They layout reminded me of a two story shotgun house as the space is very narrow but nice and tall. The space is used well and met our (2-person) needs nicely. I admit that we were a little concerned driving in as the neighborhood had several basic apartment buildings, a huge school, and some businesses (nice that the grocery was close by). We quickly learned that a short walk across the busy road (2-houses away) was a play-park and a path along the river Elorn. The path was excellent for walking and running as it seems to go a super long way. It was just a few minutes walk to the middle of town with restaurants and shops. The parking is excellent as it would likely have been difficult to finding a parking spot if they did not have one reserved. The washer and drying are excellent. And, having a jacuzzi was fun. It was easy to drive places such as Brest and the Crozon penninsula.

L'Albatros Lovely modern house, very clean with all modern appliaces. Good location to easily walk into the nice town. The staircase is very steep and really not suitable for the elderly. The lovely huge windows let lots of light in but also too much hot sunshine, which makes the house very hot. Controlling the aircons was a problem for me .I think it is controlled by the host. The Hot Tub was a real bonus.

L\'Albatros "Logement décevant. 🙂 Le sèche linge rend bien service. 🙁 Le sommier du lit a un problème, le matelas est médiocre. Robinetterie de la douche est vétuste. Les serviettes ne sentent pas bon. Nous ne pouvons pas faire le réglage du chauffage nous même, les télécommandes ne sont pas à nos dispositions. Le gestionnaire local est à la limite de l’impolitesse dans les échanges par messagerie."

L\'Albatros "Le logement est bien, l’agence qui gère est bien. Mais la propriétaire n’est pas très sympathique pour rester courtois. Le premier appel a l’arrivée et été moyennement sympathique. Elle nous demande comment nous trouvons la température, puis nous réponds qu’elle a vérifiée la température à distance et que c’est correct. Pour information il n’y a pas de commande de chauffage dans le logement, donc pas d’indication. Et aucun moyen de le régler sur place. Pour la deuxième nuit nous avons rajouté deux personnes. À notre demande le soir pour le lendemain, elle nous dit ok. Elle viendra le lendemain nous amener les draps. Le lendemain matin un sms demandant de prévoir 20 euros pour les draps et taxe de séjour supplémentaires. Après être rentré en désaccord elle nous a dit qu’elle allait voir avec la plate-forme. Nous avons été recontacté par l’agence et nous avons réglé la différence à 13h La propriétaire n’as jamais apporté la couverture et drap. A 22h30 nous avons du trouver un hôtel"

L'Albatros "Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le logement et le jacuzzi est un plus pour passer des moments de détente. Il est pas loin d'une grande surface et proche du centre ville à pied. Le logement est conforme à la description. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Nous recommandons ce logement."

They layout reminded me of a two story shotgun house as the space is very narrow but nice and tall. The space is used well and met our (2-person) needs nicely. I admit that we were a little concerned driving in as the neighborhood had several basic apartment buildings, a huge school, and some businesses (nice that the grocery was close by). We quickly learned that a short walk across the busy road (2-houses away) was a play-park and a path along the river Elorn. The path was excellent for walking and running as it seems to go a super long way. It was just a few minutes walk to the middle of town with restaurants and shops. The parking is excellent as it would likely have been difficult to finding a parking spot if they did not have one reserved. The washer and drying are excellent. And, having a jacuzzi was fun. It was easy to drive places such as Brest and the Crozon penninsula.

The lovely huge windows let lots of light in but also too much hot sunshine, which makes the house very hot. Controlling the aircons was a problem for me .I think it is controlled by the host. The Hot Tub was a real bonus.
