Normally I do not complain about hotels (traveling 180-200 days a year), but this was really unpleasant experience regarding prices. Hotel was OK, I took the backside room (no sea side) since it was one night, but it looked very attractive with very nice swimming pool but the price was about 220 Euro which was high. However, I wanted to see this surfing area, anyway. I reserved it about 3 weeks before my stay. Just before my arrival, I checked the price and the same room was less than 50% of the one I paid. This is really annoying because you normally experience the other way in other places. That time, it was of course not possible to cancel my stay - already passed the deadline (nice trick). After checking in, it turned out that even this nice swimming pool on hotel adverts is extra paid. At the end it was a simple room for over 220 E which was absolutely not worth. This was a part of my longer trip with many stays in different places, where me and my wife had a good time, but this stay spoiled the trip a bit. Of course the hotel has a right to do it but it is a very strange price politics. I will definitely not come back there.

El hotel esta limpio y cuidado. Las camas son cómodas y el entorno es ideal. La playa está a un paso. El servicio es bueno y eficiente. Lo único es que hicimos una reserva para dos adultos y una niña de 12 años y pagamos la habitación para los 3. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar más por la niña, así es que la reserva subió 25 euros, más con impuestos. Eso deben decirlo cuando haces la reserva, si llevar niños te va a costar más cambias de sitio porque la habitación para 3 es extremadamente pequeña y 25 euros extra por un niño es un timo, sobre todo cuando tú has hecho de inicio la reserva para 3.

Nice location and outside pool, the only reason to pay for a tiny, uncomfortable and overpriced room with views to a parking lot. Tiny and non functional bathroom. No place even to keep the door open. Small sink, the water could not run from the beginning of our stay. Very simple shower with just one water exit option. Noisy air conditioning. Poor coffee making amenities( just a water heater). Bed was quite good. Very nice staff at restaurant and main hotel reception, not the same at Terrases reception, unpleasant and not wellcoming even when we are usual customers. Disappointed.

C'était mon anniversaire. Du coup toute l'équipe des Terrasses a su, et tout le monde m'a fait des voeux chaleureux toute la journée. J'ai même reçu des chocolats dans ma chambre. Le personnel était formidable, de la réception à la restauration en passant par les femmes de ménage. Ma femme et moi nous sommes sentis très chaleureusement accueillis. Tout le monde était superbement serviable tout le temps. Service dix étoiles. Nous y retournons dans 4 semaines.

C'était mon anniversaire. Du coup toute l'équipe des Terrasses a su, et tout le monde m'a fait des voeux chaleureux toute la journée. J'ai même reçu des chocolats dans ma chambre. Le personnel était formidable, de la réception à la restauration en passant par les femmes de ménage. Ma femme et moi nous sommes sentis très chaleureusement accueillis. Tout le monde était superbement serviable tout le temps. Service dix étoiles. Nous y retournons dans 4 semaines.

El hotel esta limpio y cuidado. Las camas son cómodas y el entorno es ideal. La playa está a un paso. El servicio es bueno y eficiente. Lo único es que hicimos una reserva para dos adultos y una niña de 12 años y pagamos la habitación para los 3. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar más por la niña, así es que la reserva subió 25 euros, más con impuestos. Eso deben decirlo cuando haces la reserva, si llevar niños te va a costar más cambias de sitio porque la habitación para 3 es extremadamente pequeña y 25 euros extra por un niño es un timo, sobre todo cuando tú has hecho de inicio la reserva para 3.

Normally I do not complain about hotels (traveling 180-200 days a year), but this was really unpleasant experience regarding prices. Hotel was OK, I took the backside room (no sea side) since it was one night, but it looked very attractive with very nice swimming pool but the price was about 220 Euro which was high. However, I wanted to see this surfing area, anyway. I reserved it about 3 weeks before my stay. Just before my arrival, I checked the price and the same room was less than 50% of the one I paid. This is really annoying because you normally experience the other way in other places. That time, it was of course not possible to cancel my stay - already passed the deadline (nice trick). After checking in, it turned out that even this nice swimming pool on hotel adverts is extra paid. At the end it was a simple room for over 220 E which was absolutely not worth. This was a part of my longer trip with many stays in different places, where me and my wife had a good time, but this stay spoiled the trip a bit. Of course the hotel has a right to do it but it is a very strange price politics. I will definitely not come back there.
