Our room had everything we needed. Had a microwave and a refrigerator. Cleaned the room everyday. The pool and the hot tub was great ‼️

this hotel is amazing. decorated in a very beautiful unique style. wonderful bed and bedding. Hot tub is clean and big. Pool is nice. Owner Chris is very super friendly. He even helped is with our car and would not allow us to give him money. He bent over backwards more than once to see that our need were met. This is the best place to stay in Hutchinson. DONT LET THE EXTERIOR FOOL YOU!! This hotel is our new go to for Hutchinson. Great job!!!!

It had a swimming pool but it was not available it was dirty .but the staff was very friendly and pleasant to be around very helpful in many ways .

They had everything we needed. We ended up staying for a month because of waiting to get an apartment. They had everything we needed. A microwave, a refrigerator, a swimming pool, a hot tub. I was close to where I work. They cleaned the room everyday. It was great!

Property had been remodeled, very clean and nice just older hotel and very limited parking

Staff was awesome. Parking was very limited!! Motel was an older motel but was fairly clean.

Floor wood planks were catchy and coming up and would get caught on shoes. Bed clean and shower clean. Old toilets not flush well. Parking for trucks is bad and must back out on street to get out.

For a lower end hotel this place was pretty decent. Its no hyatt but it was clean and comfortable. Pros- clean, no bugs, comfy bed and pillows, cold ac. Cons- super small parking lot and had to park in an alley, towels were super small and thin. Someone set alarm to go off at 4am too. Name of hotel is different than what is on website. All in all, i would stay here again but if a better known hotel was available, I'd go there 1st.

This was about the cheapest property in the area and it shows. If I had paid more, I would have expected more - but got what $50 a night would offer. The gentleman at check in was very friendly and personable and seemed to be working on renovating rooms. Our room was clean except for a few dead flies on the window sill. Each room had its own banquet-style chair outside the door next to make shift ash tray/cups on the AC units. The beds had dark colored sheets, which was different. The shower/bath tub was slippery and I almost fell a couple times but caught myself. There was no hot water at 7:45 in the morning. The room waste basket had a Walmart bag as a liner - but I do that at home with my bathroom cans. I found the bed to be soft but the rest of my party said they were TOO soft and not much support. Breakfast was next to nothing - some cereal selections, donuts cut in half and yogurt. We opted for the Golden Arches across the street. Perhaps the most concerning were the 6 or so patrol cars that pulled in lights and sirens 20 minutes after we checked in. They all went to the office but unknown why. They cleared after a half hour.

The hotel is worn out. It is very rundown. We found a roach in our room and left. Management said Expedia would cover any refund. Expedia says they dont cover refunds less than $99.99. Sucks all the way around.

The man at the front desk was helpful and nice. The room is great for the price. The only issue was the bathroom. The floor was not swept properly as i could see hair on the floor and dead bugs behind the toilet and under the sink. One of the washcloths had a long hair on it as well.

Shower had cold water. Cockroaches in bed. Paid $200.00 for a dump. Never ever again.

All around excellent. Great coffee. Clean room. Wonderful staff. We will be staying here from now on for our yearly trip to Hutchinson.

Newer bed linens and older carpet/bathroom, but it was all clean. Heater worked great. Nice having a microwave and fridge. Hotel is close to restaurants and shops for walking around.

On a positive side, inexpensive, [almost] everything was tidy and clean (but read about bathroom below), I had a good sleep, the receptionist was friendly and late check in was possible. A couple of complimentary water bottles. Negatives... 4 big cockroaches in bathroom (3 seemed to be in a process of dying from insecticide, 1 was very much alive). Bathtub had a fair amount of dirt, like some maintenance under ceiling was done and the bathroom was not cleaned afterwards. (This dirt easily flushed out) Not sure if I confused something about breakfast. Hotels.com mentioned a breakfast included in the price. I didn't notice any breakfast (around 7:30). On one occasion there were train horn sounds from the nearby railroad.

The door wouldn’t shut in both the bathroom and the front door as well as the there was a crack at the bottom of the door big enough the light would shine through. We had to ask for towels because our room didn’t have any. They told me to dial 0 to connect to the desk. The phone in the room didn’t even work. I had to call on my personal phone because there wasn’t anyone ever in the office. There a brick hold up the couch in our room. Which the couch it self looked like it was from the 90s. On the up side we didn’t see any bugs or anything like that.

I should of told them that the ac and fridge didn't work. Guess that was my fault

Shower had cold water. Cockroaches in bed. Paid $200.00 for a dump. Never ever again.

Absolutely amazing stay. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, super comfy pillows, blankets, a sofa fridge, microwave, it has everything!! Amazing host too. Thank you!

The bed and the blanket were probably the most comfortable we've ever had. I really want to know where you got them! The location was great, parking was convenient, and the room was cozy. The bathroom was a little chilly and the front door had a draft, but it was a great stay and we would definitely return here. You can't beat the location and price for what you get. Thanks!

The kids thought the beds were comfortable and said they would stay there again. It was priced right.

The manager was amazing and very helpful would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!!

When we went to check in, they didn't have a reservation for us. The manager made phone calls and was able to reach another person who hadn't checked in yet, and he gave up his room for us. Don't know what happened with the reservation! Not happy.

Management and staff are friendly and kind!

The Manager was exceptional!! The property is old, but it is kept clean. There were a few problems like hair dryer and microwave not working, but they were taken care of immediately so we couldn't ask for more! I was truly impressed with the care and service and we stayed there two weeks doing the fair!

The staff was very friendly, worked with me on pet deposit and when I had a problem manager came right over, all in all pleseny stay. Only thing if I would make diff would be bed be a little softer.

I had to wait over 15 minutes after I called the number posted for someone to come to the desk so I could check in.

Paid online, had trouble finding my reservation and working have if I didn't have a itinerary number. I travel A LOT and this is one of the only places that requires a deposit of the price of the room. Room was clean and Keurig coffee pot in the room was nice.

I arrived and went to the lobby to check in. There was a sign on the window saying to sit and have a cup of coffee. I waited awhile and called the phone number on the sign and was directed to voice mail but it was full. I waited again, called again but I was hot and sweaty and needed to use the restroom. I finally left and went to a different motel

The room was nice enough. Bed very comfortable. Needed a dusting before some one stayed there. Not enough parking. Sketchy creepy are at night

The service was great. The manager noticed my kids went swimming and brought extra towels to the room without being asked. The hotel is older ,but is in the middle of a renovation so there was work being done but it didn't impose on us. The area looks a bit sketchy but there are security cameras and it is well lit so we didn't feel anxious. One of the best breakfast places in town is only a few blocks away; try the pancakes.

It is an older motel but still, very well kept, and cleans. You can tell the owner has pride in providing good accommodations. The beds were comfy. The room temp regulated well. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a place to park close with a child on crutches. Only downfall was the train horns but that is out of there control. Thank you!

What a gem in downtown Hutchison! Easy walking distance to any event and a quick ride to the Cosmosphere! Staff were friendly and engaging. I will definitely return the next time I’m in town.

The person who works there is really nice but the place itself is Dirty and smelly. Did not look like the pictures at all. The inn is also in a sketchy neighborhood
