Vlean room, a little tired. Coukd do with bigger towels & more pilows. Should of asked for more toilet paper. The facilities were fantastic. The soar & swimmingbpool was brilliant.

All staff very friendly. The quality of the food was really good and had a good snd varied choice. Breakfast good. Clean pool and spacious gym. Lodge was extremely clean and tidy. Our room was spacious although i believe that the standard rooms are a tad on the small side. A little noisy at night as it was close to the A338 but to be honest you didnt really notice it. We didnt play golf on this occasion but we had a pleasant stay nonetheless. Would recommend.

Fantastic pool and leisure facilities. Great location and pleasant walk into the town

Property was set on a golf course with a private gym and pool and a small bar and restaurant. Staff were all very welcoming, polite and courteous, room was clean with very large comfortable bed and modern fitted bathroom with great shower. Food and drinks very reasonably priced and good quality. Breakfast was the same. Walk to town centre is approx 20mins but a bit hilly if you are not agile. Would definitely stay again.

Friendly staff and excellent spa facilities-its great that those are open to guests both before and after check in. We really enjoyed the stay and this is our new once a year getaway location-thank you, Meyrick Lodge!

Location, staff were excellent for our stay. However the room was small and furinture very tired. Parking was for guests next to the lodge but was used by golfers making parking limited.

Excellent for use of the swimming, sauna, steam, gym and facilities. Great it’s mostly adults too.

Loved the facilities, the pool, jacuzzi & steam room. I deducted one star was because the pool was shut for one of the days i stayed & the lodge is totally cashless, though the staff were very understanding that i only had cash on the first day & waited to take the room deposit. Friendly & helpful staff, with a lovely housekeeper who was especially generous with the biscuits & hot chocolate! Would definitely stay again.

The Health Club Gym Sauna and swimming pool included free to use for Guest.

We Really Enjoyed are Stay Room Could have done with a Fan And the Toilet was Dirty when we arrived. Staff were Amazing and we would definitely go back again.

I was so disappointed the lack of menu options, extremely hot room, stains on the carpet. All I wanted to do was get a good nights sleep but unfortunately 2 single beds pushed together did not make for a comfortable night. I was exhausted the following morning and would not rate this stay as good value for money

We had an enjoyable stay at The Lodge that's set next go the golf course in peaceful surroundings. The room was clean, large and comfortable. We took advantage of the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and inviting. I'd fully recommend..

Booked an executive double. Was far from executive! Carpet was dirty and worn and in need of replacing. Room was very dated. Facilities are good in terms of Gym, Sauna, Steam room etc.

Could not fault this stay everyone was very friendly and accommodating the room was clean and roomy enough.

The hotel has 17 rooms. We had a double room. I would say it was rather small. It was very clean, everything worked well. The bed was comfortable and we were able to relax. The breakfast was very good. The hotel kitchen closes at 9 so it is possible to have lunch and dinner as we'll. There is a pool, jacuzzi and a sauna. One can have a massage or a sports class. I do not mention golf - the hotel offers it, too. The place where is just 10 minutes walk to the centre and 15 minutes walk to the beach. Parking is free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no housekeeping unless one asks for it.

What a mix of extremes- site difficult to find in darkness, easy in daytime. As you approach there’s a big board on right advertising what’s available in the ‘park’ which focussed your attention that side- the hotel is however ticked away uphill to the left. Receptionist tried very hard to help establish where i was and direct me. Room absolutely reeked of mould, having driven 3.5 hours through heavy traffic I was too tired to complain- but should have. Having just been diagnosed asthmatic I hadn’t anticipated how badly it would affect me in the night. Carpets also a bit stained. I didn’t expect things to be perfect , but perhaps better than I got. Overnight sleep was patchy as my room overlooks the A338 dual carriageway. Other than the mould and carpet, the room felt and looked spotlessly clean, bed was comfy, linen clean, shower nice and suitable power level. Tea/ coffee facilities good. Back to the mould, I investigated this in the morning after my troublesome night- my conclusion(right or wrong) was that this room hadn’t been used for a while - cleaners had tried hard to clean the mould away- dislodged grouting remained on window sills however. Room was freezing cold- it took a good couple of hours before the small wall heater got it up to an acceptable temperature. Aside from the main road, views out of the windows were lovely in daylight- wooded area. On leaving receptionist asked if had a good stay - I mentioned about the smell of mould & traffic noise-no real reaction

Nice and pleasant location. Clean room. Friendly Staff. The lodge wasn't soundproof and I heard people next room talking and stomping of the footsteps from the room above.It took a bit long to have hot breakfast served and continental breakfast wasn't impressive.

