won't look anywhere else.

Lovely room with all the facilities you need. Friendly and helpful hosts and fabulous freshly cooked full breakfast. Parking on site and easy walk into town. Will definitely stay there again.

Très bon séjour à Stratford. La chambre était très grande et confortable pour nous 4. Jolie vue sur le jardin. Accueil très gentil et excellent petit déjeuner à la carte. A 5min a pied des bords de l'Avon et du théâtre par une agréable promenade

Greeted by friendly staff given a room overlooking the garden, spacious well appointed even had a mini fridge and fan ideal as we were visiting during a heat wave. Bathroom clean with spacious shower and plenty of clean towels. The location was great easy walk into town we chose to walk via the tow path which was easy to access from the property. Comfy bed for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was plentiful we had to order the cooked choice and preferred time when we arrived for the following morning, plenty of choice of cold options which you help yourself to plus self service teas and coffees. Cooked breakfast was large and delicious it certainly set us up for the day. Would definitely consider staying here again

The location of the hotel was perfect. We could leave the car at the premises and enjoy a short walk into town. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was good value. I would definitely recommend Avonpark House for an overnight stay.
