Homewood Suites by Hilton Rock Springs

The only negatives was poor ice options. Room ice maker was small and slow, not turned on at arrival and only ice machine was on ground floor by conference center.

Very nice property but I was woken at 3:30 in the morning to a repetitive, very loud knocking coming from somewhere in my hall. It went on for over an hour. I tried calling the front desk several times and nobody answered. Also, the hot tub wasn’t hot.

We loved the suites, the pool the breakfast and even the light dinner meal served on the night we were there.

It was wonderful staying here. My friend and I came to scrapbook together and they even had dinners provided in the evening. It had a great work out room and was clean. Everyone was accommodating and friendly.

The Homewood Suites is generally a solid bet when you're looking for a clean & comfortable place to stay. We've stayed here at least a dozen times since it first opened. Our timing was off on this trip as the hot tub was closed for maintenance and the waffle machine had vanished. Beyond that, everything else was great.

Passing through on a road trip. Great rooms, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff. The heated pool was a nice way to relax after a long day of driving.

The hotel is very clean. However, the hot tub was drained with gross water at the bottom. When checking in, the front desk lady advised us that the pool closed at 10pm but never mentioned the hot tub was out of service. It would have saved us the hassle if changing and getting everyone ready to go relax in the hot tub.

This was a great hotel to stay at. Nicely decorated, lots of space (breakfast area was big, which is nice when there is a lot of people), very clean room, nice pool and ~hot~ tub. Check in was the easiest I've ever experienced and staff was helpful and nice. Will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed all over the states and this was the cleanest hotel we have been at in a very long time. The front desk was okay. The housekeepers and the breakfast staff were amazing and irreplaceable! Love the details of their work, did not go unnoticed.

Homewood Suites are always so spacious in their layout! We love Homewood for room to spread (family of 6!), and for their amazing breakfasts. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. We have just stayed 7 nights in various other hotels as we are traveling cross country and every other hotel has had hair in the beds and covering the bathroom floor. I thought this was standard now. Was SO pleased to see our room was actually CLEAN and our bathroom as well! Spotless and made us feel very welcomed and right at home. We will search out Homewoods more often!

This was our last stop on our week long road trip and this was my favorite hotel so far! The suites were so spacious and everything seemed to be brand new. Loved the decor and the WY themed art around the suite. It was a very clean room! The staff were super friendly and provided us with dog treats and dog bags for our dog. Love that they were dog friendly! The breakfast was delicious and we loved that they had some breakfast taco options. I would 100% stay here again the next time we’re in Wyoming.

Everything was great! Clean, nice staff, wonderful breakfast. Sadly the deal breaker for me was the Queen bed which gave me back pain. Needs better more supportive mattresses.

The King one bedroom had plenty of room. The kitchen area was great. The breakfast area had plenty of seating.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. Common area was large and window lit. Kitchen space had a full sized fridge and freezer. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Very spacious suite.

Stayed one night while traveling home. Got there about 9pm and check in was super simple. We couldn't get the AC to work in any of the rooms. Called the front desk and got a busy signal. We were so tired we gave up and went to bed but didn't sleep well because the AC wouldn't work. Luckily the rooms had ceiling fans to help a bit. Bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Way to expensive for no AC and crappy beds. I'll just book 2 rooms somewhere else next time.

The room was excellent, especially if a long stay is planned. There was a kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, mini cook top and all necessary cookware & tableware included. There was a separate living room area from the bedroom and both areas had TVs. The bed was very comfortable. (I am a princess & the pea type.) The only fly in the ointment is the post-Covid lack of daily housekeeping. We were there only one night, so it was of little real concern for us. But, the posted housekeeping only every 3 days might be a deal breaker for some, given the nightly cost of the stay.

Great hotel!! Excellent staff! The gals running the front desk are awesome, super friendly, and really great at their jobs! The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. We had adjoining rooms while traveling with 3 kids and it was great! I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful, family friendly stay.

We have had the most terrible experience at your hotel. The hotel room is disgusting, the first staff member we met was very rude and made it seem like we were a huge inconvenience to him. Today was the worst. We asked for maid service and stayed away from the room from 10-7. We stopped by the front desk on 3 occasions making sure the room would be cleaned. we returned to the room still not clean and requested our own garbage bag and towel from downstairs. This whole experience has been an added stress and terrible experience. I am requesting a refund for our time here since the room and experience was not worth the money spent. The quality was equal to what I would expect from a much cheaper hotel. The current lady working at the front desk was exceptionally kind and understanding to our frustration. Additionally, the bathroom door doesn’t shut correctly. If you shut it you have to put all your weight into it to open it because it sticks shut. We have 4 people staying in the room and received 2 towels, the bathtub faucet is falling off. The toilet was clogged when we got here and the guy downstairs had us come down to get a plunger to unclog it ourselves. The toilet seat is also loose. We contacted the manager with no response or plan to make things right. I look forward to hearing from someone to resolve these issues. We paid for 4 nights unfortunately and are staying 2 more nights.

Rooms recently upgraded and were very clean and spacious with efficiency amenities. Breakfast was top notch, with a large variety of higher end options not typically found; fresh fruit, chocolate croissants, whipped cream cheese, fresh baked cinnamon cookies, plus the usual of eggs, with SW topping of cheeses peppers, etc., sausage, and a tasty potato cake rounds, not just out of a frozen pkg. Coffee was great for hotel coffee.Real plates, cups and flatware! All a very nice touch! Staff extremely attentive and pleasant.

I prepaid for the room on Expedia. I had the receipt and everything. When I got to the hotel, the woman checking us in said there was a problem with the virtual card through the third party. There were a lot of people in line behind me and she kept saying it was declined even though I had prepaid and had a confirmation number. It was embarrassing. She was saying I needed to call Expedia to figure it out. Finally she said she would charge me $25 dollars as a “deposit” and give me the room but that she would have to call me later to resolve the issue. She called later to tell me it was her fault.

It was such a surprise to us that we were able to have dinner at the hotel! The chicken alfredo was delicious! The breakfast burritos were also 10/10. Thank you so much to the friendly staff who helped to provide such a welcoming environment for us.
