Aufenthalt für eine Nacht

I was next to a room with 3 children. They looked between 5 and 8. Thrse kids screamed, jumped and made a racket from 8pm until past 1am. Despite Staff, myself and call from corporate, they ruined several people's stay. Needing to be on the road by 5, it cost me 200.00 to get 3 hours of sleep. I was offered 5,000 points for my inconvenience. Funny part, I have a service dog and gave a list of requirements and rules to follow. Maybe time for parents to do the same

I was in a disability room because that is all they had at check in and the hotel was completely sold out. The room had wallpaper peeling, cracks in the ceiling and I had to kill two bugs in the bathroom (roaches). When I walked in the hotel the staff (1 person) was very dry with me and I felt unwelcomed. The rug at the entrance was dirty and needed to be vacuumed. i travel all of the time and stay at Aloft hotels most times and this was the worse I have ever witnessed.

Very clean hotel, great location. The shower is Amazing! Bed was super comfortable. All the staff was very friendly. Definitely check it out if you need a hotel in the area. We stayed there for a concert at the amphitheater.
