Nice hotel on the outskirts of Milan - easy parking but not the best area - however if you have a car the area isn’t a huge concern since you can drive to where you want. Staff was accommodating and nice.

Staff was great, rooms were comfortable and clean for the most part. There was one incidence where we returned to the room and I’m not sure why but there was bathroom garbage on the main desk ( like just a pile without the garbage can ) I’m not sure why. Maybe maid forgot it? Breakfast was good. We parked on the street but the do have a garage for 20 e a day.

Excelente hotel com ótima localização. Tem estacionamento pago no local o que facilita e é mais em conta do que os estacionamentos dos hotéis da região central. Excelentes acomodações, e equipe extremamente prestativa. Tem presente de boas vindas, um cookie maravilhoso e 1 água por hóspede disponível no frigobar diariamente. As instalações são novas, e tem restaurantes, um shopping com mercado e cafés na proximidade. De ônibus ou tran está há 15 minutos do Duomo. Limpeza impecável das instalações, acomodações e roupas de cama e banho. Tem disponibilidade de itens de perfumaria excelentes e secador nos quartos. Perfeito para ficar em Milão, fora do trânsito do centro e mesmo assim bem pertinho de todas as atrações da cidade.

Nel bagno mancavano i teli bagno: abbiamo fatto presente alla reception ma, nonostante la segnalazione, non sono stati portati e questo non ci ha permesso di fare la doccia con il caldo torrido di questo periodo.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und das Personal super freundlich. Leider war das Zimmer nicht immer ganz sauber. Die Decke hatte Wasserflecken und die Seifenschale war locker. Das Bad war bis auf die Ränder der Badewanne relativ sauber, baden würde ich nicht.

Staff was amazing! Unfortunately we had to switch rooms since the first room had mold, and allergies were affected immediately. Front desk took care of switching I us to a new room in minutes which was very impressive. Agent was caring enough to keep us in same floor to avoid difficult move, sp caring. The 2 twin beds are so close to one another that feels like it’s a queen bed.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil et au Bar Restaurant. A notre arrivée, nous avons eu droit à 2 cookies de bienvenue. La chambre est très spacieuse et propre. La literie super confortable. Nous avons beaucoup aimé le fait qu'il y ait une bouilloire avec café thé + un mini frigo à notre disposition. Le petit déjeuner pour 15 euros est très bon, varié avec des produits frais ! Une station de tram est juste à quelques minutes à pied de l'hôtel ce qui est très appréciable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter

The hotel was very nice except watch out for a crazy girl called Yvonne who was a server in the restaurant for the breakfast who screamed at me and my sister because the bread we put in the toaster got stuck and literally swerved at us and I got the anxiety attack 😟😟

Staff here are lovely and will go out of their way to help in a genuinely caring way. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel is getting a bit tired and in need of an update. particularly the bathrooms and the corridors. Wifi was very slow and the usb charging was old style USB A and didn't work. The area around the hotel is not the safest and there are signs of drug use, prostitution and car crime on this street. Staff definitely make this place much better!
