Hampton Inn & Suites Orangeville, On

Lovely hotel, very well kept, pet friendly and super clean, staff was amazing, breakfast was perfect. Loads of parking and chargers for EV'S are available. Great place to stay, will definitely be back. My dog gives is two paws 🐾 up as well.

Everything about our stay was easy! I was with my mom who uses a walker and had requested a room with a shower stall, not tub and with an actual sitting chair, not just desk chair. We got a very spacious king room with a couch. Check in was easy, parking was just in front, navigating up to our room was easy for her. The room also had a nice kitchen counter with sink, microwave & fridge. The room has light blocking shades and overall was very comfortable & clean. I loved the pool and the coffee/tea station in lobby. We saw a few dogs so they obviously welcome pets and we were not bothered by that. The morning breakfast had everything you need, all the basics and was kept filled & clean. All staff we met were very friendly. The Hotel is in a lovely spot on edge of Orangeville and I would highly recommend if you need to stay in the area

Fridge wasn’t working and leaked all over the carpet. we asked for another room but they insisted on simply swapping fridges, leaving the water and damp carpet as is. AC unit was not working properly- such a loud rattle we needed to shut it off. will not return to this property

My reservation was canceled due to my credit card. They gave us a room but when we had an emergency to leave early they would refund the one night we didn't stay....yet it was ok to cancel my reservations one day before?? Double standard.
