Didn’t find out until check in that there was no pool or hot tub for maintenance or Reno’s. Should be huge discount not full price. Would’ve stayed elsewhere if I was aware of that prior.

Staff were accomodating and excellent. The room was nice. About average for hotels like this. There were some renovations happening, but I won't complain about that. What I didn't like was the pool being very plain and mediocre. No slides for the little ones. The jets in the spa didn't work, except around the feet. The fitness room was VERY small and had very little room to do your workouts in. Last, the free breakfast was decent, but a little less than what we'd get at other hotels. All in All, a pretty average stay.

1. Pool was out of order. Would be nice if a customer would be told before reservation is made, rather than find out when checking in. 2. Tried calling the front desk several times and left voice messages to call me back. I never got a return call.

Bathroom had hair in corners and in tub Carpets in room looked like they had not been cleaned for years and corner were very dusty Breakfast was very underwhelming. In 3 days not 1 potato option. Ran out of cinnamon buns and apologized that they were frozen and could not put out anymore? Also be aware they will not give you IHG points if you book through Expedia even after they tell you they will. Frustrating experience over all. Desk staff were friendly but that was really my only positive thing I could say

The hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in a real long time. The elevators were dirty and the rug in the elevator was rolled up in a bunch in the corner. It smelled musty from wet feet from the pool area. Coffee at the breakfast area was empty when I requested to have additional coffee the staff didn’t seemed in any real hurry to get additional coffee. In the middle of the night at 2 am there was so much noise and running in the hallway. Not great!! I will not stay there again

I was quite surprised the outside of building looked very inviting, but going to our room there was an unpleasant smell, it was moldy stinky smell, carpets should be washed, unsure if it was ketchup or blood on the carpet, dirty sheets in the hall. Checked the beds for bed bugs, it was safe, then our tv didn’t work, asked for discount and unheard of I guess. Says it was in renovations, so it’s probably getting fixed up to the outside inviting look

Very clean as soon as you entered the lobby. Good room nice and clean and super cool air conditioning. Stayed on the way to Calgary to break up the trip. Liked it so much decided to rebook on our way home as we were gonna check out cypress hills Will stay there again

The rooms needs some serious sound proofing. I can hear everything specially the room above. I couldnt sleep with every footsteps the person made - that was during midnight too. Also, I suggest to avoid weekends - kids running around past 10pm, I reported this issue twice, nothing happened.

Very clean, good breakfast. Slow check-in by there was a few people in line and one person seemed to be having issues or was new so maybe unfair judgement. Did not have very warm water in shower, think tap was incorrectly in-stalled.

Good location, the room was 76 degrees and windows open when we checked in and the A/C unit wasn’t working. In the morning the cleaning staff woke us up twice before checkout time trying to get in to clean the room.

Toilet handle didn’t work very well, spun all the way around. Hot water took forever to reach room. Temperature in room was tough to regulate and maintain, not sure if the thermostat was faulty or what. Also wasn’t allowed to connect my Xbox to the wifi due to “security purposes” which is ridiculous. First hotel I’ve ever been to that had that rule. Couldn’t watch Netflix. Super disappointing

Got back to room late and wanted to watch TV and TV would not work. The fellow at the desk said he couldn’t help with that and did we want to switch rooms. At midnight NO. Wanted to leave a comment about the TV no paper or pen in room. When we checked out I am pretty sure the fellow did not understand a word I said and he then offered me a pen. Should have stayed in the hotel we stayed a week earlier. Much better.

The bed was super comfortable! We had a two queen bed room, it was very spacious and room for our pack n play, for our little one to sleep. The shower amenities were great, nice pressure in the shower too! Breakfast had an oatmeal station which is very tasty!

Certainly not value for money. Bathroom sink would hardly drain. Had to unplug noisy A/C to get to sleep. TV system very poor. Front desk a tad unwelcoming ( and departing). Inconvenient toiletries.... no soap bar..... shampoo and conditioner bolted to walls.

We were travelling with a 95 year old Great Grandmother. Our room was on the 3rd floor (lesson learned). We waited several hours for the elevator to be repaired. When it was not, she bravely made her way down the stairwell with many stops for rest. We do understand that things break down, but no assistance was offered by the front desk. Quite frankly, they could’ve cared less!

The staff were truly excellent in accommodating my last minute schedule change in which my stay had to be shortened by one night and communicating with Expedia and the hotel management was able to meet my change in schedule and allow me to leave one day earlier. Thanks so much!

This property did not meet my expectations for a HolidayInn. Room type changed. Room not properly cleaned. Bed linens not great. TV was very quirky to operate with no provided instructions. When checking out, front desk seemed uninterested in our negative thoughts on our experience.

Staff tried to scam me, I paid for a suite and they put me in a regular room. Was a hassle to get my money back for suite and pay the rate of a regular room. Hotel staff was rude and blamed Expedia and did not want to help at all. Thankfully Expedia dealt with it and helped me out. The hotel was also under major construction which was not advertised anywhere. The breakfast options are a joke and amenities are very very poor.

Plenty of dining options nearby, the hotel is right beside the casino for those that like to gamble or just check out the facility. The mall is down the road if you need to pickup swimming gear, just in case you forgot to pack one. Nice of view of the rolling hills.

We were passing through Swift Current and stayed the night. The hotel was convenient, clean and the staff was friendly. We did not use the pool. We did pick this hotel for a hot breakfast. We were extremely disappointed in the hot breakfast. Dried out turkey sausage you can hardly cut, omelets that were dried out and hard and baked beans. Really baked beans for breakfast? Plus we were down at 6:45am so eve thing shouldn’t have been dried out. There were the regular items like toast, cereal and yogurt which we did have. But we did book here as when I stayed in Winnipeg their hot breakfast was fantastic. If we were just wanting toast/cereal we would have stayed somewhere less expensive. Plus may sound silly but the yogurt was put in the fridge backwards so you can’t see the flavours so then everyone is touching all the containers to see what is what. At least put them in forward facing. We stayed in Golden and the same thing yogurt containers all backwards. Anyway otherwise the hotel Was fine just really extremely disappointed in the hot breakfast.
