Our stay in one of the villas was absolutely wonderful. The balcony with the swimup pool was a delight to spend a couple of hours away in the calm. Special thanks go out to Nouhran and especially Mostafa who both took great care of us and fulfilled all wishes with the greatest care one could ask for. The kids loved both of them and generally the whole staff was amazingly lovely with everyone. The food is almost perfect (the sole disappointment for us was the pizza in the a la carte restaurant which is really not as good as the rest of food - I would recommend going for the really amazing pasta dishes instead and perhaps the management could send the cooks to italy for a couple of weeks to take the pizza experience to the level of the remainder of the food.). Other than that the food was really really good! And every restaurant and/or bar served us delicious food at every time of the day. Another special thanks to the lady at the "egg station" of the breakfast buffet who was beaming with the most friendly smile every day during our stay! We will certainly be back next time we stay in Sahl Hasheesh!

His presence and leadership are clearly reflected in the exceptional standards throughout our stay. Equally deserving of praise is Mr Hani, the Hotel Manager, who went out of his way to accommodate even our smallest requests with genuine warmth and care. Mr Karem, Front Office Manager, ensured our stay was seamless from start to finish, making us feel valued and truly welcomed at every interaction. And then there is Miss Wasila—our guardian angel throughout the stay. No request was ever too much, no question was ever a problem. Her dedication, kindness, and attention is making our days unforgettable and our experience truly personal from beginning to end.