Great welcome, lovely surroundings. The room was nicely decorated and very clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Didn’t use the swimming pool or gym. Location is good, 10 - 15 minutes walk to the Pier. I have knocked 1 star off because the shower is over the bath under a sloping roof. It is quite difficult to use as you can’t stand up (I’m only 5’4).

Love it here! Enjoy the yoga class. Staff are excellent. Only slight negative is the pillows are a bit uncomfortable

5 stars - clean, modern, nicely appointed - very friendly staff, great facilities and location - but noisy - very noisy! Parking not great either. Traffic and train noise until the wee hours, followed by a dawn chorus of wheels on decking! Parking for guests only? Not enough!

Twin room smelt of smoke despite being non-smoking rooms. Pool and gym were nice. Great breakfast.? Check in was very slow. Overall rather overpriced for what we got.

The lodge was nice ,the room just basic, no fridge.Had to ask for a fan it was too hot ,no shower gel had to ask as it was empty.staff were freindly .location 5 mins drive from the beach overall good.

The room was clean and comfortable. The TV was not opposite the bed so it was difficult to watch. There are no electric plugs besides the beds. The breakfast was good but there was an extra charge for cappuccino..the hotel is similar to a motel. Great for gym, pool or golf enthusiasts. The bar closes at 9pm.

Room was clean but tired - Furniture/carpet needs some tlc & bed uncomfortable. Spa facilities very good. Reception staff professional & welcoming. Bar/Cafe staff rude, inattentive & unwelcoming. Unable to maintain working area efficiently.

Would highly recommend The Lodge. The staff were excellent - really helpful. We ate in the restaurant and again can only sing the praises of the chef for a lovely meal. Only stayed one night but would loved to have stayed longer and made use of the pool.

As soon as we arrived the staff where very welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was extremly comfortable. It was my friends birthday. When we got into our room there was a birthday card and vouchers for the bar in our room. Which i though was a lovely touch. The tapas food at the bar/resturant was lovely. Recommeded place to stay for a welcoming vibe and chilled trip to Bournemouth

The lodge and reception are in different buildings so be aware if it’s raining. Room was compact, but clean and tidy. No room service. The restaurant is in the main building too. Reception staff were lovely. We could hear other guests above us, but it wasn’t an issue for us, though we would ask for an upstairs room next time. Not very level entrance to the lodge, so I’d be wary if not fit to walk unaided. Beautiful surroundings. At the top of a steep hill, so wouldn’t want to be here without a car. Very nice. We will return.

Great twixmas stay. Hotel very clean and great location...small path behind the lodges leads down into town in under 10mins. Lovely pool and spa too. Will be back again for sure

My stay at Meyrick Park Lodge was a very pleasurable experience. The staff were very warm, friendly and cheerful. The location was excellent for a quiet break. The only background noise is of wildlife. Set back from the town in the beautiful park, you feel peaceful and yet all the town amenities are a short 5 minute drive away. The cleanliness was impeccable. The leisure facilities excellent,and very much look forward to booking a stay with them again soon.

Great location for the centre of Bournemouth, literally a 5mins walk to the main square. Comfy bed and quiet location. Stayed in one of the attic rooms don't expect to stand up to have a shower unless you're 4 foot or less, so it was nice to enjoy a bath Had breakfast there from ordering to service it took 42 mins for the food to arrive and it wasn't that busy, maybe there was a problem in the kitchen!! All I'm saying is it could take a bit of time...

The hotel carpet was ripped and stained. The bar was out of action on the Saturday due to a leaving function. This was not explained during booking or check in. The bar manager told me on the friday not to come over on the Saturday.the breakfast was under cooked sausage raw and eggs still clear runny white. Never got to try the facilities as Saturday i sent in the room beeing ill left Saturday evening a day day early.
