I didn't get the family room in the beginning as I ordered. The room has not been prepared for all members. We were 4 and it included only 2 towels and no sofa for children. On our second day the staff didn't clean the room, only after we came in the evening and told them to clean. We were left with no clean towels and bedding until the late evening. The staff who came to clean the room took blanket from children sofa and forgot to return. The hotel is quite old, and the service is not good as it's supposed to be for 5-star hotel. Overall, our experience was bad.
